“Brittney has been great for dropping in and taking care of my best boy Rogue. She spends time doing several activities with him which Rogue and I appreciate :)”

“Wonderful first experience with Abbey! Great communication and my little Stella is usually so shy and barky to new people, but she warmed up instantly to Abbey on our initial meet and greet. I will definitely be booking again, thank you :)”

“Alayna did a great job watching my dog Sully while I was away on a work trip. I told her before my trip that I wasn’t used to leaving my dog home on my adventures and that I was a little stressed about it. She reassured me with great detailed updates and pictures that Sully was happy and loved while I was away. She made sure he got plenty of playtime and exercise, cuddles, and food/water throughout the day. I would definitely recommend her for other pet owners feeling a bit anxious to leave their furry friends, and I’ll definitely work with her again.”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Growing up my family had loving but sassy golden retriever, she was so nurturing and maternal we nicknamed her Nanny Girl. She always groomed and watched over us kids but also our cats lol! I then was blessed to spend 12 wonderfully sweet years with my black lab. He was such a spunky, funny pup and grew into the sweetest, most gentle little old man. I miss him terribly, but I am not quite ready to get another dog. I frequently dog/cat sit for family and friends and I still have boxes of toys left for your pup to play with. I remember the stress and worry of leaving your fur baby behind and in the care of someone else when going on vacation. I can promise you that I will love and spoil your fur baby as if they were my own. I work from home full time so I will be with your dog all day (with the exception of a possible quick errand). I can accommodate any needs that your dog has. If they are high energy I am very familiar with lots of parks, trails and dog parks in the area to run and play and get all that energy out. If they have slowed down a bit I have a comfy couch and lots of blankets to snuggle up with and toys to play at their pace with. I work remotely, so I am able to be with your pet all day. We can go out for walks frequently or if medication needs to be administered throughout the day I am available to do that. I am very clean and am overly cautious when taking pups outside. I always make sure they are on their leash securely and stay alert for things going on around us.

“I wish I could give 6 stars! I was extremely anxious about leaving my boy Prince at home while on vacation, but Sarah did such an amazing job quelling those fears and taking care of our baby. She kept us updated everyday with pictures and notes about his daily routine. This was my first time using Rover and after finding Sarah, I feel comfortable traveling more often. I highly recommend her professional and in depth quality of care. I will book with her again for my next vacation!!”

“Courtney went above and beyond to make sure my kitty was very well taken care of during my 6 day trip and everything in the house (plants, mail, trash was also taken care of. She really spent time with my Mia, fed her and played with her. My skinny rescue cat gained weight and looks even more beautiful now. Really appreciated all the regular updates with pictures. So grateful to Courtney for providing such an amazing service ❤️🐈⬛🙏”

“Zoe is very easy going and reliable! She works with me around my erratic schedule, and my Ginger absolutely LOVES her! My roommate is sometimes home when Zoe stops by, and she verified she keeps my energetic baby busy burning energy!”

About: I've been a dog person my whole life. I love dogs and give mine the loving attention they deserve. You can rest assured your dog will receive the same love, attention, and proper care/treatment. I'm a teacher currently not working in the summer...so I can help out anytime you need it. Once the school year starts, my hours will change, but for now, I'm here to help! I have a big, fenced backyard. I have crates available if needed. You can trust that your dog's safety and positive environment will be my top priority.

“Genie is absolutely phenomenal!! She does an absolutely incredible job taking care of our cat as well as looking after our home while we are away! She goes above and beyond and we could not be happier with our experience!”

“Miguel did a fantastic job. He came over for an initial meet and greet, followed by this drop-in, which was a trial for upcoming trips. We are booking him for two upcoming jobs. He was on time, thorough, texting with questions, sending pics, etc. The dogs love him. Way to go, Miguel. Thank you!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Samantha! She took such great care of our three dogs while we were away. She was reliable, communicative, and genuinely kind. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos she sent. They gave us so much peace of mind and made us smile while we were away. We came home to happy, well cared for pups and would absolutely love to have her watch them again in the future. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

“Sophia is a wonderful cat sitter! We have 3 with somewhat picky eating habits and Sophia took care of it all and sent great pictures. She even won over one of ours that only likes one person!”

