I have a fenced backyard and will follow your pet’s feeding, medication, exercise, and care instructions exactly as you ask. Whether your pet is young, senior, or has special needs, I’ll treat them with patience, kindness, and the same level of care I give my own pets. I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you know your pet is safe and happy while you’re away.

About: I’ve always loved caring for animals and treat every pet like they’re part of the family. I’m experienced with keeping pets on their normal routines, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention and affection. I work full-time during the week, but I’m happy to care for pets before and after work and on weekends. I’m able to plan my schedule around the needs of each pet and make sure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, and care. I’m dependable and will always communicate clearly about my availability so you know your pet is getting the care they need. My priority is always making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I provide a clean, comfortable environment with plenty of attention and supervision. I also understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, so I take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel right at home. About: I’ve have taken care of animals my whole life. Both of my parents are veterinarians! I’m able to give medications & care for many animals! I also recently worked as an apprentice at a dog training facility & can help with basic obedience. I am currently working in the Kansas City area with plenty of free time to visit or stay with your pets! I will be available most weekends & weekdays. I recently lost my 11-year-old french bulldog, Scout. She meant the world to me & showed me how to be the best owner/friend I can be. I will treat your animals with the same love & respect.

About: I have been around family pets my whole life. I especially love dogs of all breeds. I am ready to care for your fur-baby. I'm available for short term and long term needs even with short notice. I'm available by appointment to serve you as needed for your dogs. I can work evenings, daytimes and even over night care when you travel. I can come to you and care for your fur-baby in the comfort of their familiar surroundings. I'm also available to pick your dog up for appointments or walks at the dog park.

About: I have worked at a vet, taken care of my own animals as well as family and friends. I have dealt with dogs and cats of all sizes. It will work with my job, get me exercise, and give me extra income I need. If I didn't have a weakness to blood, I would have been a veterinarian. I always make sure that they are exercised, played with, and taken to a park if necessary. I never hurt an animal but believe in discipline.

About: Animals have been a lifelong part of my life. I grew up around farm animals and have owned and cared for dogs ranging in size from a Toy Poodle to a Great Dane. I also raised a puppy through the Leader Dogs for the Blind puppy-raising program in Michigan and have experience training dogs in both obedience and agility. I previously worked as a veterinary assistant at two veterinary clinics, which gave me valuable hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats with a wide variety of personalities, ages and needs. I especially love learning about canine behavior and training and am always reading and continuing to learn. I’m currently working with my daughter as she learns about showing dogs with the goal of becoming an AKC Junior Handler. Most importantly, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I’m happy to provide photos and updates during every visit. I have a flexible daytime schedule that allows me to provide walks and drop-in visits throughout the week. I’m especially available during weekday mornings and afternoons, making me a great fit for pets who need a midday walk, potty break, meal, medication, playtime or companionship while their owners are at work or away. I also offer evening and weekend availability when my schedule allows and am happy to discuss recurring weekly care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my first priorities. I take time to learn each pet’s normal routine, temperament, handling preferences and any special instructions before providing care. During visits, I’m attentive to doors, gates, leashes and other potential safety concerns and will always follow your care instructions closely. My previous experience working as a veterinary assistant has made me particularly observant of changes in an animal’s behavior or well-being. I also understand the trust involved in allowing someone into your home and will treat your home, privacy and belongings with respect. I provide dependable communication and am happy to send photos and updates after each visit so you know how your pet is doing.

I needed last minute care due to a medical emergency, and she not only accommodated my need with less than 18 hours notice, but she did so with a level of care for my kitties that I have never experienced before. Within 15 minutes of her arrival, I had photos and videos of all of my babies (which is no small feat in itself), and she continued to provide multiple updates, photos, and videos. She was so so so loving and gentle with my kitties, stayed with them all day and overnight, and gave me the comfort and reassurance I was desperately needing. I will absolutely be hiring her every time I need a sitter moving forward (hopefully sans the hospital stay and ideally for a fun getaway instead). Thank you so much, Marianna. About: I’ve also had guinea pigs and rabbits and birds and goats. I love all animals and am happy to care for them no matter what shape or size. They all deserve love and attention and as long as I have solid instructions then I got it covered and they’ll feel like they’re my own babies. I’m currently unemployed. I’m getting certified to sell insurance and am home. I have two children in pre school and elementary school and the extra money would help a lot in this transitional period. I can happily come to your home and give your animals all the love they need. I’m in an apartment so coming to my home isn’t available currently but I can do check-ins or extended stays at your home depending on what you need.
