I was out of the country for around two weeks and worried about my cat because she tends to be a little shy and scared of new people and typically i only know how to deal with her. Michelle was perfect !! letting my cat slowly warm up to her presence visit by visit. She would send photos every visit and that was very reassuring, she would play with my cat and feed her and cuddle with gigi. I would get photos of gigi playing, running, and cuddling which is not her norm for when she meets new people so i was very happy with that.There wasn’t a moment where I was worried about my gigi. About: Growing up I was never without a pet. We always had cats and dogs. I have helped care for pets since I was a little girl and often watched animals for family friends. I had my very first dog at 18 who turned out to be deaf. Taking care of him was not easy but so worth all the love we shared. Sadly he passed away from Cancer in 2013. I live a few blocks from the Eudora Elementary school and love walking the trail that goes behind it. I find joy in watching my own animals run and play. I treat all animals as if they were my own children. I currently work through the week but I am looking to grow my clients through Rover so I may watch animals full time as I absolutely love them! About: Hi! I go by Ronan and am currently a student at KU (Rock Chalk!) studying elementary special education. I have always had a deep love of animals! My family has had at least 3 dogs my whole life, on top of a cat and three rabbits, all of which I have had a hand in taking care of as soon as I was old enough for chores, and eventually majority of the responsibility in feeding, walking, and playing with them, in addition to the general upkeep that comes along with pets. I also have many years of experience looking after other family's pets, with the largest family consisting of 6 dogs, 2 cats, and a whole reptile room! I have been a part of 4-H and competed in multiple FFA competitions for plants, animals, and vetrinary science for most of my life. I still want to keep working with animals, even though I have my own sweet fur baby cat. As a student at KU, I leave for class around 7:30 every weekday morning and return around 4 PM, except on Wednesdays and Fridays, when I return around 6-6:30 PM. On weekends, I have flexible availability! I live in an apartment, but it has a lot of open space, and I live close to parks such as South Park and North Park. I have a sweet girl cat who loves all living creatures. I can easily crate any pet who needs to be crated, and I have plenty of forms of enrichment! If in your home I of course will only go into areas you tell me, and will make sure your space is as nice as you left it :) I will also make sure to be careful with doors if needed if there is a chronic escape artist.
About: I have taken care of pets since I was 13 and house sat since I was 15!! I was also a kennel tech for a year! This included giving medication, bathing, feeding, and just plain old watching the pets! I know CPR for our fury friends too! About: I am the perfect boarding option if you're looking to get away. I’m currently working a hybrid arrangement so I am home Mondays and Fridays. We’re typically here most weekends but do go out of town every now and then, so just keep an eye on my calendar and I will do my best to keep it updated. We treat your dog(s) like our own. They’re allowed on our furniture and can sleep in it beds if that’s what they’re used to. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your pet is being treated with the same care and attention I'd give my own. I work a remote job which means I have flexibility to take care of your pet(s) throughout the day, and of course flexibility in the evenings and weekends. I am highly active and take advantage of getting steps in, and what better way to do that than with a furry friend (or two)! I currently do not offer in-home care at this time due to limited space. However, I am available to visit your home for check-ins and walks.
About: I have taken care of my family's own dogs and neighbors' dogs since I was 14. I have experience training obedience and I raised and trained my own puppy at 17. I have experience with various training methods including R+, and I have extensive experience with high energy dogs. I have a flexible schedule, so I can be there to take care of animals while you are at work or on vacation multiple times a day. All pets are beloved companions and will be cared for as my own pets. About: My family has had dogs, cats and fish my whole life. I often watch them when my parents are out of town and I have dog and cat sat for family & friends for years. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. I can give any medication and tend to any routine or care they need. I currently have Tuesdays, Saturday, and Sundays off! That’s leaves so much time for me to care for your fur babies! About: I have had dogs my entire life and seriously don't know a life without them. I have two stubborn, little dachshunds who think they're in charge most of the time. They also have two human sisters who they are very overprotective of (they’re 8 years old and 1 year old). My oldest dachshund had surgery for IVDD a few years ago so I am familiar with administering oral medication and providing needed crate rest. I have experience in taking care of puppies all the way up to the more cranky and older dogs. My husband and I work opposite schedules so there will always be someone home with your pup. I'm responsible, reliable, and I promise to treat your fur babies as if they were my own! For boarding, the amount of time your dog is left alone will be very minimal since my husband and I work opposite schedules. I have my dogs to take care of too so I’m used to caring for pets. For drop in visits, I can only do so before 7:30am and after 5pm, unless it’s a weekend. My availability can vary on weekends so just reach out and I’ll see if I can help! I have a fenced in yard for your pets to play in and go potty. I’m also able to crate them if necessary. I will feed your pets separately from mine so there are no altercations.

I am available all day Tuesday and Thursday as well as Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings. I definitely prefer walking your pups in morning or evenings to avoid the hot pavement. I do not offer dog sitting. For dog walking I am familiar and comfortable with walking high energy or reactive dogs as long as that is communicated. I also know the signs of heat stroke, aggression, and bloat due to my time working in a doggy daycare. If you choose to trust me to car for your pet, their safety will always be my top priority.
