About: I grew up with dogs, and I’ve always said that I would help any animal in need. At age 15 I took on the sole responsibility of caring for two guinea pigs. At age 16 I began volunteering at an animal rescue in Lewisville, Texas and at age 19 I started working at a veterinary clinic in Hays, KS. Recently I have been using my passion for helping others in elderly care, but I have moved back to the Kansas City area and I’d like to get back to working with animals beyond just the informal care I do for my cousin’s two pitbulls and my family’s two labradors. I am working on securing full time employment and so I will be caring for pets during the hours that I am not at work. I believe every animal should be treated with kindness. About: My family has had dogs, cats and fish my whole life. I often watch them when my parents are out of town and I have dog and cat sat for family & friends for years. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens.
