Over night care includes mail pick-up, trash and recycling bin management and overall care of your home and pets. I follow the "Dog Whisperer's" philosophy of calm assertive energy and the simple act of walking a dog can go a long way in giving your dog the confidence and happiness he or she craves. Dogs express happiness through calmness. Overnight pet sitting is preferred due to the cost of gas and pet safety. Services may be limited or declined in North and East Longmont due to safety issues. Rover does not permit their sitters to care for any animals other than cats and dogs. All services need to be booked through Rover, I do not accept cash in hopes of a lower rate. Overnight dog care is limited to 3 dogs not over 60LBS each and a secure property is necessary for me to feel comfortable. I am including this information because I realize there are many unsecured ranches in Boulder Country with "Ranch Dogs" that are trained to stay on the property, please note I am not comfortable with that arrangement.

I make an effort to include your dog or dogs in my everyday activities. Dogs love to follow me around while I pull weeds, etc... I am an active board member within my condo community and I occasionally have trash pick-up in my community where I engage my working dog breeds to help me find trash to dispose of. "I call this activity "Keeping Longmont Beautiful!" Dogs also love it when you are home with them, it doesn't matter what you are doing as long as you are with them, they love to see you dusting or sweeping while hanging on your every word. "Story Time" is another fun activity where I read whatever book I am currently reading out loud to your dogs or cats, they soon become mesmerized and soon fall into a deep sleep. Please realize that dogs or cats can reduce their food intake and or can stop eating while you are away, this is rare but can happen. Occasional pet messes are also rare, but just incase, I ask owners to have a pet mess clean-up kit consisting of one bottle of Natures Miracle Stain & Oder Remover.
