Personalized care for your dog or cat - Spring Hill

Highly-rated overnight sitters - Spring Hill
“Another absolutely amazing experience with Erin! I really appreciate the detailed communication and pictures for my dogs stay. It’s always a good sign when she comes home and just wants to nap! I can tell she got lots of love, play time, and was well taken care of! 10/10 as always! Thank you, Erin!!”

“Mo was amazing!!!! I was worried about my hyperactive 8 month puppy but she fortunately had another active dog she was taking care of and they tired each other out. She took wonderful care of both my doggies. Both my 8 month puppy (Tibber) and my 8 year old (Cepheus) love Mo and her family. I was surprised that Cepheus warmed up to her husband and kids so quickly. He's usually a little cautious of men. They must be wonderful. Mo sent us so many daily pictures and videos, it made me so happy to see them throughout the day. ? Mo was also very accommodating and understanding. She has been by far the best sitter I have used. I will probably always try to book her when I need a sitter if she's available.”

“Angela was absolutely wonderful! She’s very easy to work with and was willing to let me extend his stay when my flight was delayed. She has a plethora of fun friends that he could play and cuddle with. I only had to bring Ham and his food as she took care of the rest; she ate even wrestled him in his carrier so all I had to do at pick up was scoop him into the car. She’s my go to now for sure!”

“I could tell my pup was well taken care during her time with Donald & Affton. If possible they will be the ones I’ll have her start with every time I need Rover!”

“Natalia was great! My dogs were very well cared for & happy when I picked up. Her husband helped me out to my vehicle. My older dog has a hard time loading & he helped me get her in the vehicle. She was very generous and altered my booking because my son got sick at the airport & we had to cancel part of our trip & change to only 1 night instead of 4. She sent pictures & videos after only a couple hours & got our dogs comfortable in their home. Thank you very much!! Would definitely book again!”

“This was our 8 month old pup's first time to be away from us and our first time to use Rover. It was a fantastic experience all around. They provided the structure that she needed and she came back to us very happy. Adam was great to work with. I'm sure we will be back.”

“We left our dog with Luke for 10 days and we had a great experience. Our dog was happy and healthy when we picked her up. Luke sent us pictures throughout the boarding time. We will definitely use Luke again!”

“Emily was absolutely amazing! She agreed to our booking last-minute and was so friendly and welcoming when I dropped off the cats. She provided lots of pictures and videos and gave great updates of our kitties! She was definitely knowledgeable about cats and was very comfortable handling the two different personality types of our cats. She also has a beautiful home with lots of space for your pets to roam around! I HIGHLY recommend to board your pets with Emily! She is worth every penny! So much better than boarding your pets at a vets office! Thank you so much again!!”

“Nate and the family were great. They made the process simple. We enjoyed receiving a couple pictures and a video over the 3-4 day stay. Once home, our pup passed out from all the excitement he had at Nate’s. Job well done.”

“Hari and her Husband with absolutely wonderful with my Kota boy, as well as there pup Symba. Hari kept me updated all day throughout every day the whole time Kota was there. I received pictures and videos as well!!! If you are looking for some where for your pup to go whether its for a day or a week. I would 100% recommend Hari as a sitter!! 😁”

About: I have had dogs my whole life. I also worked for 2 yrs at a in home boarding facility. I have done pet sitting for family and friends while they are gone on holiday. I love animals specially dogs. I currently have 3 senior babies myself I currently am not working so home most days unless running errands (which usually are every other Friday in mornings) The only time not home is Tuesday mornings and Thursday's all day. That will change on May 22 when I will no longer be taking care of my grandson I have a 6ft fence all the way around my yard. I have 3 senior dogs who are very chilled. When the first meet a new friend they do the sniff test then usually go do their thing. One of my seniors is a lab who still thinks he is a puppy and likes to play but has bad hips. On nice days I keep my back door open and they are free to go in and out when then like. I have a deck that is shaded either by trees or umbrellas. I also do Doggie spa day on my babies which includes brushing, cleaning ears, teeth and nails.
“We love sending Kacey to Brittany’s house! He always has a ton of fun running around in her yard with her dog and comes home tired! She always responds quickly and sends pictures! We love brittany and her family!”

“Lauren was fantastic with Bigs ! Bigs is a 3 year old German shorthair with tons of energy. She let him run around her backyard and he had a great time playing with her dog! She was also very accommodating during pick up and Bigs had a great time. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a safe place to board! She also gave me updates while I was away and I really appreciated that!”

