About: I have had dogs my entire life and seriously don't know a life without them. I have two stubborn, little dachshunds who think they're in charge most of the time. They also have two human sisters who they are very overprotective of (they’re 8 years old and 1 year old). My oldest dachshund had surgery for IVDD a few years ago so I am familiar with administering oral medication and providing needed crate rest. I have experience in taking care of puppies all the way up to the more cranky and older dogs. My husband and I work opposite schedules so there will always be someone home with your pup. I'm responsible, reliable, and I promise to treat your fur babies as if they were my own! For boarding, the amount of time your dog is left alone will be very minimal since my husband and I work opposite schedules. I have my dogs to take care of too so I’m used to caring for pets. For drop in visits, I can only do so before 7:30am and after 5pm, unless it’s a weekend. My availability can vary on weekends so just reach out and I’ll see if I can help! I have a fenced in yard for your pets to play in and go potty. I’m also able to crate them if necessary. I will feed your pets separately from mine so there are no altercations.

About: I’ve cared for dogs for friends and family for years, including up to three at a time! Every workday, I get to play doggy daycare for my sister’s Australian Cattle Doodle. We go on walks, play, and sometimes work on her training, which has taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and making learning fun. I’m just as comfortable with cats! I have one of my own and have cared for everything from adult cats to a mama cat and her entire litter. I genuinely love animals of all kinds and would love the chance to spend time with yours. About: I've had dogs of my own my whole life. I have cared for a variety of dogs such as administering to my neighbors diabetic dog to caring for my own 100 pound doberman pincher. I am also a certified nurses assistant which as taught me immense skills in caretaking and focusing on the health and wellness of others; skills in which carry over to animal caretaking!! I'm currently working part time and have a pretty flexible schedule!!! My schedule is super easy to work with and I am willing to work around your schedules as well! Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. About: Ya know that child that has a heart for anything living? That child that wants to nurture even the wooly caterpillar or the slimy toad? Well, that was me and I’m still that child at heart today. If there was a stray within a 5 mile radius of my home, we’d find each other and become family. To this day, if I see an animal in need I cannot turn away. At the age of 11 I began sitting and walking my Aunt Linda’s Pekingese, Toyboy. Toy and Auntie taught me from a very young age the importance of keeping animals safe and respecting their personal boundaries as well. Animals ARE family members and should be treated as such. I’ve spent ample time as a volunteer in local rescue shelters, fostered adoptable dogs in my home and have always had at least two pets of my own consistently (the most at one time was six, and, honestly, it was a little slice of heaven to me). My personal experience as a pet mom has taught me many things. The good, the bad and the ugly. I’ve managed flight risks, diapered seniors, enforced the cone of shame, nursed wounds and stitches, cleaned up many a pet mess (from both ends) and administered medications. If a pet requires it, I’ve likely done it! One of the best and worst parts of being a pet mom is watching our babies grow older. As they age they change and need even more patience and love. There’s a special place in my heart for the older pets and I’m happy to patiently provide anything they need in your absence. A person is only as good as their word, and if you chose me to care for your babies, you’ll have my word that I will treat them as my own and give them the best of care and attention until your return. After retiring early from my career at 48 I’m finding I have more time on my hands than I can fill and I’d love to spend my extra time providing service to animals in need. Animals bring me a level of joy unsurpassed by any other activity I endeavor. Simply put, they make life worth living. They make me laugh, and laughing is truly the best medicine. I understand the importance of pet safety. I’ve had several personal pets that were lifetime “flight risks” (runners) so I know the importance of keeping a watchful eye on them every moment. Walking is a favorite past time and I’d enjoy the company of your fur babies. I’ll be happy to walk pets, check in on them throughout the day as needed, sit with them if they need more attention or administer necessary medications (I will not administer pills to cats). Having had several senior pets and a dog with cancer that I treated holistically for a year, has made me keenly familiar with senior and special needs pet care. Whatever your pet needs, I likely am able and willing to provide.

Growing up, my family had six dogs, mostly large breeds, along with a couple of smaller dogs so I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I currently have two Black Labs, ages 3 and 5, who keep me active and remind me every day how important exercise, attention, and love are for a dog’s well-being. About: My family has had dogs, cats and fish my whole life. I often watch them when my parents are out of town and I have dog and cat sat for family & friends for years. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. I’m currently available 7 days/wk I work as a server in my pleasant so whoever I’m staying with ideally should be able to go 6-8hrs between potty breaks! If I have 2 weeks or more advanced notice I can make arrangements to be able to check in more frequently. o o o o o o o o o o I love interacting with the pets and getting to see them get more comfortable with me. About: I’ve been surrounded by and caring for animals my entire life—from dogs and cats to farm animals and wildlife—I’ve developed a deep, intuitive connection with them, treating each one with attentive, loving care, respect (and yes, I spoil them all). Caring for dogs and cats comes naturally to me. I am a nurse, not a veterinarian. However, I do have extensive experience with a wide variety of animals. I am very comfortable with sick and/or injured pets. Medication administration, wound care and first aid are all things I feel confident with, for an extra fee. I’m available Saturday through Monday to provide loving in-home care, including dog walks and check-ins for your cats and dogs. I’ll make sure your pets get the attention, exercise, and care they deserve while you’re away. I have two very spoiled dogs of my own, so I know the importance of happy pets and peace of mind. I treat every animal like they’re part of my family—with patience, respect, lots of love, and maybe a few extra treats (because they deserve it).

About: While I work outside the house, my wife works from home full-time, ensuring someone is always there for your pup! We are a lively family of six with a large, securely fenced yard perfect for playtime. I have a lifetime of experience with dogs of all sizes and have loved being a Rover sitter for years. Since we have four wonderful, dog-savvy kids, we just ask that your pup be kid-friendly. We can't wait to hear all about your dog and plan a fun, exciting stay! Operating Hours: Pickups or Drop-offs can occur between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM; or after 3:00 PM. Requests outside these windows will not be accepted. We let the dogs in and out several times during the day, ensuring they get plenty of fresh air, active exercise, and regular bathroom breaks. We treat them as we do our own dog. We keep each one safe and well cared for. If we are doing drop-ins, we respect your property and leave it in the same state as we arrived.

About: I’ve been apart of rover for 5 years now, and my experience in pet sitting proceeds that for 10+. I love pets and have a very flexible schedule. I am freshly back to the area after college graduation so I will be around for the near future with lots of free time. My work schedule is 8-4:30pm M-F so I will be out of the home during those times, with availability to stop in for a visit around lunch time. I am energetic and willing to work with you to give you the most peace of mind as possible as you go on your trips! I work full time 8-4:30 Monday-Friday with special cases on holidays. I am available any time outside of those hours and short period in the middle of the day to drop in during my lunch hour. I am not able to house pets in my house but I am more than comfortable to watch them in your house. I have practice and experience with all safety measures that are needed with pet and home care.

About: I have had a dog all my life. Professionally in shelter industry for 12 years with all training courses. I am a certified dog trainer in Goodpup, certified in small animal vet assistant. I specialize in behavior modification, puppy training w and socialization and play activity. I am available 7 days a week. Day care is available with doggy play dates. My pet has been around cats and loves other dogs. I live in an apartment with dog park and trails. My dog loves all dogs and playing with other dogs. I also have a large kennel and expert in house training.
