About: Hi! I am a full time animal lover. I have been caring for my own pets since I could walk. My very first job was pet sitting for my neighbor when I was 10. I am up for all the tasks! I volunteer with my local animal shelter, as well as worked a few months as an extra hand at my local veterinary office. I love animals of all shapes and sizes from dogs and cats to snakes and frogs! I may be new to this service but I am not new to being a responsible and caring pet owner. Please reach out! I look forward to helping you and your babies❤️ I currently work full time. I have plenty of time and resources to care for your pet. As much as I would like to be able to house your pet, I have a dog who does not handle new comers easily. Safety and trust are incredibly important. I will do everything in my power to make sure your pet is safe and very well cared for. I am a huge fan of photo updates and am more than happy to showcase the fun your pet and I are having!

About: I adore my fur babies and would love to take care of yours! I am reliable, trustworthy and compassionate. I will treat your babies like my own! Flexible, just ask! 😊 We can definitely work out a time that works for both our schedules. Work Monday through Friday in the mornings and late afternoon. Pets are taken outside consistently in a safe area, made sure to have food and water and spoiled with all the love I have to give!

About: I am a childless human that takes all my maternal instincts out on animals. My animals are treated like my kids and would bring the same kind of energy to your babies. There hasn’t been a time in my life that I haven’t owned some kind of pets. I’m reliable and would love to be a part of your families routine. I work from home and my work day is fairly flexible, specially to families that are in Spring Hill. I usually can make most times work. I am a very trustworthy, punctual, and caring human. I will go above and beyond for your furry children. My presence in your home would be to your requests and routines. I’ve yet to meet an animal that did not feel safe with me.

About: What sets me apart is that I’ve been around animals my whole life and truly love caring for them. I’ve had 3 dogs and at least 3–4 cats, so I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines, and needs. I’m patient, dependable, and will treat every pet like they’re my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits well into my schedule because I’m responsible with my time and good at planning ahead. I do play softball, so my schedule can vary at times, and I also take some trips to St. Louis. However, I will always communicate clearly about my availability and make sure I only accept bookings I can fully commit to. When I care for your pet, they will have my attention, love, and dependable care. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. In a client’s home, I follow their routine closely, including feeding, walks, litter box care, playtime, and any special instructions. I’m respectful of their home and make sure doors, gates, and belongings are secure. My goal is to keep pets calm, loved, and comfortable in the environment they know best.

About: Ya know that child that has a heart for anything living? That child that wants to nurture even the wooly caterpillar or the slimy toad? Well, that was me and I’m still that child at heart today. If there was a stray within a 5 mile radius of my home, we’d find each other and become family. To this day, if I see an animal in need I cannot turn away. At the age of 11 I began sitting and walking my Aunt Linda’s Pekingese, Toyboy. Toy and Auntie taught me from a very young age the importance of keeping animals safe and respecting their personal boundaries as well. Animals ARE family members and should be treated as such. I’ve spent ample time as a volunteer in local rescue shelters, fostered adoptable dogs in my home and have always had at least two pets of my own consistently (the most at one time was six, and, honestly, it was a little slice of heaven to me). My personal experience as a pet mom has taught me many things. The good, the bad and the ugly. I’ve managed flight risks, diapered seniors, enforced the cone of shame, nursed wounds and stitches, cleaned up many a pet mess (from both ends) and administered medications. If a pet requires it, I’ve likely done it! One of the best and worst parts of being a pet mom is watching our babies grow older. As they age they change and need even more patience and love. There’s a special place in my heart for the older pets and I’m happy to patiently provide anything they need in your absence. A person is only as good as their word, and if you chose me to care for your babies, you’ll have my word that I will treat them as my own and give them the best of care and attention until your return. After retiring early from my career at 48 I’m finding I have more time on my hands than I can fill and I’d love to spend my extra time providing service to animals in need. Animals bring me a level of joy unsurpassed by any other activity I endeavor. Simply put, they make life worth living. They make me laugh, and laughing is truly the best medicine. I understand the importance of pet safety. I’ve had several personal pets that were lifetime “flight risks” (runners) so I know the importance of keeping a watchful eye on them every moment. Walking is a favorite past time and I’d enjoy the company of your fur babies. I’ll be happy to walk pets, check in on them throughout the day as needed, sit with them if they need more attention or administer necessary medications (I will not administer pills to cats). Having had several senior pets and a dog with cancer that I treated holistically for a year, has made me keenly familiar with senior and special needs pet care. Whatever your pet needs, I likely am able and willing to provide.

About: I am a stay-at-home Dad and my wife and I both work from home and we have four kids. I have been around dogs of all sizes for most of my life and now Rover for over 8 years! We have a good sized fenced in yard. We would like for your dog to be kid friendly. The kids are super good with our dog! Since I am home full time, I have plenty of availability for what you need. Talk to me about your dog and how we can make his or her stay fun and exciting ! We would love to make more doggy friends! This is my mine priority after taking care of the kids. We let the dogs in and out as much as they want during the day. We follow any instructions that are given for pet care. We treat them as we do our own dog. They are free to roam, go in and out as much as they like, and play with the other doggy friends we have. If we are doing drop-ins, we respect your property and leave it in exactly the same state as we arrived.