“Griffen and Gloria were nothing short of amazing taking care of my Crystal, who had never been with anyone other than family before. The updates were comforting and the quick response in communication were much appreciated. I like that they limit the amount of dogs and only take small ones. Absolutely recommend!!”

“Montana did a great job of taking care of our two dogs! She sent daily photos and updates. Out of all the dog sitters we’ve had, she’s the one who provided the most updates and we really appreciate that with having senior dogs.”

“Did an excellent job. She sent me pics and kept me posted with how much my cat was eating and eliminating. Will definitely use Stacia again when I’m going to be out of town.”

“As always Hope is so great with her communication. I look forward to her reports about her time with our kitty. She is amazing with our old guy and pays such close attention to all his habits. She is a blessing to have taking care of him when we are away.”

“Monica did a great job and made me deal super secure while I was away from my babies I truly dread taking vacation just because I hate to leave them. She stayed in touch with me ever step of the way and sent me fun pics to show me how much fun they were having. The only bad news is now my kitty thinks I am going to play all these fun games- lol. Thank you, Monica!”

“I could not have asked for a better sitter for my fur baby. Kelli was very detailed with visit information, how my kitty was getting used to them, talking to them and even choosing to get close enough for them to pet her. She even provided litter box and food bowl pictures because my cat is older, on meds and picky about eating. I couldn't ask for a better sitter and would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a pet sitter. I'd give more stars if I could!”

“Kaitlyn has been checking in on my dogs for a little over a year, and I couldn’t be happier with her service! Great communication, dogs love her, and always on time. Definitely book with her if you’re wanting a reliable and trustworthy person with your pups!”

“Allison was great with our cats! She communicated and had photos which was nice to see! She is very sweet and attentive! We would definitely choose her for our pets again!”

“Piper was super attentive and spent a lot of time getting to know Finn we really appreciate her! And we will definitely use her again She was also really super communicating with me.”

“Michelle did a great job giving my cats eyedrops and an inhaler as they have developed new medical conditions. She has the animal knowledge (and heart) to be creative when convincing them to take their medicine. I love having my cats spoiled by her”

“Alyssa is absolutely lovely! She was so accommodating and flexible with the meet and greet and spent a lot of time getting to know our dogs, particularly our newest little rescue that's working through some fear issues, prior to coming for a home visit. It's obvious that she places a lot of importance on making sure the dogs felt comfortable with her prior to taking care of them and she went out of her way to help Lyla continue making progress in feeling safe. She handled my big, exuberant boys with ease and genuine affection while also being gentle and quiet with Lyla. During our meet and greet, she was more than happy to learn about the quirks of each dog and when asked, provided genuine and thoughtful suggestions about fearful rescues, including specific things she would do during her home visit. She was prompt on her timing and provided updates and pictures of her time with the dogs, accommodating a last-minute request for a medication administration. She's a joy to work with, communicates very well and promptly and all of my dogs love her. I'm so lucky to have found her and look forward to having her back.”

“Olivia was great! Came over a few days before to meet the dogs and myself, which made me feel more comfortable! Both of my dogs loved her. She let both dogs out, played with them and sent me a bunch of photos afterwards! Highly recommend and will be using again!”

“Elisha was phenomenal in taking care of my baby. She sent updates, pictures, and action shots. I was never nervous about him the whole week I was gone. She was that great at updating. This is the first time I have let a stranger watch my dog so I was extremely nervous leaving, but her updates put my mind at ease. We did a meet and greet/run through of care before I left. Booster (my dog) interviewed her and gave the signal she would be a good fit to care for him. She followed instructions well and gave exceptional care. I couldn’t recommend her more!!”

“Lilli did an amazing job watching our two senior cats and giving them their medications. She communicated often and sent great updates with every visit. I’d highly recommend her!”

Perfect for high energy dogs - Spring Hill
About: My wife and I have cared for pets our whole lives—dogs, cats, chickens, birds, and fish. Today we have two happy dogs of our own, and we often look after family and friends’ pets. We're devoted to giving every four-legged friend the same love and care we give our own. I work from home, so I’m able to give dogs plenty of attention and care throughout the day. My wife and I are available seven days a week to keep your pup happy and comfortable. My wife and I live in a quiet neighborhood with a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can play safely. Our two dogs are on a regular schedule for feeding, potty breaks, and walks, and we’ll give the same care and consistency to yours. We can crate if needed and block off stairs for older dogs to prevent accidents. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always a top priority.
“This was our first time trying in‑home doggy daycare, and we couldn’t be happier with how it went. Ember can be a little nervous in new places, but she warmed up. She liked the outside time and found out about dog houses.”

