About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for many years and currently care for my own dogs, bird, and aquariums every day. Friends and family have trusted me to help care for their pets while they’re away. My background in healthcare has taught me to be dependable, detail-oriented, and calm in unexpected situations. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine, and I’ll treat your pet with the same patience, kindness, and attention that I give my own. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free experience so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I currently have a flexible schedule and will keep my Rover calendar updated so it always reflects my availability. I make pet care a priority and enjoy spending quality time with animals through walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship. I understand how important consistency is for pets and will follow your instructions and routines to help them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. I know every pet is different because I’ve experienced that with my own dogs. One of my dogs has epilepsy and takes medication on a strict schedule, so I understand how important routines, careful observation, and clear communication are. I have a fenced backyard and will follow your pet’s feeding, medication, exercise, and care instructions exactly as you ask. Whether your pet is young, senior, or has special needs, I’ll treat them with patience, kindness, and the same level of care I give my own pets. I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you know your pet is safe and happy while you’re away.

About: Ya know that child that has a heart for anything living? That child that wants to nurture even the wooly caterpillar or the slimy toad? Well, that was me and I’m still that child at heart today. If there was a stray within a 5 mile radius of my home, we’d find each other and become family. To this day, if I see an animal in need I cannot turn away. At the age of 11 I began sitting and walking my Aunt Linda’s Pekingese, Toyboy. Toy and Auntie taught me from a very young age the importance of keeping animals safe and respecting their personal boundaries as well. Animals ARE family members and should be treated as such. I’ve spent ample time as a volunteer in local rescue shelters, fostered adoptable dogs in my home and have always had at least two pets of my own consistently (the most at one time was six, and, honestly, it was a little slice of heaven to me). My personal experience as a pet mom has taught me many things. The good, the bad and the ugly. I’ve managed flight risks, diapered seniors, enforced the cone of shame, nursed wounds and stitches, cleaned up many a pet mess (from both ends) and administered medications. If a pet requires it, I’ve likely done it! One of the best and worst parts of being a pet mom is watching our babies grow older. As they age they change and need even more patience and love. There’s a special place in my heart for the older pets and I’m happy to patiently provide anything they need in your absence. A person is only as good as their word, and if you chose me to care for your babies, you’ll have my word that I will treat them as my own and give them the best of care and attention until your return. After retiring early from my career at 48 I’m finding I have more time on my hands than I can fill and I’d love to spend my extra time providing service to animals in need. Animals bring me a level of joy unsurpassed by any other activity I endeavor. Simply put, they make life worth living. They make me laugh, and laughing is truly the best medicine. I understand the importance of pet safety. I’ve had several personal pets that were lifetime “flight risks” (runners) so I know the importance of keeping a watchful eye on them every moment. Walking is a favorite past time and I’d enjoy the company of your fur babies. I’ll be happy to walk pets, check in on them throughout the day as needed, sit with them if they need more attention or administer necessary medications (I will not administer pills to cats). Having had several senior pets and a dog with cancer that I treated holistically for a year, has made me keenly familiar with senior and special needs pet care. Whatever your pet needs, I likely am able and willing to provide.

About: Hello, I love dogs and I’d love to take care of your loved pets and provide excellent care. I will be providing multiple updates through out the stay and as many pictures as needed. I have a total of 15 year experience with dogs. I have a German Shepherd of my own who is extremely friendly. The services I provide are the following: drop-in visits, walking of your dog/s, and boarding. Let me know if you have questions or concerns. I am always open to a meet and greet as well. About: I grew up on a farm with, cats, dogs, chickens, goats, ducks, geese. rabbits, horses, cattle, and a variety of household pets. I was a veterinary technician for 20 years. Being in the veterinary field, I saw many household pets suffer separation anxiety being left at the clinic to board and also saw pets get sick after boarding due to being out of their home environment, which is how TLC Equine & Pet Care got started. I am currently 100% self-employed and can fit any schedule to work with the needs of your pet's health and safety. I also provide mail and package pickup, set trash out to the curb, water plants. Make your home look lived in while you are away. I do care for dogs in my home, it is a very relaxed environment. I live in the country and do not have a fenced in yard. They are walked on leashes and completely safe. Playpens also provided upon request for playtime outside.

About: My full time job is a Veterinary Assistant and I’m currently in school to become a Vet Tech. I also have done Kennel Staff work since I was 14. I can give any medication and tend to any routine or care they need. I currently have Tuesdays, Saturday, and Sundays off! That’s leaves so much time for me to care for your fur babies! Perfect for a weekend getaway while I care for your pets! My full time job is a Veterinary Assistant and I’m currently in school to be a Vet Tech. Your pets are in good hands with me. I also have 3 pets at home, they have a large fenced in yard and plenty of toys to play with.

