About: I have had pets my whole live. Growing up I had 4 dogs and a cat. When i met my husband, he had a dog named Cali, and I had a dog named Baylor. Now, we share both and have also welcomed a very shy cat into our family. I have experience caring for puppies all the way up to senior dogs. Baylor, for instance, was just 3 weeks old when I found her in a box, and now she's a healthy senior pup. I would love to provide your pups with the same care and love that i show our own, making them a part of our family while they're with us. I am a stay-at-home mom with two kids. We spend a lot of time at home and outdoors playing. Your pets would receive plenty of attention and constant love, just like my three friendly pets. I prioritize creating a nurturing environment for pets in our home. With my experience from raising dogs and cats, i understand the importance of routine, love, and attention. Whether it's regular walks, playtime in my spacious yard, or cozy spots for relaxation indoors, I ensure their well-being and happiness are top priorities. My pets, including Baylor, whom i rescued as a young pup, have thrived under my care, and I would extend the same level of commitment and affection to any pet entrusted into my care.

About: I’ve owned pets all my life and have house sitting and pet sitting for over 5 years. I’ve always had a strong love for animals and cannot wait to meet your pets! As a vet assistant in school to be a veterinary technician, I am able to provide extra experience on administering medications, senior care, special needs pets, house breaking puppies, basic obedience training, and so much more! I cannot wait to meet your pets and provide the best care for them while you are away. I currently do not work a set schedule, but I usually work 3-4 days a week sometime between Monday through Friday, from 7AM-6PM. My schedule is made up in advance so I can tell you my availability but the days I have off is usually not the same week for week. Depending on the service: I offer frequent potty breaks, daily exercise/walks, routine meal times, and overall care for your pet and your home. If there’s any extra chores or precautions you would like me to take then feel free to ask as my goal is to provide you the most peace in mind while you are away.

Safety & Security First: Leashes and harnesses are double-checked before stepping outside, doors and gates are strictly secured, and I stay fully aware of our surroundings during walks to avoid aggressive dogs or hot pavement. Respecting Your Environment: I leave your home exactly as I found it—securing doors, locking up properly, and ensuring your pet is happy, hydrated, and settled before I leave. Open & Honest Communication: You’ll receive real-time updates and photos during every visit so you never have to wonder how your family member is doing.

About: I’ve cared for dogs for friends and family for years, including up to three at a time! Every workday, I get to play doggy daycare for my sister’s Australian Cattle Doodle. We go on walks, play, and sometimes work on her training, which has taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and making learning fun. I’m just as comfortable with cats! I have one of my own and have cared for everything from adult cats to a mama cat and her entire litter. I genuinely love animals of all kinds and would love the chance to spend time with yours. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet, so I’ll make sure they’re getting plenty of attention, love, and care while you’re away. I’m also the type of pet parent who’s constantly taking pictures and videos of my own baby, so I know you’d probably love updates too! You can expect lots of photos and videos of your happy, spoiled pets so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I work from home Monday through Friday, which gives me a flexible schedule for pet care throughout the day. As long as I can plan around my scheduled meetings, I’m able to accommodate most weekday visits, walks, and drop-ins. I’m also available on weekends, so I can provide care whenever you need it. I enjoy getting out for walks, sticking to your pet’s routine, and making sure they get plenty of attention and love while you’re away. At this time, I provide pet care in my clients’ homes, where pets can stay comfortable in their own familiar environment. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, whether that includes walks, playtime, feeding, medications (if needed), or just plenty of cuddles and companionship. I know every pet is different, so I always do my best to match their routine and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. About: I have been taking care of animals for most of my life! I am new to the Rover community, but I’ve owned and fostered dogs for 10 years now. I have experience pet sitting family and friend’s dogs and cats, as well as experience with disabled dogs. I am constantly around animals and commit myself to taking care of them. I am comfortable with dogs of all breeds, sizes, behavior types, and ages. When I come to take care of, walk, and play with your pet, I dedicate my full time to loving them and being present with them. I have one dog of my own, an overweight husky named Haley we just recently adopted to help her live a healthier life! I work PRN as a phlebotomist at KU Med, so I create my own schedule a month in advance. I can be off by 11am if given enough notice, so mid-day walks and drop-ins can fit in perfectly. I work 2-3 days a week, so on off days I am available all day! I am able to accommodate whatever your pet needs in a safe manner. We can talk about whatever that entails before you book with me so everyone feels comfortable! I am big on communication, so you will always know what is going on during your pet’s booking with me with lots of pictures!