About: Allow me to give your pets the same love and affection that I always give my own! I currently live with my husband, our 3 cats, and 1 dog. I lived out in the country growing up and over the years I have taken care of dozens of cats, dogs, horses, cows, and many other animals. I am looking to earn extra income to help my husband and I save up for a house. Please and thank you all for looking! I really look forward to caring for your furry family members! For the summer, I am available throughout the week and occasional weekends, during daylight hours! For any walks though, I would prefer mornings/evenings to protect your fur baby's feet and my pale skin from the harsh sun/temps! I always provide the upmost respect to pets, their owners, and whatever space we might be in. I am very detail oriented so rule following is an absolute MUST for me.

About: I became a foster parent for GPSCA at the end of 2020 after adopting my bubbi with them during the summer. I took care of a mom and 3 puppies as my first assignment, all were adopted! <3 A few months after that, I fostered an older dog who had recently had surgery, who also got adopted after a couple of months with me. I love playing with dogs and getting to know all of their different personalities. My bubbi is an old man who loves to just snuggle and play catch with you. He's all about those TREATS too. Recently promoted to a hybrid job, 3 days in person, Mon-Weds. Unlike before where I was WFH. This would take me away for about 8-9 hours on those days. I know it can be scary for a pet to meet someone new. I like to make any dog I'm pet-sitting feel comfortable in its own environment. Whether that means I just sit there until they are comfy with me or abiding my their normal routine, I don't want them to feel out of place.

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life since I was a small child. I have had puppies and geriatric dogs. I know what they need to stay out of trouble, play, affection, excercise. I have a young dog myself and she loves to play so I have gotten pretty good at it. If you live in the Miami County area of KS, I can easily visit your pet if you have to be away. I can also give medicines or baths if need be. Your beloved pet will be as comfortable as I can make them. In this time which health and safety are primary concerns please know that I will practice CDC guidelines and aseptic hand Hygiene. I can even bring a leash with me for walks. If you will place treats, food or any necessities out where I can access them touch contact will be limited. I will sanitize before interacting with your pet and after leaving. Hopefully this will all be behind us soon.

“Chandra is great with my crazy dog, who apparently is not crazy with Chandra. She is on time and great to work with. Even with last minute walks. The biggest thing is that my dog didn’t bark at Chandra at all when I opened the door. My dog barks at everyone but not Chandra. I think that in itself deserves an A+. We wouldn’t consider going with anyone else.”

About: I’ve have taken care of animals my whole life. Both of my parents are veterinarians! I’m able to give medications & care for many animals! I also recently worked as an apprentice at a dog training facility & can help with basic obedience. I am currently working in the Kansas City area with plenty of free time to visit or stay with your pets! I will be available most weekends & weekdays. About: I’ve had a dog my whole life! I currently have a therapy dog that works with kids and dog sit for friends and family often! I’m currently available for boarding on weekends. This summer when school is out I’ll be taking daily jobs and providing other services as well. Thanks! I have a large fenced in back yard. I have a friendly, trained therapy dog to play with your dog and keep it company too!

About: I have had all kinds of pets, dogs, cats, goats chickens and so on. I have love walking dogs and love to sit and talk to them. They are family! I work from home. So i can keep your dog or cat during the day. I can walk dogs after 5pm. I have one older rescue dog and 2 older cats. They love company. I do not have small children, i do have an older daughter who loves to help me with pets. I have a fenced yard. dogs will be safe in the yard. Cats will have 2 littler boxes to choose from. If you have special food, i will separate and feed them. my dog/cats are older and very mild mannered. Your babies will get the best of attention.

About: I grew up on a farm and fell in love with animals by being constantly surrounded by them! I started doing Rover in July, 2024 and I am loving it! I am currently living in Gardner, KS and am a physical therapy student at KU medical center. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide your pets with the care that they deserve. I am currently in school Tuesdays and Thursdays but the rest of the days I have completely free! My fairly open schedule makes it easy for me to give your pups lots of care and attention. To me, quality care for an animal means quality time spent with them! This is a skill that comes very naturally to me because I absolutely adore all animals. Making sure that dogs get proper nutrition, physical activity, and loving is very important to me.

About: I have had a dog all my life. Professionally in shelter industry for 12 years with all training courses. I am a certified dog trainer in Goodpup, certified in small animal vet assistant. I specialize in behavior modification, puppy training w and socialization and play activity. I am available 7 days a week. Day care is available with doggy play dates. My pet has been around cats and loves other dogs. I live in an apartment with dog park and trails. My dog loves all dogs and playing with other dogs. I also have a large kennel and expert in house training.
