Real dog people have the capacity to feel an emotional connection with other folks' puppy dogs and we could see how Luchu's personality and spirit was loved and cherished during her stay.”

“Michelle was so amazing, it warmed my heart to know someone was actually giving my cat love and attention as much as I would because that’s usually a pet owners biggest fear. I was out of the country for around two weeks and worried about my cat because she tends to be a little shy and scared of new people and typically i only know how to deal with her. Michelle was perfect !! letting my cat slowly warm up to her presence visit by visit. She would send photos every visit and that was very reassuring, she would play with my cat and feed her and cuddle with gigi. I would get photos of gigi playing, running, and cuddling which is not her norm for when she meets new people so i was very happy with that.There wasn’t a moment where I was worried about my gigi. About: I have two years of experience pet sitting small, medium and large dogs pet sitting experience with cats. During my visits, I have walked, fed, had playtime with, and have fed any medications or vitamins the owner has requested I give their pet to them. In my daily and weekly routine, I would be available for visits/walks during: Monday/Wednesday/Fri: 6-10am and/or 1-8pm Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday: available at any time Sunday: 3-8pm These times do differ for overnight stays! When caring for pets in my clients home, I always make sure to follow any instructions or specific requests the client has left for me. About: I’ve owned pets all my life and have house sitting and pet sitting for over 5 years. I’ve always had a strong love for animals and cannot wait to meet your pets! As a vet assistant in school to be a veterinary technician, I am able to provide extra experience on administering medications, senior care, special needs pets, house breaking puppies, basic obedience training, and so much more! I cannot wait to meet your pets and provide the best care for them while you are away. I currently do not work a set schedule, but I usually work 3-4 days a week sometime between Monday through Friday, from 7AM-6PM. Of course, I will always check with you first to make sure that we don't go somewhere your dog doesn't enjoy. I have three adult dogs (all ~45lbs) and a cat in my home. The cat is dog-friendly, but also is able to be kept entirely separate from your dog if needed. My dogs are all 100% dog-friendly, have good play manners, and are also able to be neutral around/ignore other dogs when told. They are very patient with young puppies as well! And if your pup isn't one for new friends, don't worry - they can be kept totally separate on request, and your dog will still get plenty of one-on-one playtime & snuggles with me. It is 100% up to you if your pup has any interaction with other dogs (or the cat). Full separation is possible, but if you'd like your dog to make some furry friends, I am happy to safely facilitate that! All interactions between your dog and other pets will be of limited time and monitored - the dogs will never be alone together. About: I have had dogs my entire life and seriously don't know a life without them. I have two stubborn, little dachshunds who think they're in charge most of the time. They also have two human sisters who they are very overprotective of (they’re 8 years old and 1 year old). My oldest dachshund had surgery for IVDD a few years ago so I am familiar with administering oral medication and providing needed crate rest. I have experience in taking care of puppies all the way up to the more cranky and older dogs. My husband and I work opposite schedules so there will always be someone home with your pup. I'm responsible, reliable, and I promise to treat your fur babies as if they were my own! For boarding, the amount of time your dog is left alone will be very minimal since my husband and I work opposite schedules. I have my dogs to take care of too so I’m used to caring for pets. For drop in visits, I can only do so before 7:30am and after 5pm, unless it’s a weekend. My availability can vary on weekends so just reach out and I’ll see if I can help! I have a fenced in yard for your pets to play in and go potty. I’m also able to crate them if necessary. I will feed your pets separately from mine so there are no altercations.

I live in a shared house, so if you would like me to take care of your animals in my own home, I would need to clear it with my roommate first! I have plenty of space that isn’t shared so as long as your pet is small/medium and fully potty trained, that most likely won’t be an issue. I have a fenced in yard. I am also receptive to those who are very particular about their pets as well. Whether they are handicapped and require extra attention, need medication at certain times, or if you would like me to take them on a certain amount of walks per day etc. I should also mention that I am a people please at heart, so you are guaranteed great service! 😊
About: I am the perfect boarding option if you're looking to get away. I’m currently working a hybrid arrangement so I am home Mondays and Fridays. We’re typically here most weekends but do go out of town every now and then, so just keep an eye on my calendar and I will do my best to keep it updated. I have been around dogs my entire life and can't imagine my life without one (or two)! They are an extension of my family and are treated as such. Rest-assured, your dogs will be loved here and get to play with our 12 year old Terrier and our 7 year old Austrian Pinscher. We have a large fenced yard and LOTS of toys and nearby trails where I'll take our dogs and yours for walks several times a day. I do allow pets on furniture and to sleep in our bed if that's what they're used to. If your dog plays well with others they will fit in perfectly here! I’m currently working from home 2 days a week so typically always home during those days to care for your pups! They will get lots of outdoor breaks and at least one walk while I’m home. We treat your dog(s) like our own. They’re allowed on our furniture and can sleep in it beds if that’s what they’re used to. We also have a large fenced yard for plenty of bathroom breaks and exercise.

About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 years old and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with both dogs and cats, and I currently have four dogs of my own, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals. I work at a dog daycare in Lawrence, where I care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. I supervise playgroups, feed dogs, give medications when needed, and make sure they’re safe and having a good time. When I’m caring for your pet in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress free as possible.