About: I've had 3 golden retrievers while I was growing up and helped taking care of them everyday. Our one golden had puppies and I helped out a lot with them. Now, I have the sweetest black lab! I work a 9-5 during the week but I am not usually very busy on weekends and would love to meet and take care of some new pups! I love to go on walks with dogs and make sure they are well exercised everyday. I will make sure to keep your pet on the correct feeding/potty schedule.

About: Hi there, I am Roxanna and I have had pets for as long as I can remember. I am local in the Shawnee and Lenexa area. I grew up with both dogs and cats and have trained all my dogs over the years from the time they were puppies. My current pup is epileptic and at one point was having multiple seizures a day. While this has not been a fun endeavor, I have learned a lot and am well versed in dispensing oral medication and also keeping calm in emergency situations. I currently have two dogs and 1 black cat and while most people are afraid of my cat, I don't hold it against him (ha!) | pride myself in understanding cat behavior. I would love to come walk your dogs or check in on your pets. From puppies and kittens to the frosted face doggos and cats, I am comfortable with any age range and their ability (or disabilities.) About: I’ve been apart of rover for 5 years now, and my experience in pet sitting proceeds that for 10+. I love pets and have a very flexible schedule. I am freshly back to the area after college graduation so I will be around for the near future with lots of free time. My work schedule is 8-4:30pm M-F so I will be out of the home during those times, with availability to stop in for a visit around lunch time. I am energetic and willing to work with you to give you the most peace of mind as possible as you go on your trips! I work full time 8-4:30 Monday-Friday with special cases on holidays. I am available any time outside of those hours and short period in the middle of the day to drop in during my lunch hour. I am not able to house pets in my house but I am more than comfortable to watch them in your house. I have practice and experience with all safety measures that are needed with pet and home care.

About: I am the perfect boarding option if you're looking to get away. I’m currently working a hybrid arrangement so I am home Mondays and Fridays. We’re typically here most weekends but do go out of town every now and then, so just keep an eye on my calendar and I will do my best to keep it updated. I have been around dogs my entire life and can't imagine my life without one (or two)! They are an extension of my family and are treated as such. Rest-assured, your dogs will be loved here and get to play with our 12 year old Terrier and our 7 year old Austrian Pinscher. We have a large fenced yard and LOTS of toys and nearby trails where I'll take our dogs and yours for walks several times a day. I do allow pets on furniture and to sleep in our bed if that's what they're used to. If your dog plays well with others they will fit in perfectly here! I’m currently working from home 2 days a week so typically always home during those days to care for your pups! They will get lots of outdoor breaks and at least one walk while I’m home. We treat your dog(s) like our own. They’re allowed on our furniture and can sleep in it beds if that’s what they’re used to. We also have a large fenced yard for plenty of bathroom breaks and exercise.

