About: I grew up on a farm with, cats, dogs, chickens, goats, ducks, geese. rabbits, horses, cattle, and a variety of household pets. I was a veterinary technician for 20 years. Being in the veterinary field, I saw many household pets suffer separation anxiety being left at the clinic to board and also saw pets get sick after boarding due to being out of their home environment, which is how TLC Equine & Pet Care got started. I am currently 100% self-employed and can fit any schedule to work with the needs of your pet's health and safety. I also provide mail and package pickup, set trash out to the curb, water plants. Make your home look lived in while you are away. I do care for dogs in my home, it is a very relaxed environment. I live in the country and do not have a fenced in yard. They are walked on leashes and completely safe. Playpens also provided upon request for playtime outside.

He taught me a lot of responsibility and showed me a lot of love. A few years later my my mom added several dogs to the family - miniature Schnauzers, Standard Schnauzer, and a Beagle mix Having these animals in my life has given me great experience and also taught me unconditional love. My previous dog helped me get through the rough days when I lost my mom to cancer. I have learned to care for seniors, animals requiring medication (orally) and how to work with young animals especially puppies. In your employ my top priority will be your pets happiness. Working for you is my only employment and my focus will be on your dog or cat only. They will get my undivided attention and I hope to spoil them like crazy. Since I have dealt with several puppies I can even try to bring some training tips to your dog if needed. Personally, I do still have my pup Julius but he lives with family out in the country loving his best life in open fields He is 12 now, He is my furry angel in he was my little protector. It is so true that not all angels have wings. I would have kept him but I could not afford all of the vet bills when you take care of a pet properly, luckily I have a family member I love so much that was able to provide that. I love spoiling dogs of course with the doggy parental guidelines, this includes specific food regiments and pills. I hope that I will get to meet you and your fur babies soon! I have a very go with the flow attitude, I make any animal I care for #1. I dont work full time, so time for pet care is very important to me. Whatever routine the family has I stick to for consistency. I do have other activities I do but they are always scheduled around my work as a pet care provider. 🙂 In my home I create a safe environment. I'm very aware of other animals around to keep your dogs safety number one priority. Unfortunately in this world people at their dogs off leash and that can be a problem. I have no problem following any regimented food or medication delivered to the animals. Also if I'm in a client's home I would treat it with respect and basically make it look like nothing has changed except your dog has gotten top-notch care. If there's anything specific in the requiring overnight boarding I am more than happy to oblige with that.

About: I've trained service dogs and puppies. I've also cared for multi-animal (species and number) households and I've been doing so my whole life. Whether the dog is big or small, I'd love to help! Pet care is an integral part of my daily or weekly routine. I have ADHD that leans towards forgetting to do stuff for myself. To counter that, I connect my human activities with my pet activities. Like "I fed the dogs and cats" and then the next sentence is "Oh! I will feed myself too!" I have crate trained dogs before and can reinforce that training to ensure that dogs feel safe and secure in their resting area. I like to familiarize myself with their habits. For instance, where does your dog like to go for a walk? How do they exercise? What's their favorite treat and when do they usually get them? Do they like doing a particular activity? This is my client's home and with that it is my client's pet's home. I take that to heart and try to embed these habits into their daily routine so that they can be cared for well and in the way that they know.

To help keep them safe for example if you don't have a fence & you tell me that they can still go outside on their own, I would probably put a leash on them for a while to make sure that they don't try to dart away after a squirrel! or something until I felt comfortable & for their safety. About: I have worked at a dog boarding and daycare facility where I cared for all kinds of dogs with different energy levels. I have also volunteered at an animal shelter where I walked high energy dogs. I love taking care of and being around dogs and have watched family dogs for years. I also cared for my personal dog for many years. I currently work a part time job so I have lots of time to take care of of your furry family members!! I am available all day Tuesday and Thursday as well as Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings. I definitely prefer walking your pups in morning or evenings to avoid the hot pavement. I do not offer dog sitting. For dog walking I am familiar and comfortable with walking high energy or reactive dogs as long as that is communicated. I also know the signs of heat stroke, aggression, and bloat due to my time working in a doggy daycare. If you choose to trust me to car for your pet, their safety will always be my top priority.

About: Ive been doing Rover now for almost 2 years and it has brought me so much joy and new friends! I worked a summer at kc zoo and it was the most fun job I have ever had. I've had dogs and cats my whole life. Also around horses from my uncle. I have adopted all of my animals from shelters. I love my dogs and cats like they are family. I have a teenage son I have to keep out of petco or any other animal place otherwise he wants to bring all the animals home, joking but not completely untrue. It's how we ended up with our Kitty Maisey. We even took care of the class's bearded dragon over spring break during Covid. He will come along on visits if available as he is the animal whisperer and wants to be a vet. Our 2 dogs are Dottie (our adopted covid pointer mix pup who is the sweetest girl and loves to have visitors to play with), and Marley who is our very sweet, laid back senior dog. Both our pups were rescues. Marley is afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks so we sre familliar with giving medications and making dogs feel safe and comfortable. Dottie is allergic to something during the late summer and September month and takes medicine for that allergy at that time. We believe in treats but only rawhide free and dental bones. Please bring your own food and treats and let me know if you prefer not to share our treats. We also have 2 cats that are used to dogs and in fact think that each dog is their mommy since we got them as kittens and have an attachment to their respective dog mommy. You will even find cats and dogs snuggling together on the bed. Or Moose playing with Dottie in his tunnel. I have had animals with special needs from a diabetic cat that I gave insulin injections to treating animals with special needs. I live right down the street from a great dog park here in belton. We would love to take any new friends to visit. Please let me know if you prefer them not to go to the dog park and we can stay here and play. We have a fenced back yard but one side is only 4 ft. I work from home as a director so I have a very flexible schedule. My son does play competitive soccer so sometimes weekends have us at soccer field for about 2 hours. I have a fenced yard 3 sides are 6 foot privacy and one has a 4 foot chain link. I follow my client's care directions in their homes.

About: I worked at Summit Pet Care for four years. I worked in the daycare, front desk, and kennels department. I have made valuable relationships with several clients. For those clients I have pet sat for them while they have been out of town. I have also walked many of their pups during a busy for them. I work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and the rest of the week make time to exercise my own dog. Along with getting online classes done for UCM.. I care for my pets by always getting them with a clam but happy energy. First thing I always do with any pup is take them outside making sure there are no accidents in the home.
