I currently care for my black Lab, Lexi, and have previous experience working at a pet store, where I helped care for animals and learned the importance of patience, safety, and attention to detail. I also provide the nutrition needed to raise healthy fur babies. I keep my reptiles enclosures clean and kept as well.

About: I’ve been surrounded by and caring for animals my entire life—from dogs and cats to farm animals and wildlife—I’ve developed a deep, intuitive connection with them, treating each one with attentive, loving care, respect (and yes, I spoil them all). Caring for dogs and cats comes naturally to me. I am a nurse, not a veterinarian. However, I do have extensive experience with a wide variety of animals. I am very comfortable with sick and/or injured pets. Medication administration, wound care and first aid are all things I feel confident with, for an extra fee. I’m available Saturday through Monday to provide loving in-home care, including dog walks and check-ins for your cats and dogs. I’ll make sure your pets get the attention, exercise, and care they deserve while you’re away. I have two very spoiled dogs of my own, so I know the importance of happy pets and peace of mind. I treat every animal like they’re part of my family—with patience, respect, lots of love, and maybe a few extra treats (because they deserve it).

About: Hi! I know how scary it can be to trust someone with your pet, but I’m really glad you’re here. Let me try to reassure you! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I was always the kid bringing home strays, helping with family pets, or trying to convince my parents that we needed just one more animal. I’ve cared for everything from farm animals to dogs and cats, and I’ve never met one I didn’t love! In college, I rescued two cats and a dog who are still with me today. My oldest cat is 10, my second cat is 5, and my dog is 8. When my boyfriend and I moved in together, we combined our little pet families and added two more big dogs to the mix, so we’re used to spreading the love. One of my dogs was born with a disability, so I understand that some pets need a little extra patience, attention, or special care. I’m comfortable following detailed instructions, giving medications, sticking to routines, and making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable while you’re away. My pets truly are my babies, and I know yours are too. Whether your pet wants to play fetch, go on a long walk, curl up on the couch, or just have someone keep them company, I’ll care for them the same way I care for my own. I can’t wait to meet you and your pets! My availability is ever changing, so I am flexible! I work from home two days a week, if not more, which allows me plenty of time to care for animals. Please message me to see what my schedule looks like that week. I chose my home specifically for my animals, so trust me when I say that it’s perfect for yours. My animals are crate trained and can be put away when necessary. We have a fenced in yard, no children, and allow animals on the furniture. After all, it’s their home too! :) Almost any request can be met as far as feeding, separating animals, bathing, etc.
