About: As a child, my love for animals grew with every pet my family welcomed into our home. My admiration for these furry companions only deepened as I grew older. To this day, I still find myself drawn to animals of all shapes and sizes. Whenever friends or family members need help with their pets, I am always eager to lend a hand. It was through these acts of kindness that I discovered Rover, a platform that allows me to share my love for animals with even more people. With the recent change in my employment status, I am excited for the new opportunities and experiences that may come my way. I am free Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for dog walking, and open on weekends as well. I fully understand the anxiety that pet owners feel when leaving their furry friends with someone else. That's why you are more than welcome to ask for an interview before I take care of your pet. During this interview, you can meet me in person and ask any questions you might have. Additionally, I will send you daily pictures of your pup and keep you updated with texts about how they're doing. This way, you can rest assured that your pet is in good hands and being well taken care of.

About: Worked a summer at kc zoo and it was the most fun job I have ever had. I've had dogs and cats my whole life. Also around horses from my uncle. I have adopted all of my animals from shelters. I love my dogs and cats like they are family. I have a 12 yr old son I have to keep out of petco any other animal place otherwise he wants to bring all the animals home. We took care of the class bearded dragon over spring break during Covid as well and now he wants one. Our 2 dogs are dottie (our adopted covid pointer mix pup who is the sweetest girl), and Marley who is laid back and older. We also have 2 cats that are used to dogs and in fact think they each dog is their mommy since we got them as kittens. My brother brings over his huge German shepherd husky mix and Dottie and him love playing together so much. I have had animals with special needs from a diabetic cat that I gave insulin injections to, to a dog afraid of thunderstorms and all my current animals need grain free food. I live right down the street from a great dog park here in belton. We would love to take any new friends to I work from home as a director so I have a very flexible schedule. My son does play competitive soccer so sometimes weekends have us at soccer field for about 2 hours. I have a fenced yard 3 sides are 6 foot privacy and one has a 4 foot chain link. I follow my client's care directions in their homes.

“Drew is an experienced pet therapist and caregiver. He develops individualized care, including dietary needs, exercise plans and helps owners to better care for their charges. For Drew, pet care is not simply a job - to him, it is a calling! Under his care, our inherited nine year old mixed breed puppy-dog has adapted to his new home and human parents in an astoundingly rapid time. His previous human Mom sadly passed of cancer and Sophie was re-homed with us. Drew was instrumental in determining the physical and emotional needs that Sophie presented. He then made plans for veterinary care, diet and emotional support for her. He followed through with his new family to assure action on his planning. In a matter of days, not weeks, Sophie changed from a depressed, sad little puppy to her current happy, loving (and much loved) self. Her medical condition continues to improve with the diet, including Drew’s recommendations of supplements. Her strength and enthusiasm improve by the day. Since my wife and I have some physical issue that prevent walking Sophie, we also engaged his walking services. He is punctual and reliable. Sophie knows when he is scheduled to arrive (I think she can read the analog clock on the wall) and howls a welcoming greeting when Drew comes in the door! My wife and I hold Drew in the highest esteem! He took what could have been a difficult situation and mad it smooth and painless! We highly recommend him for your beloved pets!”

About: I have always grown up with dogs, and caring for and living with them is second nature. I have my own dog at home who is eager to make friends! I am a stay-at-home mom to my school-age kids, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am typically available on weekdays from 9-3. I have a fenced in yard and an energetic friendly doodle to keep your dogs company. I can bring my dog along for drop in visits as well, if requested.

About: I take time with the pet to make sure they are comfortable with me. I have grown up with dogs (Mostly labs) and cats. I have also worked at a doggy daycare and I loved it! Meeting all types of dogs and just spending time playing with them was fun! I'm currently Unemployed and I love animals! I am free anytime, all day everyday. I can devote as much time as needed to the critters. I treat everyone (and the critters) with respect. Put things back where I find them, clean up after myself, etc. I can assist with bringing in mail and/or packages.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 7, from my neighbors and friends. They trusted me with their animals and let me walk others dogs. It gives me time to be outside and away from my job that I’m at all the time, and I love working with animals, and their owners trusting me. I walk them every two hours if I am in my own house, or in their own house. If I am outside the house, I keep water with me and food with me.
