About: I am a lifelong animal lover and a dog Mom! I've never met a furry friend I didn't adore! I volunteer at The Rescue Project in KC. I currently help neighbors with their pet care needs for sitting and walking. You can count on me to care for your fur baby like they were my own. I have experience with dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes! I work full-time, but I’m available for evening walks and weekend drop-in visits to care for your fur baby! Whether it’s a stroll around the block or a quick check-in with belly rubs and fresh water, I’m here to help when you need an extra hand (or leash!). Your pet’s well-being is my top priority. About: I have been taking care of animals for most of my life! I am new to the Rover community, but I’ve owned and fostered dogs for 10 years now. I have experience pet sitting family and friend’s dogs and cats, as well as experience with disabled dogs. I am constantly around animals and commit myself to taking care of them. I am comfortable with dogs of all breeds, sizes, behavior types, and ages. When I come to take care of, walk, and play with your pet, I dedicate my full time to loving them and being present with them. I have one dog of my own, an overweight husky named Haley we just recently adopted to help her live a healthier life! I work PRN as a phlebotomist at KU Med, so I create my own schedule a month in advance. I can be off by 11am if given enough notice, so mid-day walks and drop-ins can fit in perfectly. I work 2-3 days a week, so on off days I am available all day! I am able to accommodate whatever your pet needs in a safe manner. We can talk about whatever that entails before you book with me so everyone feels comfortable! I am big on communication, so you will always know what is going on during your pet’s booking with me with lots of pictures!

About: I've had 3 golden retrievers while I was growing up and helped taking care of them everyday. Our one golden had puppies and I helped out a lot with them. Now, me and my husband love to watch and care for other dogs in our free time! I work a 9-5 during the week but I am not usually very busy on weekends and would love to meet and take care of some new pups! My husband can usually take breaks from his work during the day to do a drop in or walk if needed! I love to go on walks with dogs and make sure they are well exercised everyday. I will make sure to keep your pet on the correct feeding/potty schedule.

About: I have always loved dogs and grew up with my own and truly enjoy taking care of them. I'm dependable, attentive, and experienced with petsitting, I will treat your animals like family. I work full time, but have a flexible enough schedule to care for your pets. I am very willing to negotiate a flexible schedule to meet you and your pets needs. I am free in the evenings and weekends! I would prefer staying at my clients home. I have found that this is easier for the pet to be comfortable in their own home and space.

About: I have had pets my entire life of all shapes and sizes, from miniature goats to dogs to chickens and horses. I have cared for puppies that we have rescued, and have about 4+ years volunteering at the local animal shelters. I am currently working an 8-5pm job, but go home for my lunch break and would be happy to take care of your furry friend before, during, or after work. Weekends are also usually slow for me! I grew up living on a farm with lots of land. I always take my animals out on a leash, unless it is a fenced in secure yard.

About: I have had pets my entire life. I absolutely love animals and I understand that pets are part of the family. No rules about staying off furniture or beds in our house! I currently have a sweet, senior, dachshund mix. He gets along great with other dogs. I work as a teacher, so I am home evenings and weekends. I am also home over most holiday breaks and all summer! I am kind, patient, and active. We live right off a walking trail that I walk my dog on every day. I will treat your pet as if it was my own. I can assure your pet will get lots of love, attention, and outdoor time. I can provide references of other pet owners I have worked for if requested. I can't wait to meet your sweet pet! During the school year I am home by 4:00. I am off work all summer and during other school breaks like spring break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. I have a large fenced in backyard for your pup to play in and lots of toys they can choose from. I can promise your pet will receive lots of pets and love.