About: I am always smiling brightly every time I have the opportunity to be with an animal. (I have many photos of this to share!) I love all types of these precious beings! Some of my life experiences include: Parenting Dogs, Cats, Kittens, Lizards, and Senior Pets. I have assisted in kitten birth and successfully bonded with, and adopted a feral kitten who (still) adores me... Yay! 😁 I have also cared for a very sick lizard who required a lot of care by myself for a few long months. All types of animals seem to be attracted to me, including... dogs, cats, ferrets, horses, donkeys, goats, possums, squirrels, etc. I love the saying, "If animals are drawn to you, it's not random. They can sense good energy and are naturally drawn to calm and safe vibes." I have been a volunteer at the Michigan Humane Society and I am also a medical professional (for humans). *Disclaimer: My '30' years of experience is personal, not professional. I have always had a strong desire to work with animals and I am hoping to finally transition from human care to animal care. I did not choose to work medically with animals as my career because I prefer to interact with animals and enjoy what they bring to the world, rather than do restraining and invasive procedures on them. ***IMPORTANT***Since I am attempting to transition from human care to animal care, I still work full time (plus) in the Human Healthcare field and my work schedule varies. Rover only allows us three default time slots to choose from and that is a HUGE disaster for my scheduled 'availability' here. Due to this set up, unfortunately I will have to decline requests often. It is not that I don't want the opportunity. It is that I will not be able to take some of them at that time and there is no option to indicate that on my schedule calander. My typical availability might be something like: M-W evenings 6-9pm (I may arrive in medical scrubs), Friday afternoon 2-6pm and some Sunday afternoons before 2pm. House sitting can also 'sometimes' be booked with notice if not marked in my profile or calander as an available service. This schedule is not definite, not always available and varies. Sometimes I will even be available other times but it would be impossible to continually update that here in my profile every few days so it seems there is not much choice but to decline 'open' slots where I am not available. I greatly apologize in advance. I will keep my calander as close to accurate as I am able to but it will not be exact. I did request a change in the scheduling format for better accommodation. 👍🏿 I am pretty intuitive about what makes an animal happy (and not) and I would make their time with me as awesome as I possibly can! Additionally, I would happily engage farm animals, birds, and others to my full ability!

“Samantha is our go to for drop in visits for our senior tabby cats. She is reliable, communicates effectively, and always sends photos with her updates. We highly recommend Samantha and will definitely use her in the future.”

About: I've had some experience raising a Future Leader Dog from Leader Dogs for the Blind. I am working towards a biology degree for pre-veterinary medicine. My schedule is subject to change during the summer. Contact me for my updated schedule. I may be called in for work depending on the day. I have a fensed in backyard. I do not have any pets living in the house. There is a 10 year old girl that would keep your pet company under supervision.

Bonnie S.

“Bonnie watched our very energetic, 6 month old, puppy for 10 days last summer. She took such good care of her, walked her twice a day, played with her in the yard, snuggled - as much as you can with a puppy with those sharp teeth:) and basically was a great dog mom while we were gone. Bonnie is a very happy and kind person which carried over to her care of our puppy. I observed her being gentle but firm when interacting with our puppy as well as my daughter's dog and could see that she genuinely loves animals. Upon our return I could tell our puppy missed all the love and attention she was given. Bonnie spent a lot of time with our puppy and took great care of her. I would highly recommend her to be your dog's caregiver!”

Kristina B.
“Kristina has a special place in her heart for animals. She is always making sure all animals, including strays, family pets, neighbor's pets and friend's pets are taken care of. She always includes them in the planning of the well being of the animals in her world. Kristina is always looking out for hurt, sick or animals in need and loves to help with emergencies when it comes to injured or sick animals. I have always trusted her with my dog and my cat. Anyone that knows Kristina trusts her with their pet. I would recommend Kristina to help with any part of the pet care process; not limited to talking to them, sitting them, taking them to the vet or even just playing with them to stimulate their day. I can always count on her to be there for me when I need her for an emergency to take my dog at a moment's notice if I have to leave over night for any reason.”

Samantha F.
Star Sitter

Terry Y.
“I met Terry Yung about 4 years ago and every day since then has been her proving how gentle loving and caring she is. From the day we met she showed a passion towards taking care of and loving animals. Her attitude towards the critters and creatures of our world prove without a shadow of a doubt that she is the single best choice for to be around dogs. On top of all of this, she has shown such extensive knowledge and willingness to learn that makes her a unique candidate that cannot be missed. Choosing her means choosing a responsible amazing person to take on this task and there is no better person for the job. She is the definition of one of a kind and the only concern youd need to having the dog falling for her and never leaving.”
