About: My family has had dogs, cats and fish my whole life. I often watch them when my parents are out of town and I have dog and cat sat for family & friends for years. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. I’m currently available 7 days/wk I work as a server in my pleasant so whoever I’m staying with ideally should be able to go 6-8hrs between potty breaks! About: Hi, my name is Kathleen, and I am an experienced pet care handler. I have cared for dogs and cats of all various sizes and behaviors. A few examples of dogs I've worked with are corgis, pitbulls, and great pyrenees. I can handle most breeds and have worked with shy dogs, protective dogs, and highly energetic dogs. For the last 3 years, I have also volunteered as a dog walker for an animal shelter. About: Hi! I know how scary it can be to trust someone with your pet, but I’m really glad you’re here. Let me try to reassure you! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I was always the kid bringing home strays, helping with family pets, or trying to convince my parents that we needed just one more animal. I’ve cared for everything from farm animals to dogs and cats, and I’ve never met one I didn’t love! In college, I rescued two cats and a dog who are still with me today. My oldest cat is 10, my second cat is 5, and my dog is 8. When my boyfriend and I moved in together, we combined our little pet families and added two more big dogs to the mix, so we’re used to spreading the love. One of my dogs was born with a disability, so I understand that some pets need a little extra patience, attention, or special care. I’m comfortable following detailed instructions, giving medications, sticking to routines, and making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable while you’re away. My pets truly are my babies, and I know yours are too. Whether your pet wants to play fetch, go on a long walk, curl up on the couch, or just have someone keep them company, I’ll care for them the same way I care for my own. I can’t wait to meet you and your pets! My availability is ever changing, so I am flexible! I work from home two days a week, if not more, which allows me plenty of time to care for animals. I am a full-time online grad student. I am working part time in the area and my schedule is very consistent and not flexible. I work Tuesday-Saturday 11:30am-4:30pm. Please make sure this works with your pets schedule before reaching out. I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort in my client’s home. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, and routines. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure, and I always supervise pets during walks and playtime. I keep environments clean, calm, and low-stress, and I’m careful to notice any changes in behavior or health. I treat every home with respect and make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away.

She handled my big, exuberant boys with ease and genuine affection while also being gentle and quiet with Lyla.
