“Maria and her husband are wonderful! They took very good care of my pup & made her feel very comfortable. I am so glad I found them on Rover🙂”

Tiago F.

“Tiago is a wonderful dog sitter. Our 7 month old bernedoodle puppy is very high energy and he is very patient and kind to her. He is obviously a dog lover. He is also very organized and always has all of her toys and stuff packed up at pick up time. We couldn't ask for a better sitter and Maggie loves going to visit him and his lovely family.”

Robynn F.

“Thank you thank you thank you for taking care of Penelope while I was in town! I appreciate everything you did for us & apologize profusely for her accidents.”

Angela R.
“We had Angela pet sit our dog Roscoe and cat Mysti while out of town for a wedding. They were so happy with her! She played with Roscoe, walked him and gave him night night treats, and kept up with the needy cats' food schedule and held her as much as possible. She's a huge animal lover! Would definitely hire her again! Thanks again for your help Angela!”

Giselle R.
“Giselle has watched my girls on several occasions now . My girls love staying with her and I never have to worry when they are in her care. She sends me the cutest pictures of them playing together . I cannot recommend her enough!!!!”

Amaryllis R.

“Amaryllis is a great sitter. She is compassionate, reliable, communicative, and a true animal lover! I would definitely recommend her if you want your furry friend to be in good hands.”

Courtney D.
“To Whom it May Concern, Courtney Davis is a kind and loving person, which has had household pets since the time of being a child. In her adult life she has had a dog that she cherished to the point of regular medical care and doggie day care. Courtney's consideration for dogs is as that of a parent to a child. These words mean a lot coming from me, as I am one who decidedly would not take in a pet.”

Angelica B.

“Angelica provided such great care (and patience) for my one year old Aussie Perry. She was flexible with drop off and pick up times and provided a welcome and safe environment for him and introduced him to two new puppy pals. TY Angelica”

Mahaffrin A.

“Mahaffrin and her husband provided exceptional care for Mocha, treating him as if he were their own! We felt as though we were leaving our dog with friends rather than a sitter, which eased any worries we had. They were completely transparent about their approach to care, demonstrating a genuine love for dogs and a commitment that clearly wasn’t about the money. The one-dog-at-a-time policy ensures that each pet gets the full attention and love it deserves. For any dog owners who are hesitant to trust a sitter on Rover, I wholeheartedly recommend Mahaffrin. Their intentions and actions are genuine, and their service is no-nonsense and top-notch!!”

Kristina W.

“Kristina was absolutely fantastic. This was the first time we used a sitter for our little guy and Kristina made sure he was comfortable and gave him enough time to adjust. She was very flexible with timings as well.”

About: Welcome!! We are both experienced pet sitters and have pet sit both seniors and puppies - we have one dog at home, a 10 year old pug (aka: baby gremlin) who is very friendly and loves getting to know other pups. We have watched friends, families, and neighbors dogs for years and since we love having multiple dogs but aren't ready to get a second dog quite yet, we decided to try out Rover! We promise to treat your dog like family and spam you with pictures of their stay while they are here. Happy to administer any medications, put on any clothes, and give as many treats as you find necessary. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friends! One of us works fully remote and the other is hybrid - we currently walk our dog 3 times/day - and are happy to tailor our walking schedule to your dogs needs. We are a 10 minute walk from a dog park and love getting fresh air with the dogs! Walks typically happen at 8 am, between 3-5 pm depending on meetings, and 10 - 11 pm. Since one of us is always home, we have ample dog beds set up in each room to make sure our dog (and your dog when with us) has ample companionship and attention. We treat all the furry friends we watch as family - we are both from dog and pet families. If your dog is used to sleeping in the bed, totally fine with us! Your dog will be treated just like our dog during their stay here, and let me tell you, Dorothy is living the life of a Queen.

About: I provide a safe, comfortable, fun, and learning environment for your furry friends while you are away, whether it is in your home or mine! Currently a full time student. I am unable to work a set full time or part time job. This is why rover is such a good job, I am able to take care of your fur babies on time off! I have a fenced yard, and comfortable home. My own furry babies are allowed to be free around the house all day, and a child free home.

About: We've had three dogs since our kids were old enough. We've raised and trained pups and provided medicine to our dogs when they were sick. We like to walk them and let them out as much as possible (fenced yard, private home). When I'm not traveling (we don't accept boarding when I am), I work from home and can provide daily walks and short intervals. Your pet will have company all day long and is welcome to hang out in my home office. We have a single-family home with a fenced back yard in a quiet neighborhood. If we do leave your pet alone, we can gate them into the large kitchen/family room area (unless you prefer crating them), so that they won't be too confined.

About: I was the main caregiver of our family dog as a kid. Now, as a family with two school aged kids we all share the responsibility of caring, playing and actively engaging with our 14 month old dog. As a full time stay at home mom, pet care is focused. We walk our dog twice a day minimum 1.5miles each walk when the weather is conducive. We have a fenced in yard where the dogs can run around, play and take potty breaks. I have a fenced decent sized yard and an active 14 month old dog Hope to keep your pet company. As a family, we love outdoor walks in the trails near our home (we also live next to a forest preserve), so on top of playing with our dog, your pet will not lack in exercise. We do require that dogs be crate trained, potty-trained, kid-friendly and vaccinated.

About: I grew up on a farm in Tennessee with cats, dogs, chickens and horses. I have a lot of experience with animals. Hope to hear from you! I have a flexible schedule and I’m looking to try out a new side hustle that I enjoy. I’m great with animals and I look forward to meeting your pets. We have a walking trail around our neighborhood. So we can get plenty of exercise and potty breaks. If you have any specific needs let me know.

“Your dog's new best friend right here! Simply put, Anthony's love for dogs is clear right away. He truly cares for your pet as though it's his own. His experience as a dog parent, lover and trainer means your fur baby is always in great hands!”

Lonnie N.
“Both of his dogs are so happy everytime I see them. They are very well socialized, and has a big fenced yard. Everyone in the neighborhood always says hi when passing them by. He has puppy sat dogs before and did very well. He will be a great addition to the rover family!”
