About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and have owned 8 dogs total, with as many as four at one time. I’ve cared for all kinds of breeds and personalities, from Great Danes and German Shepherds to Sheepadoodles, Airedales, and mixed breeds. I’m very comfortable with both large and small dogs, energetic dogs, and puppies. I also have experience around litters of puppies since one of my dogs had puppies multiple times while I was growing up, so I’m used to younger dogs and all the energy that comes with them. I genuinely love spending time with dogs, whether that’s playing, going on walks, giving attention, or just making sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I’m very patient, responsible, and will treat your pets like they’re my own. I’m a college student home for break, so I have a very flexible schedule and lots of free time. I just ask for 3 days notice for changes! I have two big dogs at home, so I’m very comfortable with active dogs and daily care routines. I love playing, cuddling, feeding, and keeping pets active and comfortable.

About: Caring for animals has been a lifelong passion for me. I’ve been volunteering in animal shelters since I was a teenager, and more recently, I’ve fostered and volunteered with the amazing non-profit Kitty Cat Connection. Over the years, I’ve cared for countless cats and dogs in need—and every one of them has held a special place in my heart. I’ve always had pets of my own, too—right now, I share my home with four wonderful dogs and five cats, including Snoopy, my 16-year-old Beagle-Basset mix who keeps me on my toes and reminds me every day how special senior pets are. About: I’ve owned pets all my life and have house sitting and pet sitting for over 5 years. I’ve always had a strong love for animals and cannot wait to meet your pets! As a vet assistant in school to be a veterinary technician, I am able to provide extra experience on administering medications, senior care, special needs pets, house breaking puppies, basic obedience training, and so much more! I cannot wait to meet your pets and provide the best care for them while you are away. I currently do not work a set schedule, but I usually work 3-4 days a week sometime between Monday through Friday, from 7AM-6PM. My schedule is made up in advance so I can tell you my availability but the days I have off is usually not the same week for week. Depending on the service: I offer frequent potty breaks, daily exercise/walks, routine meal times, and overall care for your pet and your home. If there’s any extra chores or precautions you would like me to take then feel free to ask as my goal is to provide you the most peace in mind while you are away.

About: I have had pets my whole live. Growing up I had 4 dogs and a cat. When i met my husband, he had a dog named Cali, and I had a dog named Baylor. Now, we share both and have also welcomed a very shy cat into our family. I have experience caring for puppies all the way up to senior dogs. Baylor, for instance, was just 3 weeks old when I found her in a box, and now she's a healthy senior pup. I would love to provide your pups with the same care and love that i show our own, making them a part of our family while they're with us. I am a stay-at-home mom with two kids. We spend a lot of time at home and outdoors playing. Your pets would receive plenty of attention and constant love, just like my three friendly pets. I prioritize creating a nurturing environment for pets in our home. With my experience from raising dogs and cats, i understand the importance of routine, love, and attention. Whether it's regular walks, playtime in my spacious yard, or cozy spots for relaxation indoors, I ensure their well-being and happiness are top priorities. My pets, including Baylor, whom i rescued as a young pup, have thrived under my care, and I would extend the same level of commitment and affection to any pet entrusted into my care.

About: Us as humans don’t deserves animals sometimes I don’t think! The love and loyalty that they give us is unremarkable!! The way they look at us, cuddle us, kiss us…they are just such amazing creatures! I was raised on a farm with cats and big dogs so I never knew any different but to love animals my entire life! My parents always had St Bernard’s growing up so that was always so much fun! We would always find kittens dumped in a ditch somewhere so they would become part of our farm family or maybe even talked into having one coming inside!! Now that I have had my own family I have also raised my kids with cats and big dogs of course. We have had Rottweilers and let me tell you…they are such amazingly loyal, loving, smart and strong dogs! As for cats we have had tabby's, domestic shorthair and tom cats! My experience comes from being raised around animals and owning them myself! My heart loves animals naturally. When you are around animals how can you at least not smile several times because of how happy they make you?! Currently I’m on summer break so I’m available anytime until the middle of August. After school starts I work part time from 10-2 so I would not be available during those times. I have a 6 year old orange tabby named Twigg! He is definitely my shadow and follows me around everywhere I go! He is very much spoiled and my little guy and he sure does love his mom!