About: Growing up, I was never allowed to have pets, so as soon as I was on my own, I got my first guinea pig! I'm currently taking care of two piggies, and contrary to popular belief, they all require very meticulous care — constant fresh water and unlimited hay, daily vitamin C tablets, fresh veggies, portioned pellets, daily spot cleaning with a full cage cleaning every two weeks, and the occasional eye ointment when a piggy gets a case of hay poke. I also have experience administering oral medication to guinea pigs. I got my first dog in October of 2023 — a Border Collie puppy! She gets weekly teeth brushing, coat brushing, nail trims, and paw pad shaving when appropriate. I take real pride in keeping up with her hygiene, with baths about every three months (unless she gets filthy beforehand) and frequent paw washings when it's muddy out. I also maintain a training regimen — I'm not by any means a professional or certified trainer, but I'm both consistent and persistent about getting my pup to a level that Victoria Stilwell would be proud of. I watched A LOT of It's Me or the Dog growing up! I also have experience caring for dogs in heat. My experience with cats isn't as in-depth as my guinea pig and dog experience, but rest assured, I have plenty of love and care to offer them too! I've house sat cats in the past for weeks at a time — feeding, watering, playing, and cleaning litter boxes regularly. My cat care doesn't go much past those basics, but I take direction well and am always willing to take on kitties with more specialized needs. I hope this gives you confidence in my ability to properly care for your pet! I'm always happy to answer any questions or concerns, and I will NEVER take a risk that could negatively affect you or your beloved pet. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends are wide open for me, unless my calendar says otherwise. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I work a 9-5, so pet sitting visits on those days are scheduled around my work hours, but I'm still available for walks, drop-ins, and check-ins. No matter the day, your pet gets my full attention and the quality care they deserve, every single time. Depending on the boundaries and rules you set, I'm always happy to take your pet(s) out for exercise at a dog park or just a walk around the block. I love giving animals human interaction and have no issue spending time playing, whether that's tug of war, fetch, or puzzle games for pets that need some mental stimulation! If you're interested, I can send check-in pictures so you can see how your pet(s) are doing while you're away, along with any other updates you'd like. Safety is incredibly important to me, which is why your pet(s) will be carefully monitored the entire time they're in my care. I personally keep security cameras in my own home to monitor my dog while I'm away - I even have one dedicated specifically to keeping an eye on my guinea pigs! You can never be too safe, and you can never take too many precautions.

About: I've taken care of my dog for a little over 6 years, an extremely anxious rescue. He is well trained and very social. I can work with any sorts of dogs, small and loud, big and reactive, anything in between. Long or short walks. I currently in between jobs and doing some interviews, so I have plenty of time to help take care of your pet as if they were my own! I have one dog who lives in an apartment, but he is very active and socially. We go on at least one 2ish mile walk per day, but he loves playing fetch or with other dogs at the dog park.

About: I have had many animals in my lifetime and much experience with different types of pets. I currently have 2 kitties. One of which is a rambunctious kitten. I have volunteered at the Humane Society for a couple years and worked with both cats and dogs as well as worked at a vet/daycare/boarding/grooming facility for several years as a kennel attendant. My availability is open and flexible. I am available any time of day and week and I will also respond to last minute requests. I am able to crate dogs and will follow whatever instructions given to make sure your pet is happy and safe.

I'm available for short term and long term needs even with short notice. I'm available by appointment to serve you as needed for your dogs. I can work evenings, daytimes and even over night care when you travel. I can come to you and care for your fur-baby in the comfort of their familiar surroundings. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats most of my life! Friends and family rely on me for great pet sitting, cuddles, tons of playtime! I’m free for most of the summer besides helping out at my grandmas office or running errands when asked! Taking adventures with my own pup most of the time! In my home I have a cat and a German shepherd puppy! They typically eat at 5 am, go outside after 20-30 minutes after meal time. I will cuddle with both of them on the couch and play fetch with my pup until I do daily activities such as cleaning, etc. I take breaks to let my pup outside and take her on a walk if it’s a decent temperature outside. I also help take care of my grandmas pups as well, bunch of cuddly pups it’s like a dream come true. I work commands with my pup often throughout the day, walking around with a treat bag. I always check for ticks on each dog after they’ve been outside it’s summer! They like to come out more often now. I will always ask of a pets diet regimen, such as their foods, allergies, favorite treats, if they have sensitive stomachs, or if they are fully vaccinated! I also have a car that has pet covers on the seat because of my fur baby who loves car rides. I will ask what your pets schedule looks like such as feeding times, and bathroom breaks.

About: I have worked at a dog boarding and daycare facility where I cared for all kinds of dogs with different energy levels. I have also volunteered at an animal shelter where I walked high energy dogs. I love taking care of and being around dogs and have watched family dogs for years. I also cared for my personal dog for many years. I currently work a part time job so I have lots of time to take care of of your furry family members!! I am available all day Tuesday and Thursday as well as Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings. I definitely prefer walking your pups in morning or evenings to avoid the hot pavement. I do not offer dog sitting. For dog walking I am familiar and comfortable with walking high energy or reactive dogs as long as that is communicated. I also know the signs of heat stroke, aggression, and bloat due to my time working in a doggy daycare. If you choose to trust me to car for your pet, their safety will always be my top priority.
