They were so kind and gave updates frequently. My dogs were included as if they were part of the family. Also, they were completely unphased by my dogs questionable behavior (immediately jumped on the couches, playfully greeted the other dogs, and one of them peed even though she’s potty trained). Kella stayed calm and dealt with it so professionally. I could literally have not dreamt of a better fit for our dogs. Thank you guys for what you do!”
