“Karrie did a great job taking care of my 11 year old miniature golden doodle. She had excellent communication skills, sent great pictures and updates, and followed all of our feeding instructions. Our dog Murphy seemed to have an amazing time with her. It was our longest trip away from Murphy so I was definitely on edge but Karrie did a great job. My only critique is that I didn’t realize Karrie was dog sitting for multiple dogs (up to 9 others) during our booking with her until after I had already finalized our booking and did a meet/greet. She was forthcoming after the fact but I do wish she would’ve brought this up beforehand as Murphy can be a bit timid around other dogs. But overall it was a great experience and I’m happy we used Karrie for our week away.”

About: Ive been doing Rover now for almost 2 years and it has brought me so much joy and new friends! I worked a summer at kc zoo and it was the most fun job I have ever had. I've had dogs and cats my whole life. Also around horses from my uncle. I have adopted all of my animals from shelters. I love my dogs and cats like they are family. I have a teenage son I have to keep out of petco or any other animal place otherwise he wants to bring all the animals home, joking but not completely untrue. It's how we ended up with our Kitty Maisey. We even took care of the class's bearded dragon over spring break during Covid. He will come along on visits if available as he is the animal whisperer and wants to be a vet. Our 2 dogs are Dottie (our adopted covid pointer mix pup who is the sweetest girl and loves to have visitors to play with), and Marley who is our very sweet, laid back senior dog. Both our pups were rescues. Marley is afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks so we sre familliar with giving medications and making dogs feel safe and comfortable. Dottie is allergic to something during the late summer and September month and takes medicine for that allergy at that time. We believe in treats but only rawhide free and dental bones. Please bring your own food and treats and let me know if you prefer not to share our treats. We also have 2 cats that are used to dogs and in fact think that each dog is their mommy since we got them as kittens and have an attachment to their respective dog mommy. You will even find cats and dogs snuggling together on the bed. Or Moose playing with Dottie in his tunnel. I have had animals with special needs from a diabetic cat that I gave insulin injections to treating animals with special needs. I live right down the street from a great dog park here in belton. We would love to take any new friends to visit. Please let me know if you prefer them not to go to the dog park and we can stay here and play. We have a fenced back yard but one side is only 4 ft. I work from home as a director so I have a very flexible schedule. My son does play competitive soccer so sometimes weekends have us at soccer field for about 2 hours. I have a fenced yard 3 sides are 6 foot privacy and one has a 4 foot chain link. I follow my client's care directions in their homes.

Since then I've raised Jobi, my black Lab, from puppyhood, I'm well practiced in crate routines, house-training accidents, chewing phases, and the general chaos of a young dog who has more energy than sense. What sets me apart is mostly availability. I work from home, so your dog isn't waiting out a nine-hour day alone. The yard is large and fully fenced, we walk daily, and dogs stay with me in the main living space instead of being shut away. I'll follow your instructions exactly, feeding schedule, medications, commands your dog already knows, the crate if that's what they're used to. And I'll send photos throughout, so you always know how they're settling in! I work from home, so your dog has company throughout the day rather than long stretches alone. We'll head out for a walk once a day, and beyond that they're free to come and go into the fenced yard as often as they want. I'm happy to work around your dog's existing feeding and potty schedule so their routine stays consistent. My yard is large and fully fenced, so there's real room to run without any worry about escapes. Dogs stay with me in the main living space rather than shut away in a separate room, and I'm home to supervise. Jobi, my young black Lab, is friendly with visiting dogs, and I have a young child at home, so I'm looking for dogs who are comfortable with other dogs and gentle around kids. I'll follow whatever routine and instructions you send along, including any medications, and I'll keep you updated with photos throughout the stay.

