About: I have had dogs my entire life and seriously don't know a life without them. I have two stubborn, little dachshunds who think they're in charge most of the time. They also have two human sisters who they are very overprotective of (they’re 8 years old and 1 year old). My oldest dachshund had surgery for IVDD a few years ago so I am familiar with administering oral medication and providing needed crate rest. I have experience in taking care of puppies all the way up to the more cranky and older dogs. My husband and I work opposite schedules so there will always be someone home with your pup. I'm responsible, reliable, and I promise to treat your fur babies as if they were my own! For boarding, the amount of time your dog is left alone will be very minimal since my husband and I work opposite schedules. I have my dogs to take care of too so I’m used to caring for pets. For drop in visits, I can only do so before 7:30am and after 5pm, unless it’s a weekend. My availability can vary on weekends so just reach out and I’ll see if I can help! I have a fenced in yard for your pets to play in and go potty. I’m also able to crate them if necessary. I will feed your pets separately from mine so there are no altercations.

About: I’ve owned pets all my life and have house sitting and pet sitting for over 5 years. I’ve always had a strong love for animals and cannot wait to meet your pets! As a vet assistant in school to be a veterinary technician, I am able to provide extra experience on administering medications, senior care, special needs pets, house breaking puppies, basic obedience training, and so much more! I cannot wait to meet your pets and provide the best care for them while you are away. I currently do not work a set schedule, but I usually work 3-4 days a week sometime between Monday through Friday, from 7AM-6PM. My schedule is made up in advance so I can tell you my availability but the days I have off is usually not the same week for week. Depending on the service: I offer frequent potty breaks, daily exercise/walks, routine meal times, and overall care for your pet and your home. If there’s any extra chores or precautions you would like me to take then feel free to ask as my goal is to provide you the most peace in mind while you are away.

Not only that, but I am also very knowledgeable in canine enrichment and stimulation. Have a high-energy, high-needs breed? They'll end their days with me happy and tired. My experience also means that I am able to care for dogs with behavioural issues and special health needs. My house is pretty well "dog-proofed" and oriented in a way that I am able to keep a close eye on pets from just about anywhere! So your pup gets to be the king of the castle, with lots of room inside & outside to run and play. Not to mention the mountain of toys.... When I cannot monitor them, they'll get to chill in a cozy crate or pen, with fresh water always available and a chew toy, puzzle, or snack to keep them entertained. For walks and other adventures, I will always keep your dog leashed and close to me. I love to take dogs out on excursions to parks, trails, and other such places! Of course, I will always check with you first to make sure that we don't go somewhere your dog doesn't enjoy. I have three adult dogs (all ~45lbs) and a cat in my home. The cat is dog-friendly, but also is able to be kept entirely separate from your dog if needed. My dogs are all 100% dog-friendly, have good play manners, and are also able to be neutral around/ignore other dogs when told. They are very patient with young puppies as well! And if your pup isn't one for new friends, don't worry - they can be kept totally separate on request, and your dog will still get plenty of one-on-one playtime & snuggles with me. It is 100% up to you if your pup has any interaction with other dogs (or the cat). Full separation is possible, but if you'd like your dog to make some furry friends, I am happy to safely facilitate that! All interactions between your dog and other pets will be of limited time and monitored - the dogs will never be alone together. For safety and management reasons, I cannot accept boarding bookings for dogs that are not able to be comfortable in a crate (or pen, for small dogs only). Have other questions or concerns? About: I have had pets my whole live. Growing up I had 4 dogs and a cat. When i met my husband, he had a dog named Cali, and I had a dog named Baylor. Now, we share both and have also welcomed a very shy cat into our family. I have experience caring for puppies all the way up to senior dogs. Baylor, for instance, was just 3 weeks old when I found her in a box, and now she's a healthy senior pup. I would love to provide your pups with the same care and love that i show our own, making them a part of our family while they're with us. I am a stay-at-home mom with two kids. We spend a lot of time at home and outdoors playing. Your pets would receive plenty of attention and constant love, just like my three friendly pets. About: I’ve been apart of rover for 5 years now, and my experience in pet sitting proceeds that for 10+. I love pets and have a very flexible schedule. I am freshly back to the area after college graduation so I will be around for the near future with lots of free time. My work schedule is 8-4:30pm M-F so I will be out of the home during those times, with availability to stop in for a visit around lunch time. I am energetic and willing to work with you to give you the most peace of mind as possible as you go on your trips! I work full time 8-4:30 Monday-Friday with special cases on holidays. I am available any time outside of those hours and short period in the middle of the day to drop in during my lunch hour. I am not able to house pets in my house but I am more than comfortable to watch them in your house. I have practice and experience with all safety measures that are needed with pet and home care.

