About: Ya know that child that has a heart for anything living? That child that wants to nurture even the wooly caterpillar or the slimy toad? Well, that was me and I’m still that child at heart today. If there was a stray within a 5 mile radius of my home, we’d find each other and become family. To this day, if I see an animal in need I cannot turn away. At the age of 11 I began sitting and walking my Aunt Linda’s Pekingese, Toyboy. Toy and Auntie taught me from a very young age the importance of keeping animals safe and respecting their personal boundaries as well. Animals ARE family members and should be treated as such. I’ve spent ample time as a volunteer in local rescue shelters, fostered adoptable dogs in my home and have always had at least two pets of my own consistently (the most at one time was six, and, honestly, it was a little slice of heaven to me). My personal experience as a pet mom has taught me many things. The good, the bad and the ugly. I’ve managed flight risks, diapered seniors, enforced the cone of shame, nursed wounds and stitches, cleaned up many a pet mess (from both ends) and administered medications. If a pet requires it, I’ve likely done it! One of the best and worst parts of being a pet mom is watching our babies grow older. As they age they change and need even more patience and love. There’s a special place in my heart for the older pets and I’m happy to patiently provide anything they need in your absence. A person is only as good as their word, and if you chose me to care for your babies, you’ll have my word that I will treat them as my own and give them the best of care and attention until your return. After retiring early from my career at 48 I’m finding I have more time on my hands than I can fill and I’d love to spend my extra time providing service to animals in need. Animals bring me a level of joy unsurpassed by any other activity I endeavor. Simply put, they make life worth living. They make me laugh, and laughing is truly the best medicine. I understand the importance of pet safety. I’ve had several personal pets that were lifetime “flight risks” (runners) so I know the importance of keeping a watchful eye on them every moment. Walking is a favorite past time and I’d enjoy the company of your fur babies. I’ll be happy to walk pets, check in on them throughout the day as needed, sit with them if they need more attention or administer necessary medications (I will not administer pills to cats). Having had several senior pets and a dog with cancer that I treated holistically for a year, has made me keenly familiar with senior and special needs pet care. Whatever your pet needs, I likely am able and willing to provide.

About: Hello, I love dogs and I’d love to take care of your loved pets and provide excellent care. I will be providing multiple updates through out the stay and as many pictures as needed. I have a total of 15 year experience with dogs. I have a German Shepherd of my own who is extremely friendly. The services I provide are the following: drop-in visits, walking of your dog/s, and boarding. Let me know if you have questions or concerns. I am always open to a meet and greet as well. About: I have had dogs my entire life and seriously don't know a life without them. I have two stubborn, little dachshunds who think they're in charge most of the time. They also have two human sisters who they are very overprotective of (they’re 8 years old and 1 year old). My oldest dachshund had surgery for IVDD a few years ago so I am familiar with administering oral medication and providing needed crate rest. I have experience in taking care of puppies all the way up to the more cranky and older dogs. My husband and I work opposite schedules so there will always be someone home with your pup. I'm responsible, reliable, and I promise to treat your fur babies as if they were my own! For boarding, the amount of time your dog is left alone will be very minimal since my husband and I work opposite schedules. I have my dogs to take care of too so I’m used to caring for pets. For drop in visits, I can only do so before 7:30am and after 5pm, unless it’s a weekend. My availability can vary on weekends so just reach out and I’ll see if I can help! I have a fenced in yard for your pets to play in and go potty. I’m also able to crate them if necessary. I will feed your pets separately from mine so there are no altercations.

About: I have over a year of hands-on experience working in an animal shelter and previously worked at a dog daycare facility for a year. In both settings, I cared for dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and temperaments, including shy, high-energy, and special-needs pets. I have also volunteered with animals for 3 years and grew up in a home with both dogs and cats. I am currently working as a dog bather at PetSmart for fun and I currently have 2 cats and a mini pig, so I understand the importance of routine, enrichment, and individualized care. My background has taught me how to: - Safely handle dogs in different environments - Recognize stress signals and behavior cues - Administer basic care and follow detailed instructions - Provide calm, patient care for anxious pets Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are my priority. As an add on if anyone needs any bathing, nail help, or specialty care for a exotic animal, I have experience and am willing to help. In the past I've helped with goats, bunnies, mini pigs, and more! I'm currently in school twice a week and have time before and after for your babies! I work PRN at a hospital so I have plenty of free days to fill supporting your dogs and cats! I will follow all rules given to me and treat every dog and cat with respect. I respect boundaries and give treats when needed. I'm comfortable on a leash, kenneling, and just spending time.

