“She was awesome! Went above and beyond what she was asked to do and we really appreciate it would definitely recommend her to anyone and will be using her again”

“Tidarat was an incredible sitter for our 2 cats. She always made sure to let us know how they were doing and gave us peace of mind while we were away. She did a great job with Stanley who is not so fond of people and for that I am grateful! We will definitely reach out to Tidarat for future visits :)”

“Alexis has been so sweet with our dog Shiloh, and so willing to be flexible with our changing schedules! She spends time with our girl, and is excellent at communicating with us. We would trust her to take care of our baby anytime, and we don’t just say that about anyone!!”

“Kristen is a wonderful dog sitter! She was timely and attentive to detail. She provided us with thorough updates and the BEST pictures of our dogs at each visit. We felt very comfortable, knowing that she was taking care of them. We highly recommended her services.”

“Thank you so Much ! We Will definitely be reaching out to you again when we go out of town hopefully this year again. Thank you so much for being patient with my Boy!!!”

About: Hi I’m Liz and I absolutely love animals! When I was younger I was always wanting to help out any animal I could find. I grew up with cats and a dog but once I got married my husband was allergic to cats so I never got to own my own cat. But I foster dogs on the side! I don’t work with any agencies, I just help certain life or death situations or senior pups who were denied proper care. I currently own 7 dogs ranging from all ages puppy to senior. I also own what most people call “difficult” breeds Akitas, Shibas, huskies, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, and Samoyed! I have a few puppies in training at my house and would love to share my knowledge of dogs with others! If you have training questions I’d love to help you and get you on the right track! I can’t wait to meet your pup! I’m currently working full time but I get off at 3-4pm each day and I am off Saturday and Sunday. I have a lot of wiggle room and would love to accommodate any way I can! I want to care for your pet in the same manner you do! I want your pet to feel like I am a second care human they are close and comfortable with. I will follow your instructions to a “T” so they aren’t left missing you too much! Right now I will only be offering your home for services but maybe some day mine as well :)
About: I recently lost my dog of 10 years in March 2026, and I would love to share my love with other lovely fur babies! As a social worker, I know how to care for others, and understand the importance of animals as part of our family and mental well-being, and I treat them as such. I have experience watching all types of pets and experiences with pets who are diabetic or have special medical needs. I'm currently working a flexible job where I am virtual and only come in person a few hours a week. So I can stay the night at your house, or in my own home based on your preference. My flexible schedule makes it easy for me to prioritize your pet when needed. I am open to staying at your house overnight, but I can also stay at my own home based on your preference. I have cared for pets living in a house with a yard and without as well as in an apartment in the city. I know that these environments can make pet care different, so I make sure to keep to scheduled walks, potty breaks, playtime, and outside times consistentently.
“I have used Raima for drop-ins for about a month now and I can't say enough great things! She takes care of my 2 dogs so well and is very quick to respond to any requests. I truly appreciate her and the care that she gives Oakley and Sutton. Would highly recommend!”

About: Your friendly neighborhood Pet Sitter! I am comfortable with watching Dogs, Cats, Birds and exotic pets. I’ve loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember. I have two full-time whippets and a cat of my own, and I regularly care for my friends’ pets, from large dogs like Labradoodles to small dogs like Dachshunds. I work from home, so I’m able to spend plenty of time with the pets I care for and give them attention, companionship, walks, playtime, and comfort throughout the day. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, fears, comforts, and little quirks. That is always where I start with my care. I take time to understand what makes each pet feel safe and happy, and I care for them in a way that suits them. I grew up in the bushveld of South Africa surrounded by animals, so I have a lifelong love and respect for them. Every pet I watch is treated like my own little companion. I work from home, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m able to spend plenty of time with the pets I care for throughout the day, whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, cuddles, or quiet companionship. Because I’m home most of the time, pets are not left alone for long periods and can settle into a calm, consistent environment. I have two whippets and a cat of my own, so I understand how important it is to create a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet. I know that each animal has a different personality, so I take time to understand their routine, comfort level, energy, fears, and boundaries before anything else. I follow owner instructions carefully, keep feeding and care routines consistent, and make sure every pet feels secure and cared for. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so owners know their pet is safe, happy, and treated like part of the family.
“Anna Kate was a great sitter.Miss Kitty is very shy but Anna Kate made her feel safe and she loved seeing Anna Kate every morning. She did everything we needed and we were very pleased . Highly recommend her and we will have her sit again for us.”

About: I am an experienced animal mom and mom to 4 animal loving sons. I know the struggle of trying to find a place for your fur babies to stay when you have to leave them behind. Your pups are welcome at our house, and they will be loved on and given the space and comfort that they need. We have a sweet lab mix, Cleo, who would love to have some friends stay over and play or just hang out. We also have two cats. I am a teacher, so I am home and available full time for boarding over school breaks and weekends. (NOTE: If your pet needs to be boarded during a regular week (not a school break) he or she will be at my home with my son (or alone if he’s out) until I get home around 4.) I work very close to home, so I am able to run home and check in. Thank you for your consideration and trust. ❤️
“Seth stepped in at literally the last minute after our sitter had to cancel. He was consistent and helpful with regular communication and pics. I appreciate his great service and we WILL book with him from now on! Thanks Seth!”
“My regular sitter was out of town and Amber had outstanding reviews so I booked her. She’s fantastic! Very attentive to my kitties needs and very good at checking in with me while I’m away! My one cat requires oral medication daily and the pilling went so smoothly thanks to her loving demeanor with my boy. My cats can definitely sense she’s an animal person and adapted to her quickly! Book her if she’s available!”

About: I have owned and taken care of animals of all breeds, sizes, colors and temperaments. I strongly believe that all pets want to be good boys and girls, and I love being able to make them feel that way. Every pet is an individual with varying needs that help them to be their best self. I have experience with newborn puppies as well as senior dogs. I love to work with high energy dogs, but also enjoy being with dogs who might need a little more attention, tenderness and sensitivity. I understand that every dog owner wants nothing more than for their best friends to be comfortable and happy. I have an organized schedule and I would love for your good boys and good girls to become a part of that routine. I am currently working from home so my schedule is very flexible and I am home a majority of the time. My goal is to make your pet feel as at home as possible. I want to keep your pets routine the exact same as what you do at home. Our yard is partially fenced in so we take dogs out for potty breaks on the leash. Our pets love having other new friends visit us and they get along with everyone. I always feed pets separately from each other just to ensure everyone’s safety.

Sam was great! This was my first time hiring a pet sitter, and I was very apprehensive. Sam was very patient and kind through the whole interview - and the cats loved her. I can’t recommend her enough. Thanks, Sam, for helping me enjoy a much needed vacation! Looking forward to next time.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Flowery Branch. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
