Caring for and spending time with animals has become such a huge passion of mine in life. I thoroughly enjoy creating a genuine and caring bond, providing very detailed & thoughtful care, and most importantly showing love to the animals. It’s such a rewarding experience that I currently do part-time outside of my full-time job as an accountant💗🐶🐱. My Background Information: ⬇️ While growing up on my family farm during my childhood, my family and I had a small dog, horses and many cats and several kitten litters throughout the years. I would frequently help my family in caring for my many pets up until I moved away for college. I also was once provided with a bird dog sitting job for a family friend where I was responsible for all of their basic needs. The two bird dogs stayed at our family home during the 6-month duration I provided care. Throughout my college years, I was able to take care of my now husband’s family’s dogs and cats when they would go out of town. I also had many opportunities of caring for my various friend’s cats of all ages (all life stages) and many different breeds. My current cat (Purebred Russian Blue) has very high energy and relies on a daily medication to live a healthy life. This is another experience that has helped me learn to adapt to different energy levels needed for animals and in return, adjust my care accordingly. I take care of my own fur-baby on a daily basis and have experience with providing him with all of his basic needs which include daily medication needs, food/water/treat needs and wants, litter box cleaning/maintenance, vet visits, indoor playtime with his favorite toys, outside playtime with the use of a harness/leash to ensure ultimate safety and grooming/brushing needs. Animals have always brought me so much joy and have always been such a huge part of my life. I would be so thrilled to be given an opportunity to continue my experience providing love, admiration and needed care to your very own fur-baby! Since gaining much experience on rover as a pet sitter, I have been able to establish my own set of high care standards that I always abide by. I am always sure to ask about care instruction details (including any health issues) and be sure I have a clear understanding on all instructions provided. I always strive to take lots of photos of the owner’s pet(s) for the owner to enjoy while being away and to provide detailed and clear communication to the owner on a consistent basis. When booking with me, I’ll be sure to care for your pet like my very own and always aim to ease any concerns you may have! 💗

Safety, trust & environment
I will ensure your cat or kitten is safe by ensuring they do not go outside (depending on care instructions provided to me for the cat) and stay safely indoors. I will also ensure that all dietary, bathroom, sleep and playtime needs are met according to the care instructions provided. For puppies or dogs, I will ensure they are safely taken outside on a leash or without a leash if there is a fenced in back yard (also depending on care instructions provided to me). Also, I have a lot of experience being able to recognize when an animal may be in distress of some kind so if I notice any signs of distress, I will notify you right away and see what the next steps should be.

Schedule
*Please see below for my typical weekly availability while also being a full-time Accountant outside of providing rover pet sitting services part-time 🥰. Drop-in Visits, House Sitting & Dog Walking Services Availability: ⬇️ Drop-in Visits & Dog Walking 🦮🐈🤍 Monday - Drop-in visit and dog walking requests for early morning, lunch time (midday) and/or evening typically work best. Tues, Wed, Thurs & Friday - As I have a full-time job also, I typically accept drop-in visit and dog walking requests for 8:30 AM and earlier, during lunchtime (depending on distance from my workplace) and/or after 5:30 PM. Saturday & Sunday - I am typically wide open in availability. *I do typically get the 2nd & 4th Friday of each month off (or working remotely) so I am often pretty flexible in availability on those given days for pet care services (similar to Monday’s availability). *My husband works fully remote so he can potentially fill in for me if needed and if you are comfortable with that of course while I’m away at work. He has 4+ years of past kennel experience. Feel free to ask me about this if you are interested at all. House Sitting 🏠🐱🐶 Monday, 2nd & 4th Friday of Month, Sat, & Sun - For house sitting on these days listed above, I can provide potty breaks every 4 hrs but every 5+ hours typically work better for me. My schedule works best with dogs and/or cats that can be left alone for atleast 4 hours at a time (5+ hours is preferred). If the cat or dog cannot be left alone for atleast 4 hours at a time, a higher rate than what is listed for house sitting will need to be charged as this will be considered a constant care request. Tues, Wed, Thurs & 1st & 3rd Friday of Month - For house sitting on these days, my schedule is limited as I’m in office working full-time. A dog that can have 9-10+ hr potty breaks are feasible with my schedule on these days. Once again as mentioned above - If the cat and/or dog cannot be left alone for atleast 4 hours at a time, a higher rate than what is listed for house sitting will need to be charged as this will be considered a constant care request. Constant Care vs House Sitting Rates Explained: ⬇️ *Please note my constant care rate is different than my house-sitting rate that is listed. Constant care is when your dog or cat cannot be left alone for atleast 4 hours at a time which means I would be unable to leave for brief periods of time if I need/want to for atleast 4 hours at a time. House sitting would allow me to be able to leave as needed for owner/sitter agreed upon periods of time (atleast 4 hours - minimum) and come and go as needed for the allotted agreed upon timeframe. I charge an hourly rate or overall higher nightly rate for requests considered to be constant care.
