“Provided exceptional care for my 2 cats. Everything from the litter box, the water bowl, down to the finest details was taken care of each visit. The absolute best pet sitter I’ve had!”

“Amber is simply a whole different level. Her level of genuine dedication and care is infectious. She has taken care of my kitties in a long stay (over 2 weeks) and a few days, and I have nothing bad so say about her. Highly recommended.”

“Thank you for another fabulous weekend of drop in visits! We love knowing our guys are comfortable at home and get so much love and attention from you! Your detailed visit notes and all the pictures give us so much comfort while we’re away. Thank you for all you do!”

“Avamarie was great with my cats! Gave them lots of love and attention and gave a great report of their time with her! We will definitely be asking her to help again in the future! I'm pretty sure my cats were looking for her after they got over the shock we were home!”

About: I have had pets since I was around 10yrs old. Dogs and cats have been a part of my life every step of the way. I have also walked, pet sat and just dropped in to visit friends and family members pets! I recently got laid off from my full time job so I am certainly flexible! I love spending time walking dogs and playing with them. We have a backyard and a dog park nearby. Our dogs sleep in our bed and are very spoiled...yes, they are allowed on the couch. In your home I would follow your guidelines
“Nelly did a great job sending pictures and updating me on on the condition of my cats as well as showing that the automatic feted food was empty. That I expected to be enough before I got back on my trip..”

About: I've taken care of reptiles, fish, seinor dogs, horses, and scaredy cats. I've been hired by neighbors and family since I was young to care for their senior dogs so I have more experience there. I'm currently job searching so I have as much time as you need to care for your pet. Once I find a job ill be working full time there and do this on the side. I make sure that my dog and cats take their medication, get plenty of play, get the right amount of food, teeth are brushed, and potty time is healthy.
“Kristen has cat-sat for us before, and as always, she was amazing! She’s so patient, sweet, and gentle, exactly what my shy kitty needs. Even though he’s usually reserved, he now comes running out when she walks in, which makes my heart so happy. I’m incredibly grateful to have someone I can truly trust to take such loving care of my kitty while I’m away.”

About: I’m experienced with senior dogs and cats. I love animals and I’d love the opportunity to care for your babies! Allow me to help you! I am retired and I’d love to fill my day/ evenings with caring for your fur babies! I’d love the opportunity to care for them! I will do as you instruct me. Your babies will miss you, but not miss being loved and cared for. You set for their needs.
“This is our second time using Gracie and I think she will now be our go to Rover sitter! She’s really great at communicating exactly what she did during her drop in visit and exceeds her duties while watching our cat! Thank you again Gracie!!”

About: Growing up, my family had one dog named King...he was a black labrador retriever but always kept barking throughout the day and evening. One day, my parents said King is going to a local supermarket to be their guard dog...I was so sad! Ever since then, I've always had an affection for animals. Having raised 3 dogs in my life, the pure joy (and sometimes headaches!) cannot be measured! Sometimes I'd rather spend time with animals than people! But don't tell my fiancee that! I have a 9-5 job during the week but am free during the weekends. I figure I might as well do good and help pet owners out if needed! Being in a townhouse, I do not have a backyard but there are multiple parks and dog/pet areas to explore! But of course, I will listen to the pet owner in regards to any exercise or time spent with their pet(s)!

“Our fourth time using Elyse to watch our cats. She is always punctual, leaves thorough comments about her visit, and takes the sweetest pictures! Thank you so so much for your great care!”

About: My name is Hanna and I am animal lover with a very active lifestyle. I grew up with dogs and cats in the house and love animals! I spent this past summer living at, and helping out with, a dog mushing kennel. This taught me a lot about working dogs and about dealing with many dogs (20+) at one time. Learning these group dynamics was very interesting and helpful in understanding dogs in general. I also had the opportunity to be a part of the birth of two litters at the kennel and therefore learned a lot about newborn puppies and how to care for young puppies! My own dog was with me during this time, which also taught me a lot about her and her adaptability. I love to lead an active lifestyle with my own dog, but am also accustomed to pets with different activity levels/needs. I am very patient and caring when it comes to pets and am always happy to meet new animals!
Sugar Hill cat parents share their Rover experiences
My husband and I just moved to the area and needed a new sitter, which is always nerve wracking with a sky, skittish cat. Amber was SO kind, responsive, and accommodating when fitting us into her schedule. I loved the photos she was able to capture during her visits and how attentive she was to our cat’s needs, even the quirky ones. She is absolutely a 5 star sitter!
