They have been SO patient with her and having somewhere affordable she can go while I work 12 hour shifts has been such a relief I can't even verbalize the magnitude of difference it has created in our lives. About: My wife and I have cared for pets our whole lives—dogs, cats, chickens, birds, and fish. Today we have two happy dogs of our own, and we often look after family and friends’ pets. We're devoted to giving every four-legged friend the same love and care we give our own. I work from home, so I’m able to give dogs plenty of attention and care throughout the day. My wife and I are available seven days a week to keep your pup happy and comfortable. My wife and I live in a quiet neighborhood with a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can play safely. Our two dogs are on a regular schedule for feeding, potty breaks, and walks, and we’ll give the same care and consistency to yours. We can crate if needed and block off stairs for older dogs to prevent accidents. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always a top priority.

“Jamie was prompt in her response to my initial inquiry and we were able to set up a meet and greet right away. Her home is lovely, clean, and has a fenced in backyard. She spoke so highly of my puppy and it really made me feel like she cared about her. She spent time training her every day and adhered to the schedule I provided for structure. She set up play dates to socialize my puppy as she doesn’t have any pets in her home. She went above and beyond training on concepts I hadn’t introduced to my puppy yet. She was thorough in our initial meet and even recapped with me at the end of the week. Her daily recaps shared so much info about my puppies day and I loved hearing about everything they did together and how much she enjoyed her time with my puppy. Jamie is a stellar caregiver, accommodating of my schedule, loving towards my puppy, and great with communication.”

About: My pet care experience began when I was a young child. My parents have always had at least five pets that I helped train and take care of while growing up. After we moved to a farm, they adopted more pets (dogs, cats, chickens, etc.); which allowed me to have more responsibilities and experiences taking care of animals. In college, I adopted my dog and had her for over 13 years. Sadly, she passed from old age and I have not adopted another pet since. I currently have a full-time job, but it does not involve animals. I am on Rover because I enjoy being around animals and taking care of them. My schedule is flexible and would allow me ample time throughout the day to assist others with their pets. My husband and I have very flexible work schedules that allow us to work from home most, if not all, of the week. We love going for walks with the dogs and playing with them in our fenced in backyard. As mentioned above, we have a fenced in backyard. We also have a large crate available if you prefer to have your dog crates for part of its stay. Thanks for taking your time to read about me!