About: Hi I’m Ellie and I’m 22 years old! Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I truly believe they are one of life’s greatest gifts. Growing up, my family had six dogs, mostly large breeds, along with a couple of smaller dogs so I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I currently have two Black Labs, ages 3 and 5, who keep me active and remind me every day how important exercise, attention, and love are for a dog’s well-being. I understand that every dog has unique needs, and I’m committed to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate care. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, belly rubs, or simply having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved!!! My goal is to treat every dog as if they were my own and give you peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. (: (I am unavailable Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 7 am- 2pm due to school). I strive to be as flexible as possible and am happy to work with your schedule. I currently work as a server, so my weekday hours can vary, but I am often able to adjust my schedule when needed. I am available for early morning visits starting around 8:00 AM, as well as afternoon and early evening visits. If you have specific scheduling needs, feel free to reach out! I will always do my best to accommodate you and ensure your pet receives the care and attention they deserve. I am not offering pet care in my own home. However, I am available for house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking in my clients’ homes. About: I grew up on a farm with, cats, dogs, chickens, goats, ducks, geese. rabbits, horses, cattle, and a variety of household pets. I was a veterinary technician for 20 years. Being in the veterinary field, I saw many household pets suffer separation anxiety being left at the clinic to board and also saw pets get sick after boarding due to being out of their home environment, which is how TLC Equine & Pet Care got started. I am currently 100% self-employed and can fit any schedule to work with the needs of your pet's health and safety. I also provide mail and package pickup, set trash out to the curb, water plants. Make your home look lived in while you are away. I do care for dogs in my home, it is a very relaxed environment. I live in the country and do not have a fenced in yard. They are walked on leashes and completely safe. Playpens also provided upon request for playtime outside.

About: I’ve have taken care of animals my whole life. Both of my parents are veterinarians! I’m able to give medications & care for many animals! I also recently worked as an apprentice at a dog training facility & can help with basic obedience. I am currently working in the Kansas City area with plenty of free time to visit or stay with your pets! I will be available most weekends & weekdays. I then worked at a doggy daycare and training facility, where I handled a variety of responsibilities including grooming, giving dogs baths, physical and mental stimulation activities with the dogs, feeding, boarding and assisting with training. I’m well-educated on dog behavior and have worked with all types of dogs, managing different behaviors and health needs. This includes administering medication like insulin and responding to emergencies such as seizures. In addition to my hands-on experience, I served as a supervisor at the daycare, which helped me develop leadership skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. I also have a dog and a cat of my own, who are very important to me and have deepened my understanding and passion for animal care. My long-term goal is to become a vet tech and keep working in the rescue and rehabilitation scene. About: Hi I’m Lillian! I have always loved caring for animals since I was a young child. My family and I have owned and lovingly care for 3 dogs, 4 cats, and a horse. I have 6 years of experience working as a certified veterinarian assistant and kennel technician. I am currently working full time at Pleasant Valley Vet Clinic as a veterinary assistant. As an employee, I have been responsible for walking dogs, cleaning kennels, feeding animals, setting up, assisting, and cleaning up after appointments and surgeries, bathing animals, trimming their nails, ear care, and de-worming! I pride myself in being punctual, professional, compassionate, and highly responsible. I would love the opportunity to walk your dogs or house-sit for your pets as well. I currently work 4 days a week as a veterinary assistant, but have 1 hour lunch breaks to come let out your furry family member! I am very available outside of work. We currently have many pets in our own home, however I am more than willing to come to your home in order to care for your pets. I am available to take them for walks, feed them and care for them, doing whatever I need so that your pet is comfortable while you are away. My late husband was a rural veterinarian, so I am comfortable giving medication to pets. I am currently out of work and have a lot of free time during the week. I am also available most weekends. I can help with your busy schedule! I treat pets and homes as if they are my own. Your space will be cleaner than when you left so that you come home to a relaxing environment. I want to do what is most comfortable for your pets so I will keep their routine as closely as possible as when you're home.
