About: I have over a year of hands-on experience working in an animal shelter and previously worked at a dog daycare facility for a year. In both settings, I cared for dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and temperaments, including shy, high-energy, and special-needs pets. I have also volunteered with animals for 3 years and grew up in a home with both dogs and cats. I currently have 2 cats and a mini pig, so I understand the importance of routine, enrichment, and individualized care. I'm currently in school twice a week and have time before and after for your babies! I work PRN at a hospital so I have plenty of free days to fill supporting your dogs and cats! I will follow all rules given to me and treat every dog and cat with respect. I respect boundaries and give treats when needed. I'm comfortable on a leash, kenneling, and just spending time.

About: I've had pets my whole life, large and small dogs, and cats. I also have 100+ hrs walking dogs at the local shelter. Making sure they're happy and well taken care of genuinely makes me happy. I'm currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! Right now i'm available anytime except between 10 and 2 p.m. on m-f. I have a large field behind my house, my yard is not fenced. I always have my dog on a leash when outside and do not kennel her when I'm gone. I do have a kennel if it's needed.

About: I’m all about keeping dogs happy, engaged, and well cared for not just watched. I love mixing in physical activity and mental enrichment like walks, play, training basics, and enrichment games so they’re fulfilled while you’re away. I’ve worked with puppies, senior dogs, and shelter dogs, so I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities. Anything from shy and anxious to high energy and playful. I’m patient, observant, and always adjust to what each dog needs. I also have hands on experience with basic grooming like bathing, and I’m continuing to build those skills with my own dog. Every dog I care for gets treated like my own, with a focus on safety, comfort, and making sure they feel genuinely happy and understood. I have my own dog, so pet care is already a big and consistent part of my daily life. My evenings especially revolve around him with walks, play, enrichment, and just making sure he’s happy and cared for in the way I describe in my profile. I also work a full time 8am–4pm job, but I prioritize pet care outside of those hours and make sure I have the time and energy to fully focus on the pets I’m caring for. I’ve primarily only house sat for family and friends, and I always follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to keep things low stress and familiar for them. I focus on maintaining consistency with feeding, walks, and daily habits so pets feel secure in their environment. Any adjustments I make are minimal and situational for example, changing walk timing or length depending on weather or the pet’s comfort. My goal is always to keep pets relaxed, comfortable, and in their normal rhythm while their owners are away.

About: I've taken care of several dogs, cats and rabbits of my own and for other family members of all ages and breeds. I also groom them and assist with kennel care as needed. I care for dogs, cats and rabbits on a daily basis. This includes feeding, grooming and exercising them. I have been doing this for the last 9 years of my life. I feed and water all of my animals daily as well as supervise them with outdoor activities. I also provide grooming as well as kennel care.

About: I have been taking care of various different pets since I was 16. I was taught specially how to take care of all types of pets. I have worked in a shelter and daycare environment. There I learned how to watch and pick up after various breeds of dogs. I also learned how to care for dogs that need a bit of extra love. I am currently a biology student at William Jewell college. I have most of my classes MWF so my availability is minimal during those days. Tuesday and Thursday I have more availability to take care of your pets. I am fully free on weekends to stay with your pet. I am very comfortable working with all breeds of dogs. I will be able to keep your babies company while also insuring their safety. About: I took Care of my own dog until he was 16 year old I've also taken care of bunnies and now I'm taking care of a puppy which I got at 8 months old i also have work between 11:00am - 4:00pm Work at 11:00 am - 4:00pm so I'll have plenty of time for taking care of pets except for Sunday I have church that I need to go to I feed my dog in the 3 times a day and take her on walks were have a fenced in yard so we have a doggy door so the can go outside on their own but I make sure they get outside at least every 2 hours if there is no door

About: I have had a dog around ever since I was born. I have always taken care of large dogs, but also have taken care of my neighbor and friends small dogs many times. I am a college student who is looking for all of the work I can get! I currently work part time and have always had a dog throughout my entire life. I love getting to take care and play with dogs. I will follow your pets usual routine as closely as possible along with any special medications or special care that they may need. About: I have been watching friends and families dogs for almost 10 years now, as well as the experience taking care of my own dogs. I have lots of experience with reactive dogs as well as non reactive dogs, so I am well aware on how to handle different personalities and can keep your animals safe. I work from home twice a week, but on the other days I would be gone for 8-9 hours. I can come back on my lunch break depending on the distance (I work on the plaza). I am a responsible and knowledgeable sitter & a giant dog lover! I also love to be active so walks/activities would be no problem for me. I work Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM. I work from home typically Mondays and Thursday but this can be moved around according to scheduling. I have time on my lunch break to come home, as long as it is in reasonable distance as I work on the Plaza. I have school on Wednesday nights but other than that I am available to care for your pets after work as needed! With having pets of my own, I can understand the schedules and routines that any different animal might need. I am flexible and understanding and will always put forth my best care for your pets!