“Lauren was great! Chicago enjoyed a fun doggy care day! Her place is very clean and the perfect set up for a pup! She had great communication and even sent pictures and updates!”

“This daycare has been great for my super fearful rescue who came from a puppy mill/hoarding situation so she has no idea how to be a dog. They have been SO patient with her and having somewhere affordable she can go while I work 12 hour shifts has been such a relief I can't even verbalize the magnitude of difference it has created in our lives. I'm telling anyone and everyone who will listen about this place. Cannot recommend enough.”

About: My pet care experience began when I was a young child. My parents have always had at least five pets that I helped train and take care of while growing up. After we moved to a farm, they adopted more pets (dogs, cats, chickens, etc.); which allowed me to have more responsibilities and experiences taking care of animals. In college, I adopted my dog and had her for over 13 years. Sadly, she passed from old age and I have not adopted another pet since. I currently have a full-time job, but it does not involve animals. I am on Rover because I enjoy being around animals and taking care of them. My schedule is flexible and would allow me ample time throughout the day to assist others with their pets. My husband and I have very flexible work schedules that allow us to work from home most, if not all, of the week. We love going for walks with the dogs and playing with them in our fenced in backyard. As mentioned above, we have a fenced in backyard. We also have a large crate available if you prefer to have your dog crates for part of its stay. Thanks for taking your time to read about me! Hopefully, you’ll allow me to help you with your pet(s)!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 20 years and they are always a part of our family. we currently have a golden doodle and love spending most of our time with our boy Simba. I am a software professional mostly stay at home to care of our daughter and dog. Also, we all stay at home during weekends and any holidays. So we got you covered for most of the time. We have a huge fenced yard, and I can take your dog for long walks and crate him required. I have my own fur buddy and we crate him for his naps.
“I can't thank Griffin enough for taking care of my dog on such short notice. They were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent care. Highly recommended!"”

“Joy has watched rocket a few times now but this was the longest stay yet! I am so grateful that she was able to watch rocket and show her so much love. It is a lot easier leaving her knowing she is getting so much love and attention from Joy!”

About: If you're looking for genuine, dedicated care, look no further! My name is Ryan, and as a full-time, stay-at-home step-dad, I have the inherent flexibility and unwavering devotion to ensure your pets have a comfortable, fun, and personalized stay. With no children of my own, my commitment is complete: I treat every animal I care for as my own child. I recently made the move from California and am using the financial stability created through different ventures to pursue one of my passions: pet sitting. This isn't a job for me; it's a heartfelt side venture, meaning your pet gets my undivided attention during their stay. My goal is simple: for your animals to have the absolute best, most loving experience possible while you're away. Unlike part-time sitters who squeeze visits between other obligations, my schedule is structured around consistent pet care and family time. As a stay at home pet parent, caring for my two Golden Retrievers and cat forms as a constant of my daily routine. This means all walks, feeding times, and play sessions are scheduled with precision and are not subject to outside work conflicts. Whether I am providing in-home boarding or day stays, I am always present and available. I commit to maintaining your pet's exact routine, from specific medication times to late-night potty breaks, ensuring a stable, predictable, and stress-free experience. 1. Trust and Availability Trust is the foundation of my service. As a full-time, stay-at-home sitter, your pet receives genuine, focused attention that is simply unmatched. My flexible schedule means I am not juggling another job; I am fully dedicated to their care. This constant presence allows me to quickly recognize any change in behavior, diet, or health and respond immediately. Please feel free to observe my home environment and my interactions with my two Golden Retrievers and cat. I provide updates, photos, and communication so you always feel connected and assured that your pet is safe and thriving. 2. In My Home (Boarding/Daycare) For in-home boarding, I provide a safe, secure, and pet-proofed environment. My home is designed to be a comfortable, low-stress retreat. Dogs enjoy a consistent routine of feeding, play, and scheduled outdoor time in a fenced yard (with or without my two dogs- preference based). All medications are administered exactly as prescribed and logged. For the safety of everyone, only pets who are current on vaccinations and demonstrate friendly temperaments are accepted. The environment is always low-density, meaning I take a limited number of guests at any time to guarantee that every animal receives the maximum amount of personal attention, love, and care.