About: I have had dogs my entire life and seriously don't know a life without them. I have two stubborn, little dachshunds who think they're in charge most of the time. They also have two human sisters who they are very overprotective of (they’re 8 years old and 1 year old). My oldest dachshund had surgery for IVDD a few years ago so I am familiar with administering oral medication and providing needed crate rest. I have experience in taking care of puppies all the way up to the more cranky and older dogs. My husband and I work opposite schedules so there will always be someone home with your pup. I'm responsible, reliable, and I promise to treat your fur babies as if they were my own! For boarding, the amount of time your dog is left alone will be very minimal since my husband and I work opposite schedules. I have my dogs to take care of too so I’m used to caring for pets. For drop in visits, I can only do so before 7:30am and after 5pm, unless it’s a weekend. My availability can vary on weekends so just reach out and I’ll see if I can help! I have a fenced in yard for your pets to play in and go potty. I’m also able to crate them if necessary. I will feed your pets separately from mine so there are no altercations.

About: I’ve cared for dogs for friends and family for years, including up to three at a time! Every workday, I get to play doggy daycare for my sister’s Australian Cattle Doodle. We go on walks, play, and sometimes work on her training, which has taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and making learning fun. I’m just as comfortable with cats! I have one of my own and have cared for everything from adult cats to a mama cat and her entire litter. I genuinely love animals of all kinds and would love the chance to spend time with yours. I work from home Monday through Friday, which gives me a flexible schedule for pet care throughout the day. As long as I can plan around my scheduled meetings, I’m able to accommodate most weekday visits, walks, and drop-ins. I’m also available on weekends, so I can provide care whenever you need it. I enjoy getting out for walks, sticking to your pet’s routine, and making sure they get plenty of attention and love while you’re away. At this time, I provide pet care in my clients’ homes, where pets can stay comfortable in their own familiar environment. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, whether that includes walks, playtime, feeding, medications (if needed), or just plenty of cuddles and companionship. About: Hello, I have over 5 years of experience taking care of animals at veterinary hospitals and rescue groups. I worked as a pet resort/boarding manager and as a kennel attendant. My responsibilities included: walking, feeding, watering, bathing, grooming, sanitary care and pet playtime. I have always loved animals my entire life and grew up on a farm where I took care of and interacted with many different animals which I enjoyed. I have 1 dog, Stormy who is 10 years old and 2 cats, Lorraine, 2 years old and Garth, 6 months old. They are part of my family and I feel my life would be boring without them. About: I’ve always had a special place in my heart for animals, and I’ve taken care of cats and dogs ever since I can remember! While growing up I cared for dogs and cats of friends, families, and others who were referred to me by word of mouth. Now I use Rover to connect with other pet owners and my services include dog walking, check ins for potty breaks, medicine administration, pet sitting… and I will go above and beyond to give your furry friend lots of love and attention! I live in a house with a Saint Bernard mix, a German shepherd, a golden retriever, and a cat so I am no stranger to fur and slobber!! I’ve even been able to gain the trust of a runaway German shepherd and I returned him home safely! Pet care can fit into any time of my schedule! The times I prefer are in the morning and afternoon but I am open to evenings. With summer coming in I’m more comfortable walking in the mornings or evenings for the sake of your dog’s comfort and paws! :) My experience with almost all dogs and cats is safety follows trust and you can’t have trust without a positive environment. Which is why I find the meet and greet not just for the owner’s sake but for the welfare of who I’m caring for. I have never broken trust with any of my clients. I always send a follow up message letting them know how the time went.

About: Ive been doing Rover now for almost 2 years and it has brought me so much joy and new friends! I worked a summer at kc zoo and it was the most fun job I have ever had. I've had dogs and cats my whole life. Also around horses from my uncle. I have adopted all of my animals from shelters. I love my dogs and cats like they are family. I have a teenage son I have to keep out of petco or any other animal place otherwise he wants to bring all the animals home, joking but not completely untrue. It's how we ended up with our Kitty Maisey. We even took care of the class's bearded dragon over spring break during Covid. He will come along on visits if available as he is the animal whisperer and wants to be a vet. Our 2 dogs are Dottie (our adopted covid pointer mix pup who is the sweetest girl and loves to have visitors to play with), and Marley who is our very sweet, laid back senior dog. Both our pups were rescues. Marley is afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks so we sre familliar with giving medications and making dogs feel safe and comfortable. Dottie is allergic to something during the late summer and September month and takes medicine for that allergy at that time. We believe in treats but only rawhide free and dental bones. Please bring your own food and treats and let me know if you prefer not to share our treats. We also have 2 cats that are used to dogs and in fact think that each dog is their mommy since we got them as kittens and have an attachment to their respective dog mommy. You will even find cats and dogs snuggling together on the bed. Or Moose playing with Dottie in his tunnel. I have had animals with special needs from a diabetic cat that I gave insulin injections to treating animals with special needs. I live right down the street from a great dog park here in belton. We would love to take any new friends to visit. Please let me know if you prefer them not to go to the dog park and we can stay here and play. We have a fenced back yard but one side is only 4 ft. I work from home as a director so I have a very flexible schedule. My son does play competitive soccer so sometimes weekends have us at soccer field for about 2 hours. I have a fenced yard 3 sides are 6 foot privacy and one has a 4 foot chain link. I follow my client's care directions in their homes.
