About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 years old and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with both dogs and cats and currently have four dogs of my own, so caring for pets has always been a huge part of my life. I currently work at a dog daycare in Lawrence, where I care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. My job includes supervising playgroups, feeding, giving medications, monitoring behavior, and making sure every dog is safe and happy. Working with so many different dogs has taught me how important it is to treat every pet as an individual. I’m also very comfortable caring for cats. Whether your cat is outgoing and social or prefers their own space. I recently graduated high school and will be attending JCCC this fall to start my pre-veterinary studies. My goal is to become a veterinarian, so caring for animals isn’t just a job for me it’s something I’m truly passionate about! My boyfriend, Cameron, is 20 years old and helps me with pet sitting. He absolutely loves animals and has a lot of experience with them. He helped train our German Shepherd from the time he was a puppy and did an amazing job with him. He also grew up with several cats, so he’s very comfortable around both dogs and cats. I just like to be upfront that he may accompany me on visits or overnight stays. We’re both huge animal lovers and enjoy spending time with pets! I work Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but I’m available before work, during my breaks, and after work. I also have full availability on weekends and Mondays. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule, and I do my best to be flexible to meet your pet’s needs. When I’m caring for your pet in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. Whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, medications, or plenty of cuddles, I’ll make sure they get the attention and care they deserve. About: I am the perfect boarding option if you're looking to get away. I’m currently working a hybrid arrangement so I am home Mondays and Fridays. We’re typically here most weekends but do go out of town every now and then, so just keep an eye on my calendar and I will do my best to keep it updated. I have been around dogs my entire life and can't imagine my life without one (or two)! They are an extension of my family and are treated as such. Rest-assured, your dogs will be loved here and get to play with our 12 year old Terrier and our 7 year old Austrian Pinscher. We have a large fenced yard and LOTS of toys and nearby trails where I'll take our dogs and yours for walks several times a day. I do allow pets on furniture and to sleep in our bed if that's what they're used to. If your dog plays well with others they will fit in perfectly here! I’m currently working from home 2 days a week so typically always home during those days to care for your pups! They will get lots of outdoor breaks and at least one walk while I’m home. We treat your dog(s) like our own. They’re allowed on our furniture and can sleep in it beds if that’s what they’re used to. We also have a large fenced yard for plenty of bathroom breaks and exercise.

About: I have had dogs in my life for more than 25 years. I have adopted and fostered a variety of pets, including a couple with trauma in their past. All of our experiences have been positive and we have forged great bonds. I have been through dog training and have experience with administering medications. We have a roomy home and a nice backyard for play etc. Our household is low key and we are very flexible. I am happy yo come to your home as well, I understand that can be more comfortable for your pets. I have experience working with pets that are not my own, you can be confident that I have seen it all, nothing upsets me! I work a part time job, and also have a home-based business, with lots of flexibility in my schedule. My husband is retired, he is my backup so coverage is not an issue. In your home, I follow the guidelines you establish. If something unexpected comes up, I get in touch with you or use my discretion (depending on urgency and situation). Since I have raised my own children, owned multiple dogs, have worked in Elder Care, and now work as a Nanny, handling crazy things and responding to true emergencies is part of my skill set. In my own home, we have a relaxed routine, and we have time to spend with our doggie guests. We have created a calming environment to help manage any separate anxiety or stress. (We do not currently have our own pets, sadly)

About: I have always been known to my parents friends and neighbors and the person to call if you need help watching your animal. I’ve been pet sitting dogs specifically for just over 4 years but before that I watched everything from cats, to fish, and hamsters. I’ve dealt with numerous dogs suffering from seizures along with many recovering from surgery’s so I know how to handle almost everything. I’m currently a college student. I have some Morning commitments however I can be home with your pet for most of the day, or stop by at any point during the day to walk or let them out. I have an english golden retriever myself so there is another dog within my house, however he’s very friendly with other dogs. We don’t use a crate in our house and the dogs are allowed on the furniture but I’m happy to follow whatever you prefer for your own animal.

About: I love dogs and we recently lost our family dog (Pedro) that we were blessed to consider part of the family since I was little. Pedro was my personal dog and loyal protector and we miss him very much. I live in Lenexa, KS (my hometown) during the summers, and the rest of the year I live abroad in Portugal as a professional soccer player. Not being able to have animals of my own makes me really miss having a dog of my own and being around animals. I am looking to dogsit or dogwalk as much as possible this summer in the KC area, and have experience taking care of and training my own dogs, as well as dogsitting and dogwalking dogs of various ages and breeds. I am responsible, organized and hardworking. At home we have a very large yard and live close to 2 amazing parks (Lake Lenexa and Shawnee Mission Park, which has a great dog park). My father works from home so there is always someone at home to take care of and watch pets the times of day I find myself out of the house.

About: I have owned pets all my life from dogs and cats to ferrets and lizards. I am currently studying animal science in pursue of a degree in veterinary medicine. I have trained puppies and volunteered at shelters so I have been exposed to lots of different dog breeds. Last summer I worked side by side with a Vet and gained lots of experience with many animals. My schedule is very flexible considering I am a college student and only work when I am home on breaks. I am working at a vet clinic and getting experience in that field. I am also available on weekends and capable of working with you to put the needs of your pet first. My dogs have a fenced in yard so during this time of year they spend a lot of time outside and playing fetch. We have crate trained them as puppies so I can accommodate to any means necessary.

About: I've been lucky enough to take care of homes and pets in lots of different places, like California, Oregon, and even other countries. All that experience has helped me become really good at providing reliable and loving care for both pets and their people. I’m really good at going with the flow and can easily change my schedule to fit what a pet needs. Whether it’s walking the dog early in the morning, playing with them in the afternoon, or feeding them at night, I’m always flexible and ready to adjust. About: My family has had dogs, cats and fish my whole life. I often watch them when my parents are out of town and I have dog and cat sat for family & friends for years. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. I’m currently available 7 days/wk I work as a server in my pleasant so whoever I’m staying with ideally should be able to go 6-8hrs between potty breaks! Not to mention, if anything in the event goes wrong or something health wise happens to your pet. I have 24hr 365 days a year access to an animal hospital & many er veterinarians.