About: I love being outside connecting with Nature, especially animals. The passion for nature connection started when I was 10 years old in Oregon at a Nature camp. Ever since then I have had pets that I have taken care of. My favorite thing to do is be outside with them. I started a Non profit that is based in Nature Connection called Blue River Forest Experience in Overland Park, KS. Part of the Non profit is Animal Therapy. About: I have trained 4 dogs of my own and my parents and am well acquainted with dogs of alllll sizes and personalities. I am well versed on senior animal care and currently have a senior cat of my own!( her names butterscotch ) I can administer medications efficiently and humanely even on the biggest pups! I’m currently working full time but have mornings most days as well as all days on Thursdays/Friday available! Will be switching to part time soon with a more flexible schedule! I have cared for many different kinds of animals in different environments, I base my care off of the animals and needs of their environments. About: I became a foster parent for GPSCA at the end of 2020 after adopting my bubbi with them during the summer. I took care of a mom and 3 puppies as my first assignment, all were adopted! <3 A few months after that, I fostered an older dog who had recently had surgery, who also got adopted after a couple of months with me. I love playing with dogs and getting to know all of their different personalities. My bubbi is an old man who loves to just snuggle and play catch with you. He's all about those TREATS too. Recently promoted to a hybrid job, 3 days in person, Mon-Weds. Unlike before where I was WFH. This would take me away for about 8-9 hours on those days. I know it can be scary for a pet to meet someone new. I like to make any dog I'm pet-sitting feel comfortable in its own environment. Whether that means I just sit there until they are comfy with me or abiding my their normal routine, I don't want them to feel out of place.

About: I am a childless human that takes all my maternal instincts out on animals. My animals are treated like my kids and would bring the same kind of energy to your babies. There hasn’t been a time in my life that I haven’t owned some kind of pets. I’m reliable and would love to be a part of your families routine. About: I have had dogs and cats in my life since I was a small child. I have had puppies and geriatric dogs. I know what they need to stay out of trouble, play, affection, excercise. I have a young dog myself and she loves to play so I have gotten pretty good at it. If you live in the Miami County area of KS, I can easily visit your pet if you have to be away. I can also give medicines or baths if need be. Your beloved pet will be as comfortable as I can make them. In this time which health and safety are primary concerns please know that I will practice CDC guidelines and aseptic hand Hygiene. I can even bring a leash with me for walks. If you will place treats, food or any necessities out where I can access them touch contact will be limited. I will sanitize before interacting with your pet and after leaving. Hopefully this will all be behind us soon.

About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals from bunnies to horses. I grew up raising and showing pigs, goats, rabbits and longhorns. I have ample experience with house hold pets. The past two years I have worked with local animal rescues to find forever homes for dogs. I have taken care of all kinds from bottle babies to seniors needing a place to relax u til they cross the rainbow bridge. I am more than capable of accommodating to medications and special need patients. I personally have four dogs of my own and have fosters in and out of my house all of the time. About: I have lots of experience with dogs of all ages! My dog Prada is a Rottweiler mix and she is almost 8 years old. She is super calm and chill! We also have two other family dogs, Kova (6 yr old lab mix) and Crimson (8 yr old Pomsky). They keep us on our toes and have very different personalities! Kova is very timid and scared of most things! Her fear comes out in aggression and has taught me patience in dealing with her fearful behavior. Crim is very hyper and full of energy! He is becoming blind with his old age and is teaching us a lot about working with a dog that has extra needs. Along with my family dogs I have experience dog sitting for friends and neighbors and volunteering with shelters. I think I have great experience with different dog breeds, ages and personalities. I would love to meet and take care of your pup! I am currently available most days and times to care for your pets. I am very flexible and can work around different schedules. I am very laid back and would love a last minute request to visit with your furry friends! I do have lots of experience with cats and dogs as well as experience volunteering at a pit-bull rescue walking the dogs. I learned safety in walking and behavior. I am cautious in checking that all doors and gates are closed as well as checking and being aware of my surroundings.

About: I have a very open and flexible schedule. I have 2 small children and 3 pets of my own so I am an expert and being patient and seeing to the needs of others. I am currently available to care for pets between the hours of 9am- 7pm. I am available weekdays and weekends as well as the occasional overnight. I would love to have dogs over to my home but unfortunately my family dog is not a fan of having playmates. Any care will need to be in your home for the safety of your pets.
