They invited me to bring my pet for a meet and greet before making my decision and allowed my little guy to look around while we talked. Brittney and Adam have senior dogs of their own and made me feel comfortable with their understanding of aging pets. Their home is clean and arranged to allow guest pets to feel right at home. They have clean furniture with covers and allow pets to find a comfy place to curl up in addition to pet beds of various sizes. Also clean and in good condition. I arranged an evening drop off that was quick and no nonsense, making my leaving easier for everyone. As I finished preparing for my trip, I received a photo and message telling me that my little guy was settling in, getting to know his home away from home and his new buddies. I received daily updates and cute photos that assured me I had found the perfect place for my fur baby while I was away. That extra touch each day eased my mind while my pup was making himself at home and enjoying a safe, comfortable house where he was treated like a member of Brittney and Adam’s own furry family.”
“Natalia was awesome! I haven’t had a dog very long so when I have somehow I have to go for a weekend I usually forget to make arrangements for my pup! Oops! I contacted Natalia 3 hours before I was supposed to leave for the weekend and she contacted me within 5 minutes!
