About: My name is Mackenna and I’m 25, I’ve been pet sitting since I was little, because of this I have experience with both small dogs such as Scottish terriers to big dogs such as Newfoundlands. I’ve taken care of both puppies and senior dogs. I am able to walk and run with your dogs for up to 13 miles, so hopefully enough to meet the needs of any high energy dogs. I’ve also pet sit cats, fish, hamsters, and turtles. So I’m willing to petsit most pets. I’m always willing to learn more in order to take of your pets better! My work schedule varies from week to week, so I keep my Rover calendar updated and only accept bookings that fit my availability. I carefully plan my schedule to make sure I can provide reliable, attentive care and maintain your pet's routine. Before confirming any booking, I'll always communicate my availability so you know exactly what to expect. I have no pets in my home currently. I live in an apartment with a balcony and have multiple close trails near me that I can bring your dog to!

About: I have owned several cats and rabbits over the years. I have also pet sit for dogs, reptiles, fish, cats and rodents on many occasions for each animal listed. I love working with animals I am available anytime of day. I am available weekend or weekdays, morning, afternoon or evening for walking. I am also available for overnight dog sitting in my home if they are good with small animals. I work about eating shift schedule. So I could go five days and not work a single shift, or I could work several times within a timeframe. I work four shifts a week and they could be first second or third and they’re different every week. There are daytime where I’m home, and also daytime where I work for 8-9 hours at the most. I have a tie out and love taking walks. I don’t work a 9-5 job so I am home a lot during the day. I would love to dog sit in my home.

About: I’ve been taking care of other people’s pets since I was 15, and working on Rover for about a year and a half. I know how important our fur families are and would love to be there to support your dog(s) and/or cat(s) while you are away. I have experience with multiple breeds of dogs, such as Pit Bulls, Greyhounds, German Shepherds, Shih Tzus, Beagles, Golden-Doodles, Schnauzers, Chihuahuas and all sorts of mixed-breeds. All ages welcome, as I have experience working with dogs from ~3 months to 16 years old. Additionally, I have experience working with dogs and cats with disabilities and special needs, such as blindness, deafness, heart murmurs, joint issues, hip dysplasia, and thyroid conditions. I’m experienced in providing oral medication, eye drops, and vitamins/supplements. I am highly attuned to the ways pets express their feelings of joy, love, and fear. I use this knowledge to support my care for them and am responsive to the ways they communicate their comfort levels. My main goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for your pets to thrive while you are away. I care for the animals I sit for as if they were mine! I know the pet parent’s experience is just as important and send pictures, videos, and detailed updates daily to ensure they know their families are getting amazing care while they’re away. I work from home and can easily transition my workstation to any place necessary. Most of my plans I have are flexible and local. I love going on walks and spending time at home reading/crafting. About: I grew up on a farm where we had all kinds of animals including many dogs and cats that I adored. Specifically, we had a couple of German Shepherd dogs that required daily activity. I also went to school and graduated with a degree in Animal Science which focuses on Animal Husbandry. I have experience with basic obedience training along with administering medications to all types of animals. I have a full time job that allows me to work remotely a couple days during the week so I can do drop ins during the day if needed. My weekends are generally available to do overnights. I would be happy to accomodate any schedule needs you might have. I will be able to pick up on and monitor your pets behavior to ensure their safety. I am able to create a structured but friendly environment for those pets that need it.

About: I have had dogs and cats around all my life, along with the occasional hamster or fish. I have had 6 dogs throughout my life of all different breeds. I used to take one of my dogs on long walks with my friends where we’d adventure and explore. Another dog I had loved playing ball more than anything else. He preferred playing in the park to walking. I have also pet sat for a few different people. I have stayed to keep the dog company, taking it outside and playing and watching some tv to keep the dog company for a few hours. I have also taken care of older dogs who needed special care. All around I have had a lot of experience with dogs and I love being around them. I currently have availability in the afternoon and evening on weekdays and weekends, so I have plenty of time to care for your sweet animals. I have experience pet sitting and overnight stays in the pets home, but I do live in an apartment, so boarding with me, unfortunately, is not possible.