“I can’t say enough about how great Piper has been with our dogs and cat. She walked our dogs four times a day for seven days. I have one dog that has high anxiety around strangers, she worked with her the whole time and was able to become best friends with her. If you need someone to help with any of your pets, Piper is your best choice. Thanks Piper!”

“Allison is amazing! She does drop-in visits for our dog and is always perfectly on time, super reliable, and great at communicating. She’s also incredibly flexible with our schedule, which we appreciate so much. Most importantly, she truly loves our dog — and he absolutely adores her right back. He’s always sad when she leaves! Knowing he’s in such good hands gives us so much peace of mind. Highly recommend Allison to anyone looking for someone caring and dependable.”

About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and hands-on experience I bring to every dog I care for. I raised my own dog, Ivy, through every stage of life, which taught me patience, training basics, and how to truly understand a dog’s needs. I’m comfortable with puppies who need structure and positive reinforcement, as well as senior dogs who may need slower walks, medications, or extra TLC. I treat every dog like family and make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I naturally plan my days around walks, outdoor time, and being home. I enjoy starting mornings with fresh air and walks, staying active during the day, and winding down with relaxing time on the couch — perfect for giving pets plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. Caring for animals feels like a normal part of my life, not an extra task In my home, I keep a calm, clean, and safe environment where pets can relax, play, and stick to their normal routines. They get regular walks, exercise, potty breaks, and plenty of cuddle time. In a client’s home, I follow your pet’s schedule closely so they feel comfortable and secure. I’m mindful of feeding routines, medications, training consistency, and keeping your space tidy. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, happy, and right at home while you’re away.
About: Hi there!! I am currently wanting to book as many housesits as I can, within the next year, anything coming up for you or in the future you want to go ahead and get booked? Please reach out to me, as I will keep not only your animals safe and happy but also keep your home safe and taken care of accordingly. Whether it’s just a night you need me to stay over, 2+weeks of care or anything in between— I would love to help you and your animal/s :) I have extensive experience working with animals, starting from my time in school where I gained foundational knowledge about animal care. I then worked at a doggy daycare and training facility, where I handled a variety of responsibilities including grooming, giving dogs baths, physical and mental stimulation activities with the dogs, feeding, boarding and assisting with training. I’m well-educated on dog behavior and have worked with all types of dogs, managing different behaviors and health needs. This includes administering medication like insulin and responding to emergencies such as seizures. In addition to my hands-on experience, I served as a supervisor at the daycare, which helped me develop leadership skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. I also have two dogs and a cat of my own, who are very important to me and have deepened my understanding and passion for animal care. My long-term goal is to enter wildlife rehabilitation, and I’m currently working in this field to gain experience and earn some extra income while preparing to start school for that career path. I’m committed to continuing my education and growing my skills to make a positive impact on animals’ lives. I’m currently in between work at the moment, so my schedule is very flexible right now!! I’m available for housesitting especially during this time, as well as potty let outs at anytime of the day and walks (the cold doesn’t bother me)! I’d really say, it depends on the animal, client and circumstances. But I give every animal I watch the care, attention and love I would give my own animals in addition to any other special requests!
About: I am a childless human that takes all my maternal instincts out on animals. My animals are treated like my kids and would bring the same kind of energy to your babies. There hasn’t been a time in my life that I haven’t owned some kind of pets. I’m reliable and would love to be a part of your families routine. I work from home and my work day is fairly flexible, specially to families that are in Spring Hill. I usually can make most times work. I am a very trustworthy, punctual, and caring human. I will go above and beyond for your furry children. My presence in your home would be to your requests and routines. I’ve yet to meet an animal that did not feel safe with me.
About: I adore my fur babies and would love to take care of yours! I am reliable, trustworthy and compassionate. I will treat your babies like my own! Flexible, just ask! 😊 We can definitely work out a time that works for both our schedules. Work Monday through Friday in the mornings and late afternoon. Pets are taken outside consistently in a safe area, made sure to have food and water and spoiled with all the love I have to give!