About: I’ve been apart of rover for 5 years now, and my experience in pet sitting proceeds that for 10+. I love pets and have a very flexible schedule. I am freshly back to the area after college graduation so I will be around for the near future with lots of free time. My work schedule is 8-4:30pm M-F so I will be out of the home during those times, with availability to stop in for a visit around lunch time. I am energetic and willing to work with you to give you the most peace of mind as possible as you go on your trips! I work full time 8-4:30 Monday-Friday with special cases on holidays. I am available any time outside of those hours and short period in the middle of the day to drop in during my lunch hour. I am not able to house pets in my house but I am more than comfortable to watch them in your house. I have practice and experience with all safety measures that are needed with pet and home care.

About: I love dogs and we recently lost our family dog (Pedro) that we were blessed to consider part of the family since I was little. Pedro was my personal dog and loyal protector and we miss him very much. I live in Lenexa, KS (my hometown) during the summers, and the rest of the year I live abroad in Portugal as a professional soccer player. Not being able to have animals of my own makes me really miss having a dog of my own and being around animals. I am looking to dogsit or dogwalk as much as possible this summer in the KC area, and have experience taking care of and training my own dogs, as well as dogsitting and dogwalking dogs of various ages and breeds. I am responsible, organized and hardworking. At home we have a very large yard and live close to 2 amazing parks (Lake Lenexa and Shawnee Mission Park, which has a great dog park). My father works from home so there is always someone at home to take care of and watch pets the times of day I find myself out of the house.

About: I have owned pets all my life from dogs and cats to ferrets and lizards. I am currently studying animal science in pursue of a degree in veterinary medicine. I have trained puppies and volunteered at shelters so I have been exposed to lots of different dog breeds. Last summer I worked side by side with a Vet and gained lots of experience with many animals. My schedule is very flexible considering I am a college student and only work when I am home on breaks. I am working at a vet clinic and getting experience in that field. I am also available on weekends and capable of working with you to put the needs of your pet first. My dogs have a fenced in yard so during this time of year they spend a lot of time outside and playing fetch. We have crate trained them as puppies so I can accommodate to any means necessary.

About: I am the perfect boarding option if you're looking to get away. I’m currently working a hybrid arrangement so I am home Mondays and Fridays. We’re typically here most weekends but do go out of town every now and then, so just keep an eye on my calendar and I will do my best to keep it updated. I have been around dogs my entire life and can't imagine my life without one (or two)! They are an extension of my family and are treated as such. Rest-assured, your dogs will be loved here and get to play with our 12 year old Terrier and our 7 year old Austrian Pinscher. We have a large fenced yard and LOTS of toys and nearby trails where I'll take our dogs and yours for walks several times a day. I do allow pets on furniture and to sleep in our bed if that's what they're used to. If your dog plays well with others they will fit in perfectly here! I’m currently working from home 2 days a week so typically always home during those days to care for your pups! They will get lots of outdoor breaks and at least one walk while I’m home. We treat your dog(s) like our own. They’re allowed on our furniture and can sleep in it beds if that’s what they’re used to. We also have a large fenced yard for plenty of bathroom breaks and exercise.

About: Hi I’m Jess! I am currently an Oncology Pharmacist at a local hospital and proud mama 2 rescue pups! I worked for Rover during pharmacy school and now that student loans are knocking, I am looking to make some extra money. I was raised in an animal loving house with at least two cats and a dog at all times. I Currently help care for a Newfoundland and Husky mix so I have experience with large breed dogs as well as smaller breeds and all levels of energy. I also assist in carrying for my families goats and chicken and many cats- So I am a well equipped to help out with any animal care needs. I even completed a rotation in school at a Veterinary Pharmacy! It’s never a bad thing to have a Pharmacist in your corner for animals and humans alike 🤓 I mostly have availability on the weekends to cover for trips and vacations as well as most evenings/overnights. For boarding services, our own dogs are kennel trained and are kept in their kennels while we are away. They both have easy going temperaments and get along with most dogs. We are happy to do meet and greets before hand and always keep dogs separated if we are not directly observing them. I care for your pet as well as I care for my own. I have experience fostering animals and am keen on providing safe and quality care to pets of any temperament.

About: I grew up in a house with dogs, and I’ve always had my own as an adult. I enjoy dogs, especially long walks, learning or practicing new tricks or skills, and relaxing at the end of the day. I love all dogs, but I have a soft spot for large breeds, energetic breeds, and am comfortable working with dogs with less than stellar behavior issues. I’m a full time flight instructor which leaves me with free time in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings to care for your pets on a drop-in or overnight basis.
