About: I became a foster parent for GPSCA at the end of 2020 after adopting my bubbi with them during the summer. I took care of a mom and 3 puppies as my first assignment, all were adopted! <3 A few months after that, I fostered an older dog who had recently had surgery, who also got adopted after a couple of months with me. I love playing with dogs and getting to know all of their different personalities. My bubbi is an old man who loves to just snuggle and play catch with you. He's all about those TREATS too. Recently promoted to a hybrid job, 3 days in person, Mon-Weds. Unlike before where I was WFH. This would take me away for about 8-9 hours on those days. I know it can be scary for a pet to meet someone new. I like to make any dog I'm pet-sitting feel comfortable in its own environment. Whether that means I just sit there until they are comfy with me or abiding my their normal routine, I don't want them to feel out of place.

She stayed in touch with me ever step of the way and sent me fun pics to show me how much fun they were having. The only bad news is now my kitty thinks I am going to play all these fun games- lol. They get real time, attention, and care. I am very go with the flow but also very attentive. I follow routines, pay attention to body language, and make sure pets feel comfortable and safe. I live in a super dog friendly area with nearby parks, but I always keep safety first and only do what your dog is comfortable with.
