About: I have over a year of hands-on experience working in an animal shelter and previously worked at a dog daycare facility for a year. In both settings, I cared for dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and temperaments, including shy, high-energy, and special-needs pets. I have also volunteered with animals for 3 years and grew up in a home with both dogs and cats. I am currently working as a dog bather at PetSmart for fun and I currently have 2 cats and a mini pig, so I understand the importance of routine, enrichment, and individualized care. My background has taught me how to: - Safely handle dogs in different environments - Recognize stress signals and behavior cues - Administer basic care and follow detailed instructions - Provide calm, patient care for anxious pets Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are my priority. As an add on if anyone needs any bathing, nail help, or specialty care for a exotic animal, I have experience and am willing to help. In the past I've helped with goats, bunnies, mini pigs, and more! I'm currently in school twice a week and have time before and after for your babies! I work PRN at a hospital so I have plenty of free days to fill supporting your dogs and cats! I will follow all rules given to me and treat every dog and cat with respect. I respect boundaries and give treats when needed. I'm comfortable on a leash, kenneling, and just spending time.

About: I love being outside connecting with Nature, especially animals. The passion for nature connection started when I was 10 years old in Oregon at a Nature camp. Ever since then I have had pets that I have taken care of. My favorite thing to do is be outside with them. I started a Non profit that is based in Nature Connection called Blue River Forest Experience in Overland Park, KS. Part of the Non profit is Animal Therapy. I have also volunteered at an animal shelter where I walked high energy dogs. I love taking care of and being around dogs and have watched family dogs for years. I also cared for my personal dog for many years. I currently work a part time job so I have lots of time to take care of of your furry family members!! I am available all day Tuesday and Thursday as well as Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings. I definitely prefer walking your pups in morning or evenings to avoid the hot pavement. I do not offer dog sitting. For dog walking I am familiar and comfortable with walking high energy or reactive dogs as long as that is communicated. I also know the signs of heat stroke, aggression, and bloat due to my time working in a doggy daycare. If you choose to trust me to car for your pet, their safety will always be my top priority.

Whether it’s just a night you need me to stay over, 2+weeks of care or anything in between— I would love to help you and your animal/s :) I have extensive experience working with animals, starting from my time in school where I gained foundational knowledge about animal care. I then worked at a doggy daycare and training facility, where I handled a variety of responsibilities including grooming, giving dogs baths, physical and mental stimulation activities with the dogs, feeding, boarding and assisting with training. I’m well-educated on dog behavior and have worked with all types of dogs, managing different behaviors and health needs. This includes administering medication like insulin and responding to emergencies such as seizures. In addition to my hands-on experience, I served as a supervisor at the daycare, which helped me develop leadership skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. I also have a dog and a cat of my own, who are very important to me and have deepened my understanding and passion for animal care. My long-term goal is to become a vet tech and keep working in the rescue and rehabilitation scene. I’m currently working at an animal sanctuary in this field to gain experience and I do Rover to earn some extra income while being in school for this career path. I’m committed to continuing my education and growing my skills to make a positive impact on animals’ and humans lives. ❤️🐾🙏 I currently work at an animal sanctuary and rescue part time, in addition to doing Rover!! I’m available for housesitting especially during this time in my life, as well as potty let outs at anytime of the day and walks (the cold doesn’t bother me)! I’d really say, it depends on the animal, client and circumstances. But I give every animal I watch the care, attention and love I would give my own animals in addition to any other special requests!

About: I love dogs, they are phenomenal and loving, it just seemed to fit that the understanding of dog behavior was the next step. We have play time outside and inside. That includes mental stimulation with toys, tricks and treats. Meal time and rest time either indoor or out door up to the dogs preference.

I provide regular feeding, fresh water, playtime, and plenty of affection. I also take time to clean up after them, whether that’s refreshing litter boxes, wiping paws, or tidying up their spaces. If I’m staying overnight, I make sure the home stays neat and the pets get extra attention and companionship. My goal is always to create a safe, calm, and loving environment while keeping the owner’s home just as they left it.