About: I have 3 dogs of my own ranging from a pit/akita to a chihuahua, and cats as well! I have great experience with dogs and cats! I’ve volunteered for KCPP (Kansas City Pet Project) for 7 almost 8 years now. Taking dogs on walks, giving training, feeding, and cleaning messes. But my love for animals didn’t start there. When my dad was teaching me to ride a bike, he kept telling me to watch where I was going—but I got distracted by a neighbor walking their dog. I turned, excitedly asking if I could pet it, and rode straight into a tree. Scraped knee, a little embarrassed… but my first question was still, “Can I pet the dog?” That’s how much I’ve always loved dogs. (True story by the way) I have a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate walks, feedings, and check-ins throughout the day, whether it’s early mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I stay organized and dependable. I care for pets with patience, attention, and genuine love, treating each one like they’re my own. I make sure their basic needs are always met—fresh water, proper feeding, regular walks, and a safe, clean environment—while also paying close attention to their behavior and comfort. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or sticking to a specific routine, I adapt to each pet’s personality to keep them happy, healthy, and stress-free.
About: I started pet sitting in college, and I have loved it ever since! I believe in treating pets like family members - with lots of love and attention. I work full time during the week, but I am available most weekends and would be more than happy to help make your life easier! I promise that your pet will get 100% of my attention when they’re in my care. Please let me know if you have any specials requests.
About: I have always had such a love for dogs. I have two dogs at the moment but love to take care of my siblings pups when needed. I grew up with big dogs in my house and have watched dogs all shapes and sizes. From puppy pee pads to diapers. I’m currently an esthetician in Lenexa. I’m off Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Saturday. I usually work 9-5 and can be available before or after work with notice but Mondays and Wednesdays are fully available. I have been doing in home dog sitting for about four years now but have helped out with walks and potty breaks since I was a kid. I am an active person, I love walks and have started to get into running! I would want my pets to receive the best care possible so I promise to do the same for yours. I know how much it means to see a photo of my pups when I’m away, so I’ll always be sure to send you a picture of yours too. I am here to cater to you and your dog’s needs!
About: I have had dogs my entire life and seriously don't know a life without them. I have two stubborn, little dachshunds who think they're in charge most of the time. They also have two human sisters who they are very overprotective of (they’re 8 years old and 1 year old). My oldest dachshund had surgery for IVDD a few years ago so I am familiar with administering oral medication and providing needed crate rest. I have experience in taking care of puppies all the way up to the more cranky and older dogs. My husband and I work opposite schedules so there will always be someone home with your pup. I'm responsible, reliable, and I promise to treat your fur babies as if they were my own! For boarding, the amount of time your dog is left alone will be very minimal since my husband and I work opposite schedules. I have my dogs to take care of too so I’m used to caring for pets. For drop in visits, I can only do so before 7:30am and after 5pm, unless it’s a weekend. My availability can vary on weekends so just reach out and I’ll see if I can help! I have a fenced in yard for your pets to play in and go potty. I’m also able to crate them if necessary. I will feed your pets separately from mine so there are no altercations.
About: I’ve had a dog my whole life! I currently have a therapy dog that works with kids and dog sit for friends and family often! I’m currently available for boarding on weekends. This summer when school is out I’ll be taking daily jobs and providing other services as well. Thanks! I have a large fenced in back yard. I have a friendly, trained therapy dog to play with your dog and keep it company too!

About: I’ve have taken care of animals my whole life. Both of my parents are veterinarians! I’m able to give medications & care for many animals! I also recently worked as an apprentice at a dog training facility & can help with basic obedience. I am currently working in the Kansas City area with plenty of free time to visit or stay with your pets! I will be available most weekends & weekdays. I recently lost my 11-year-old french bulldog, Scout. She meant the world to me & showed me how to be the best owner/friend I can be. I will treat your animals with the same love & respect.

“I’ve been using Rover.com for many years. Ashley is hands down the best sitter I’ve ever used. So grateful for her help. Hope to use her again. My dogs loved their time in her home.”

“Cassie and Ben and their family are the best. Our dogs are always so content after they have been to their home. We can tell that they are loved and cared for like their own.”

“Bo was worn out (in a good way) after getting to play all weekend with Tori’s family. Thank you for taking great care of him! I will call on you the next time we are in Kansas City.”

“Elizabeth and Christopher and their family took excellent care of our dog Bruce and cat Toast. They communicated promptly and kept us well updated while we were gone. I can tell our boys were well cared for, we would definitely use them again! They also made drop-off and pickup and a breeze.”

“Gina is lovely and smart! She took wonderful care of my blind and deaf geriatric dog. And, now that he has passed on, she takes wonderful care of my super energetic puppy. Since Gina has her own dogs, my puppy got some terrific socialization over Christmas. I look forward to boarding my dog with Gina gain soon!”