About: Animals have been a lifelong part of my life. I grew up around farm animals and have owned and cared for dogs ranging in size from a Toy Poodle to a Great Dane. I also raised a puppy through the Leader Dogs for the Blind puppy-raising program in Michigan and have experience training dogs in both obedience and agility. I previously worked as a veterinary assistant at two veterinary clinics, which gave me valuable hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats with a wide variety of personalities, ages and needs. I especially love learning about canine behavior and training and am always reading and continuing to learn. I’m currently working with my daughter as she learns about showing dogs with the goal of becoming an AKC Junior Handler. Most importantly, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I’m attentive to each animal’s individual personality and routine, and I prioritize safety, communication and making pets feel comfortable while their people are away. I’m happy to provide photos and updates during every visit. I have a flexible daytime schedule that allows me to provide walks and drop-in visits throughout the week. I’m especially available during weekday mornings and afternoons, making me a great fit for pets who need a midday walk, potty break, meal, medication, playtime or companionship while their owners are at work or away. I also offer evening and weekend availability when my schedule allows and am happy to discuss recurring weekly care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my first priorities. I take time to learn each pet’s normal routine, temperament, handling preferences and any special instructions before providing care. During visits, I’m attentive to doors, gates, leashes and other potential safety concerns and will always follow your care instructions closely. My previous experience working as a veterinary assistant has made me particularly observant of changes in an animal’s behavior or well-being. I also understand the trust involved in allowing someone into your home and will treat your home, privacy and belongings with respect. I provide dependable communication and am happy to send photos and updates after each visit so you know how your pet is doing.

About: I offer small-group, in-home boarding, designed for pet parents who want something more personal than a traditional boarding facility. I intentionally keep the number of guest dogs small and manageable. While I do welcome pets from multiple families, I don't believe in packing a large number of dogs into one space. My goal is for every dog to receive individual attention, supervision, affection, and care rather than simply being one of many. Our home is spacious and set up to give dogs room to relax. We have two living rooms, a large unused basement area, and a fully privacy-fenced yard. Someone is almost always home, so your dog isn't spending the majority of the day alone. I have two senior dogs of my own, and I'm very intentional about maintaining a calm, safe environment for everyone's comfort. Because this is our family home, I do have a few house rules. Dogs are not allowed on our beds and I use baby gates or separation when necessary for safety, feeding, introductions, or simply giving a dog some downtime. My nightly rate is intentionally priced below many local boarding and daycare facilities, while still providing the advantages of a home environment: a smaller group, more individualized attention, a spacious home, a private fenced yard, and someone nearby most of the time. If you're looking for a place where your dog can be cared for as an individual—not just another dog in a large boarding group—I'd love to welcome them into our home. ❤️🐶

About: I have been around family pets my whole life. I especially love dogs of all breeds. I am ready to care for your fur-baby. I'm available for short term and long term needs even with short notice. I'm available by appointment to serve you as needed for your dogs. I can work evenings, daytimes and even over night care when you travel. I can come to you and care for your fur-baby in the comfort of their familiar surroundings. I'm also available to pick your dog up for appointments or walks at the dog park.

About: I’ve owned pets all my life and have house sitting and pet sitting for over 5 years. I’ve always had a strong love for animals and cannot wait to meet your pets! As a vet assistant in school to be a veterinary technician, I am able to provide extra experience on administering medications, senior care, special needs pets, house breaking puppies, basic obedience training, and so much more! I cannot wait to meet your pets and provide the best care for them while you are away. I currently do not work a set schedule, but I usually work 3-4 days a week sometime between Monday through Friday, from 7AM-6PM. My schedule is made up in advance so I can tell you my availability but the days I have off is usually not the same week for week. Depending on the service: I offer frequent potty breaks, daily exercise/walks, routine meal times, and overall care for your pet and your home. If there’s any extra chores or precautions you would like me to take then feel free to ask as my goal is to provide you the most peace in mind while you are away.

I have a flexible schedule throughout my day to take your pup on a walk or just drop by to play and care for them when you’re not able to. I have a big backyard that is unfenced. I already try to manage my schedule in sections and like to take a break in the middle of most days to recharge and get outside when it is nice. I could use this time to travel to your locations and offer potty breaks for the animals. I'm pretty open on the weekends without commitments so putting your animal first will always be important. When caring for pets in your home, I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and familiar environment for them. I stick to their usual routine, from feeding times to playtime and walks, ensuring they feel secure and at ease. I maintain open communication, providing regular updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing. I also make sure to keep your home tidy, following any specific instructions you provide regarding your pet's needs or preferences. Whether it's cuddling on the couch or going for a walk in the neighborhood, I treat your pet like my own, offering love and attention every step of the way.