About: I am the perfect boarding option if you're looking to get away. I’m currently working a hybrid arrangement so I am home Mondays and Fridays. We’re typically here most weekends but do go out of town every now and then, so just keep an eye on my calendar and I will do my best to keep it updated. I have been around dogs my entire life and can't imagine my life without one (or two)! They are an extension of my family and are treated as such. Rest-assured, your dogs will be loved here and get to play with our 12 year old Terrier and our 7 year old Austrian Pinscher. We have a large fenced yard and LOTS of toys and nearby trails where I'll take our dogs and yours for walks several times a day. I do allow pets on furniture and to sleep in our bed if that's what they're used to. If your dog plays well with others they will fit in perfectly here! I’m currently working from home 2 days a week so typically always home during those days to care for your pups! They will get lots of outdoor breaks and at least one walk while I’m home. We treat your dog(s) like our own. They’re allowed on our furniture and can sleep in it beds if that’s what they’re used to. We also have a large fenced yard for plenty of bathroom breaks and exercise.

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life. I have 3 dogs, a cat, and a 75 gallon fish tank in my household and I love them all dearly. I take my dog Willow to the dog park regularly and I hope to be able to help keep your pet active as well! I am an honest a genuine person who you can trust in your home and with the safety and happiness of your pets. I used to work as a veterinary assistant and am more than capable of administering medication, including insulin and checking glucose levels. I hope I can bring you and your pets happiness with my services! I’m fine with any ages as well :) Puppies and senior dogs are always welcome. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions. I work from home M-F and if you would like me to stay for an extended period of time, I am more than willing to work from your home to give your pet as much love and attention as they need! I live in a shared house, so if you would like me to take care of your animals in my own home, I would need to clear it with my roommate first! I have plenty of space that isn’t shared so as long as your pet is small/medium and fully potty trained, that most likely won’t be an issue. I have a fenced in yard. I am also receptive to those who are very particular about their pets as well. Whether they are handicapped and require extra attention, need medication at certain times, or if you would like me to take them on a certain amount of walks per day etc. I should also mention that I am a people please at heart, so you are guaranteed great service! 😊

About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 years old and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with both dogs and cats, and I currently have four dogs of my own, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals. I work at a dog daycare in Lawrence, where I care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. I supervise playgroups, feed dogs, give medications when needed, and make sure they’re safe and having a good time. Working there has given me experience with all kinds of dogs and taught me how important it is to pay attention to each pet’s individual needs. I’m also experienced with cats and am happy to care for both friendly, outgoing cats and the more shy, independent ones. I recently graduated from high school and will be starting my pre-veterinary studies at JCCC this fall. My dream is to become a veterinarian! My boyfriend, Cameron, is 20 and helps me with pet sitting. He loves animals just as much as I do and has plenty of experience with them. He helped train our German Shepherd from puppyhood and grew up with several cats, so he’s comfortable caring for both dogs and cats. I just like to let everyone know that Cameron may accompany me on visits or overnight stays. We both genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, and we’ll make sure your pets are loved and well cared for while you’re away. I work Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but I’m available before work, during my breaks, and after work. So I am able to check your pets every 4-5 hours.