About: I grew up with a dog and two cats. One of my cats had a UTI and so she was on medicated food. I am very good with elderly cats and dogs and understand the necessity of medications and routines. I currently own two young cats and I will take care of your lovely pet the way you take care of them while you're away! About: Hello! My name is Khristina. I’m a remote working RN in Colorado. I started using Rover back in college and loved caring for pets of all kinds—each one with their own personality and quirks! My husband and I took a 2 year break from Rover to focus on caring for our sweet senior dog, Moses, who sadly passed last year. After having time to mourn and adjust to the loss, we are ready to open our hearts and home again to caring for others’ pets and treating them like our own. We offer boarding, doggy daycare, drop-in visits and dog walking. If you’re outside my service area, I’m happy to discuss a small mileage fee or flexible options. We do not have any pets or children in the house. Boarding and Doggy Daycare: - We will only watch one pet at a time unless they are from the same household. - We do not allow pets on furniture. - We prefer to do meet and greets beforehand. We may have more questions before booking if that is not possible. I’m very familiar for caring for our aging friends and understand how hard it can be to take time for ourselves while worrying about them. I am familiar with complex medication regimes, mobility assistance and wound management. If you have any questions or would like to talk about your pet’s specific needs, I’d love to connect! My husband and I both work from home. Normally I work 3 x 12 hour shifts a week. This gives me a lot of free time that I like to fill by watching your furry loved one. I have a fenced in yard that is perfect for pups to sunbath and get for added outdoor time, but it is not a grass area. Dogs will need to be able to walk on a leash. Our house has a few steps in the front that a dog will have to go down to get outside. We have most supplies needed for dogs from beds, crates, toys and bowls.

About: 3 years ago we moved from Istanbul/Turkey to Colorado. With our 7 year old dog who we adopted from the streets of Istanbul, his name is Musti. I also have a 5 year old son. When I was in Turkey, I was working as an editor. I chose to leave my job to take better care of our dog and our son. In this period of my life, I worked as a dog sitter/walker. At the moment my mother language is not English and my English is a little! far from perfect I cannot continue editing, but I do part time content translations. Since I work from home, I have a lot of free time and I can determine my work times myself. I love animals very much and am very sensitive to their needs. I'm someone who can't get comfortable without them getting comfortable. You can be sure that all their needs will be met, that they will receive lots of love and that they will be safe. I'm working from home and i also can work at anywhere, so I have time during the day to walk and care for pets. I am more than happy to come to your house to care for pets, take them for walks. Unfortunately, I can't do boarding, even though I really want to do it. Our dog Musti is a traumatized dog when he lived on the streets of Istanbul and cannot get along with every animal. Especially with large young male dogs.

About: For my entire life I have loved and cared for animals, big and small. I worked at a veterinary clinic for 3 years while trying to decide if I wanted to go to veterinary school. I chose human healthcare instead, but my passion for animals has never wavered. I am a mother of 2 children, 2 dogs, 2 rabbits, 3 cats and 8 chickens. I have house sitting and real life experience with turtles, snakes, hermit crabs, gerbils, hamsters, geckos, bearded dragons, and fish along with dogs, cats, and chickens. Not only do I love all kinds of animals, but I have experience and knowledge caring for more sensitive and delicate pets, and have the utmost respect for the necessity of timely feedings, walks, outdoor time, cleaning of pet living spaces, medicine administration, etc. Your pets safety, happiness, and health are my top concern. Cage, coop, and yard cleaning services are also available, ask if you’re interested! I work in an elementary school as a health clerk during the week, so during the school year, I am mostly available weekends, mornings, and evenings. When pet sitting during the week, I am able to check on pets early in the morning (around 6:30-7am depending on the pets needs), after work (3:30) and through the evening until 8pm. On weekends, I can have a flexible schedule as long as the booking is in advance. Pets always get plenty of pets, love, and play time, along with their basic needs of food, water, and safety. I will arrive, give lots of love, and provide bathroom needs, clean up after any messes left behind (including, but not limited to, potty messes, or any animal created messes like fluff and toy scraps). Any dishes used for pet care will be cleaned, and the house will be as tidy as it was left.

We are open to do doggy day care/boarding, but we would need to discuss how well your pups do around cats and other dogs! We can easily crate your pup, or keep them separated if requested. We are both tidy and considerate people who will respect your living space and your animal companions.
