She was so accommodating and flexible with the meet and greet and spent a lot of time getting to know our dogs, particularly our newest little rescue that's working through some fear issues, prior to coming for a home visit. It's obvious that she places a lot of importance on making sure the dogs felt comfortable with her prior to taking care of them and she went out of her way to help Lyla continue making progress in feeling safe. She handled my big, exuberant boys with ease and genuine affection while also being gentle and quiet with Lyla. During our meet and greet, she was more than happy to learn about the quirks of each dog and when asked, provided genuine and thoughtful suggestions about fearful rescues, including specific things she would do during her home visit. She was prompt on her timing and provided updates and pictures of her time with the dogs, accommodating a last-minute request for a medication administration. She's a joy to work with, communicates very well and promptly and all of my dogs love her. I'm so lucky to have found her and look forward to having her back.”

About: I am new to Rover & this area, however I am not new to this field! The reviews you will find on my page are from clients where I just moved from! I have been in the veterinary field since I was 14 years old. I started with kennels and caring for the animals and then moved up to veterinary technician. I am still currently employed as a virtual technician/receptionist. I have experience with all animals large and small! I have lots of references I would love to share with you! About: I’m all about keeping dogs happy, engaged, and well cared for not just watched. I love mixing in physical activity and mental enrichment like walks, play, training basics, and enrichment games so they’re fulfilled while you’re away. I’ve worked with puppies, senior dogs, and shelter dogs, so I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities. Anything from shy and anxious to high energy and playful. I’m patient, observant, and always adjust to what each dog needs. I also have hands on experience with basic grooming like bathing, and I’m continuing to build those skills with my own dog. Every dog I care for gets treated like my own, with a focus on safety, comfort, and making sure they feel genuinely happy and understood. I have my own dog, so pet care is already a big and consistent part of my daily life. My evenings especially revolve around him with walks, play, enrichment, and just making sure he’s happy and cared for in the way I describe in my profile. I also work a full time 8am–4pm job, but I prioritize pet care outside of those hours and make sure I have the time and energy to fully focus on the pets I’m caring for. I’ve primarily only house sat for family and friends, and I always follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible to keep things low stress and familiar for them. I focus on maintaining consistency with feeding, walks, and daily habits so pets feel secure in their environment. Any adjustments I make are minimal and situational for example, changing walk timing or length depending on weather or the pet’s comfort. My goal is always to keep pets relaxed, comfortable, and in their normal rhythm while their owners are away.

About: I became a foster parent for GPSCA at the end of 2020 after adopting my bubbi with them during the summer. I took care of a mom and 3 puppies as my first assignment, all were adopted! <3 A few months after that, I fostered an older dog who had recently had surgery, who also got adopted after a couple of months with me. I love playing with dogs and getting to know all of their different personalities. My bubbi is an old man who loves to just snuggle and play catch with you. He's all about those TREATS too. Recently promoted to a hybrid job, 3 days in person, Mon-Weds. Unlike before where I was WFH. This would take me away for about 8-9 hours on those days. I know it can be scary for a pet to meet someone new. I like to make any dog I'm pet-sitting feel comfortable in its own environment. Whether that means I just sit there until they are comfy with me or abiding my their normal routine, I don't want them to feel out of place.

About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals from bunnies to horses. I grew up raising and showing pigs, goats, rabbits and longhorns. I have ample experience with house hold pets. The past two years I have worked with local animal rescues to find forever homes for dogs. I have taken care of all kinds from bottle babies to seniors needing a place to relax u til they cross the rainbow bridge. I am more than capable of accommodating to medications and special need patients. I personally have four dogs of my own and have fosters in and out of my house all of the time. Taking care of pets is all I do and is something that I excel at. I am a firm believer of consistency in animals and will take care of your pet however you see fit. About: I currently work at a Vet Clinic, I have had animal shelter experience since I was little because of my mom, she was an Owner/Manager for Second Chance Pet Rescue in Grove Oklahoma. 💞 For jobs I have had a year of vet care experience, working in Animal Shelters, and I always make tons of trips to go down to Grove Oklahoma to donate and volunteer. 🐾 My life runs off of being surrounded by animals. ✨ When I watch your fur-baby(s) I make sure I send daily photos and information so everything runs smoothly. 🎉 I’m currently trying to start doing Rover for Full time, 🐾pets have a special place in my heart and my heart always comes back to spending time with them. 💓 In my free time I’m watching clients dogs or I am at home with my own 3 dogs, walking, playing, training the new puppy or cleaning. How I care for my pets in my home🐶, I am walking them in the mornings & at night time. I take them to the Lake in my town to swim, hike, walk, and play. We are always doing something with the pups, I believe they deserve to see the world like we do. I also just got a new puppy so I am working on training her myself.

About: Animals are my world, I’m a proud owner of my fur baby. I’ve had dogs in my household since I was a baby. I’ve been helping take care of them my whole life. About: I have had a dog around ever since I was born. I have always taken care of large dogs, but also have taken care of my neighbor and friends small dogs many times. I am a college student who is looking for all of the work I can get! I currently work part time and have always had a dog throughout my entire life. I love getting to take care and play with dogs. I am currently going back to continue my education, my school is based online which will give me the opportunity to be more open with my schedules.
