About: I have lived decades with animals in my life. Dogs, Cats, Birds, Rodents, Fish and more. With the exception of a few years deployed on a Navy Sub I have always lived with animals. As I approach retirement from the Sheriff's 911 center I plan to travel internationally and need to experiment with ways to get my dog fix when back in the USA. So the next 2 yrs I will try adding this (dog sitting) into my very flexible work schedule and see if it will become part of Carter 2.0 I can say with confidence I can't handle most anything that arises. About: I have taken care of friends and family members dogs while they are out of town or just not available. I love learning the dog’s personality and giving them the care that works best for them. I work 11am-7pm M-F, so I will be able to check in on pets in the morning, during my lunch break, and after work as well.
