About: I have had dogs my entire life and seriously don't know a life without them. I have two stubborn, little dachshunds who think they're in charge most of the time. They also have two human sisters who they are very overprotective of (they’re 8 years old and 1 year old). My oldest dachshund had surgery for IVDD a few years ago so I am familiar with administering oral medication and providing needed crate rest. I have experience in taking care of puppies all the way up to the more cranky and older dogs. My husband and I work opposite schedules so there will always be someone home with your pup. I'm responsible, reliable, and I promise to treat your fur babies as if they were my own! For boarding, the amount of time your dog is left alone will be very minimal since my husband and I work opposite schedules. I have my dogs to take care of too so I’m used to caring for pets. For drop in visits, I can only do so before 7:30am and after 5pm, unless it’s a weekend. My availability can vary on weekends so just reach out and I’ll see if I can help! I have a fenced in yard for your pets to play in and go potty. I’m also able to crate them if necessary. I will feed your pets separately from mine so there are no altercations.

About: I am a childless human that takes all my maternal instincts out on animals. My animals are treated like my kids and would bring the same kind of energy to your babies. There hasn’t been a time in my life that I haven’t owned some kind of pets. I’m reliable and would love to be a part of your families routine. I work from home and my work day is fairly flexible, specially to families that are in Spring Hill. I usually can make most times work. I am a very trustworthy, punctual, and caring human. I will go above and beyond for your furry children. My presence in your home would be to your requests and routines. I’ve yet to meet an animal that did not feel safe with me.

About: Ya know that child that has a heart for anything living? That child that wants to nurture even the wooly caterpillar or the slimy toad? Well, that was me and I’m still that child at heart today. If there was a stray within a 5 mile radius of my home, we’d find each other and become family. To this day, if I see an animal in need I cannot turn away. At the age of 11 I began sitting and walking my Aunt Linda’s Pekingese, Toyboy. Toy and Auntie taught me from a very young age the importance of keeping animals safe and respecting their personal boundaries as well. Animals ARE family members and should be treated as such. I’ve spent ample time as a volunteer in local rescue shelters, fostered adoptable dogs in my home and have always had at least two pets of my own consistently (the most at one time was six, and, honestly, it was a little slice of heaven to me). My personal experience as a pet mom has taught me many things. The good, the bad and the ugly. I’ve managed flight risks, diapered seniors, enforced the cone of shame, nursed wounds and stitches, cleaned up many a pet mess (from both ends) and administered medications. If a pet requires it, I’ve likely done it! One of the best and worst parts of being a pet mom is watching our babies grow older. As they age they change and need even more patience and love. There’s a special place in my heart for the older pets and I’m happy to patiently provide anything they need in your absence. A person is only as good as their word, and if you chose me to care for your babies, you’ll have my word that I will treat them as my own and give them the best of care and attention until your return. After retiring early from my career at 48 I’m finding I have more time on my hands than I can fill and I’d love to spend my extra time providing service to animals in need. Animals bring me a level of joy unsurpassed by any other activity I endeavor. Simply put, they make life worth living. They make me laugh, and laughing is truly the best medicine. I understand the importance of pet safety. I’ve had several personal pets that were lifetime “flight risks” (runners) so I know the importance of keeping a watchful eye on them every moment. Walking is a favorite past time and I’d enjoy the company of your fur babies. I’ll be happy to walk pets, check in on them throughout the day as needed, sit with them if they need more attention or administer necessary medications (I will not administer pills to cats). Having had several senior pets and a dog with cancer that I treated holistically for a year, has made me keenly familiar with senior and special needs pet care. Whatever your pet needs, I likely am able and willing to provide.

About: I have nearly 8 years of professional work experience with dogs and cats. I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I feel comfortable with all sizes of dogs but do prefer large and giants! I work at an Animal Shelter so I do have experience handling various breeds, ages, temperaments, etc. on a daily basis. I vaccinate, microchip, and sometimes help medicate the animals at the shelter I work at. I have a “problem” child of my own so I know how to work with stress/anxiety, on leash reactivity, and wariness of strangers in dogs. I’m patient and understand the stress that dogs/cats feel when their owners are gone. Most importantly I understand how hard it is to find a person to trust your pets with. I do have a full time job working at a shelter but I am available in the evenings for walks or care on my work days. Depending on the area of town, I am also available in the mornings before work to care and feed. My dog, Charlie is very reactive to dogs and new people. I practice safe management every day. I do the same for dogs that I care for.

About: While I work outside the house, my wife works from home full-time, ensuring someone is always there for your pup! We are a lively family of six with a large, securely fenced yard perfect for playtime. I have a lifetime of experience with dogs of all sizes and have loved being a Rover sitter for years. Since we have four wonderful, dog-savvy kids, we just ask that your pup be kid-friendly. We can't wait to hear all about your dog and plan a fun, exciting stay! Operating Hours: Pickups or Drop-offs can occur between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM; or after 3:00 PM. Requests outside these windows will not be accepted. We let the dogs in and out several times during the day, ensuring they get plenty of fresh air, active exercise, and regular bathroom breaks. We treat them as we do our own dog. We keep each one safe and well cared for. If we are doing drop-ins, we respect your property and leave it in the same state as we arrived.

About: I started pet sitting in college, and I have loved it ever since! I believe in treating pets like family members - with lots of love and attention. I work full time during the week, but I am available most weekends and would be more than happy to help make your life easier! About: I have had a dog all my life. Professionally in shelter industry for 12 years with all training courses. I am a certified dog trainer in Goodpup, certified in small animal vet assistant. I specialize in behavior modification, puppy training w and socialization and play activity. I am available 7 days a week. Day care is available with doggy play dates. My pet has been around cats and loves other dogs. I live in an apartment with dog park and trails. My dog loves all dogs and playing with other dogs. I also have a large kennel and expert in house training.

About: Allow me to give your pets the same love and affection that I always give my own! I currently live with my husband, our 3 cats, and 1 dog. I lived out in the country growing up and over the years I have taken care of dozens of cats, dogs, horses, cows, and many other animals. I am looking to earn extra income to help my husband and I save up for a house. Please and thank you all for looking! I really look forward to caring for your furry family members! For the summer, I am available throughout the week and occasional weekends, during daylight hours! For any walks though, I would prefer mornings/evenings to protect your fur baby's feet and my pale skin from the harsh sun/temps! I always provide the upmost respect to pets, their owners, and whatever space we might be in. I am very detail oriented so rule following is an absolute MUST for me.

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life since I was a small child. I have had puppies and geriatric dogs. I know what they need to stay out of trouble, play, affection, excercise. I have a young dog myself and she loves to play so I have gotten pretty good at it. If you live in the Miami County area of KS, I can easily visit your pet if you have to be away. I can also give medicines or baths if need be. Your beloved pet will be as comfortable as I can make them. In this time which health and safety are primary concerns please know that I will practice CDC guidelines and aseptic hand Hygiene. I can even bring a leash with me for walks. If you will place treats, food or any necessities out where I can access them touch contact will be limited. I will sanitize before interacting with your pet and after leaving. Hopefully this will all be behind us soon.

About: I have had all kinds of pets, dogs, cats, goats chickens and so on. I have love walking dogs and love to sit and talk to them. They are family! I work from home. So i can keep your dog or cat during the day. I can walk dogs after 5pm. I have one older rescue dog and 2 older cats. They love company. I do not have small children, i do have an older daughter who loves to help me with pets. I have a fenced yard. dogs will be safe in the yard. Cats will have 2 littler boxes to choose from. If you have special food, i will separate and feed them. my dog/cats are older and very mild mannered. Your babies will get the best of attention.