Growing up, my family had six dogs, mostly large breeds, along with a couple of smaller dogs so I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. He taught me a lot of responsibility and showed me a lot of love. A few years later my my mom added several dogs to the family - miniature Schnauzers, Standard Schnauzer, and a Beagle mix Having these animals in my life has given me great experience and also taught me unconditional love. My previous dog helped me get through the rough days when I lost my mom to cancer. I have learned to care for seniors, animals requiring medication (orally) and how to work with young animals especially puppies. In your employ my top priority will be your pets happiness. Working for you is my only employment and my focus will be on your dog or cat only. They will get my undivided attention and I hope to spoil them like crazy. Since I have dealt with several puppies I can even try to bring some training tips to your dog if needed. Personally, I do still have my pup Julius but he lives with family out in the country loving his best life in open fields He is 12 now, He is my furry angel in he was my little protector. It is so true that not all angels have wings. I would have kept him but I could not afford all of the vet bills when you take care of a pet properly, luckily I have a family member I love so much that was able to provide that. I love spoiling dogs of course with the doggy parental guidelines, this includes specific food regiments and pills. I hope that I will get to meet you and your fur babies soon! I have a very go with the flow attitude, I make any animal I care for #1. I dont work full time, so time for pet care is very important to me. Whatever routine the family has I stick to for consistency. I do have other activities I do but they are always scheduled around my work as a pet care provider. 🙂 In my home I create a safe environment. I'm very aware of other animals around to keep your dogs safety number one priority. Unfortunately in this world people at their dogs off leash and that can be a problem. I have no problem following any regimented food or medication delivered to the animals. Also if I'm in a client's home I would treat it with respect and basically make it look like nothing has changed except your dog has gotten top-notch care. If there's anything specific in the requiring overnight boarding I am more than happy to oblige with that.
About: I have taken care of 2 dogs in my life. I know the basic’s, example , feeding, walking, and bathing. Wanting to spend my time to help all dog owners find someone they can trust while they are away. I’m working Full time currently but have time mostly in the evenings throughout the whole week. Giving time for your dog and providing love till you are ready to pick them up or drop off I have a fenced yard with neighbors fence near mine. They do have pets as well,Husky's, they are vocal and jumpy but I mostly supervise outside in case anything may happen. About: Ive been doing Rover now for almost 2 years and it has brought me so much joy and new friends! I worked a summer at kc zoo and it was the most fun job I have ever had. I've had dogs and cats my whole life. Also around horses from my uncle. I have adopted all of my animals from shelters. I love my dogs and cats like they are family. I have a teenage son I have to keep out of petco or any other animal place otherwise he wants to bring all the animals home, joking but not completely untrue. It's how we ended up with our Kitty Maisey. We even took care of the class's bearded dragon over spring break during Covid. He will come along on visits if available as he is the animal whisperer and wants to be a vet. Our 2 dogs are Dottie (our adopted covid pointer mix pup who is the sweetest girl and loves to have visitors to play with), and Marley who is our very sweet, laid back senior dog. Both our pups were rescues. Marley is afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks so we sre familliar with giving medications and making dogs feel safe and comfortable. Dottie is allergic to something during the late summer and September month and takes medicine for that allergy at that time. We believe in treats but only rawhide free and dental bones. Please bring your own food and treats and let me know if you prefer not to share our treats. We also have 2 cats that are used to dogs and in fact think that each dog is their mommy since we got them as kittens and have an attachment to their respective dog mommy. You will even find cats and dogs snuggling together on the bed. Or Moose playing with Dottie in his tunnel. I have had animals with special needs from a diabetic cat that I gave insulin injections to treating animals with special needs. I live right down the street from a great dog park here in belton. We would love to take any new friends to visit. Please let me know if you prefer them not to go to the dog park and we can stay here and play. We have a fenced back yard but one side is only 4 ft. I work from home as a director so I have a very flexible schedule. My son does play competitive soccer so sometimes weekends have us at soccer field for about 2 hours. I have a fenced yard 3 sides are 6 foot privacy and one has a 4 foot chain link. I follow my client's care directions in their homes.
