I am a full time college student and work a part time job as a server. Most of my availability is in the mornings on weekdays and weekends as needed. About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 years old and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with both dogs and cats, and I currently have four dogs of my own, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals. I work at a dog daycare in Lawrence, where I care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. I supervise playgroups, feed dogs, give medications when needed, and make sure they’re safe and having a good time. Working there has given me experience with all kinds of dogs and taught me how important it is to pay attention to each pet’s individual needs. I’m also experienced with cats and am happy to care for both friendly, outgoing cats and the more shy, independent ones. I recently graduated from high school and will be starting my pre-veterinary studies at JCCC this fall. My dream is to become a veterinarian! My boyfriend, Cameron, is 20 and helps me with pet sitting. He loves animals just as much as I do and has plenty of experience with them. He helped train our German Shepherd from puppyhood and grew up with several cats, so he’s comfortable caring for both dogs and cats. I just like to let everyone know that Cameron may accompany me on visits or overnight stays. We both genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, and we’ll make sure your pets are loved and well cared for while you’re away. I work Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but I’m available before work, during my breaks, and after work. So I am able to check your pets every 4-5 hours. I also have full availability on weekends and Mondays. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule, and I do my best to be flexible to meet your pet’s needs. When I’m caring for your pet in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress free as possible. Whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, medications, or plenty of cuddles, I’ll make sure they get the attention and care they deserve. About: I grew up on a farm taking care of a wide variety of animals, and now have a husky of my own who is part of my family. We love taking walks, hikes, and exploring the sniff spots at the park, so I understand how important exercise, enrichment, and routine are for pets. I also have experience volunteering in animal husbandry for a wildlife rehab center, so this is truly a passion and lifestyle for me. Pets are our family. Whether your dog loves long adventures, leisurely walks, or simply relaxing at home, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. I work a remote job which means I have flexibility to take care of your pet(s) throughout the day, and of course flexibility in the evenings and weekends. I currently do not offer in-home care at this time due to limited space. However, I am available to visit your home for check-ins and walks.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals for years! I have lots of experience with different breeds and many different types of caregiving. Some of my experience includes watching two very active pit bull mix siblings. I would check in on the dogs 4+ times per day, take each one on a 2+ mile walk every day, and spend at least 1-2 hours of sit down time so they weren’t lonely. I watched those lovely dogs for 2-3 weeks at a time for numerous years! My most recent experience was taking care of Two english pointers, a rottweiler, and smaller mutt dog for 3 nights! Each dog had a separate feeding space and interactive form of eating. I made sure to follow their owners specific instructions and give the dogs lots of walks, outside time, and sit down time for 5+ hours a day! As well as the dogs I took care of two goats at that home as well! I am very capable of walking and pet sitting many different dogs. I have experience with smaller dogs like Mini poodles, to high energy large dogs like weimaraners. I will do my best to give your animals the love and care they deserve. I will make sure that they are healthy, safe, and most importantly happy! I pet sit in STL over the summer and Lawrence KS from August-May Between May-August I work part time at the Sunset Country club. Even with my work I should and will be able to schedule and give your pets the best of care that includes at least 3 or more check ins per day and walks twice or more a day, depending on their needs and your request. I do not work Mondays, which makes me more free! From August-May I am a full time student with a lot of free time to walk pets, stop in, watch them, and more! I care for pets to the best of my ability and give them the most love and care I am capable of! Between my two households, I have 2 dogs and recently one that passed. I take care of my pets and others pets to the best of my ability and want to ensure that your pets are cared for and you trust and are confident that they are healthy, safe, and most importantly, happy! About: I currently live and work remotely in Lawrence, Kansas, near Clinton Lake, which allows me to provide attentive and dependable care throughout the day. I have extensive experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, and I’m committed to treating every animal as if it were my own. While attending the University of Kansas, I volunteered for nearly two years at my local Humane Society, gaining valuable hands-on experience caring for dogs. Since I work from home I'll have plenty of time to be attentive towards your pet(s). With flexible hours and being an active person, I will make sure your dog(s) have a safe & happy stay. If you have an active dog(s) to stay with me here in Lawrence, we can do activities at the dog park (on-site) or even places like Clinton Lake and Mutt Run which is nearby too.

About: We have both cared for pets our entire life times and have experience pet sitting for friends and neighbors dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages. We like to go to the park in nice weather and go on walks at least once per day. Puppies in our house can have their own space, or can bond with our two huskies. We can follow your dogs regular routine, and provide them with the love and comfort they need. We can crate, or they can roam our “dog proof” house freely. Dogs are allowed on furniture, and we are known to let snuggles jump up into our bed. We have a tiled living room and wood floor kitchen where we spend most of our time, but we have several little rugs for comfort. We will happily accommodate your puppy’s favorite comfort items. We are both working full time regularly so potty breaks will be outside of a 9-5 work schedule outside of holidays. We do keep cameras in the house to keep an eye on everyone while at work. We have a snuggles only way of handling behavioral issues. We find that most issues are due to a human not understanding a pet’s communication style. We try to keep your pets schedule and make them feel at home.

I am currently at home for the summer from college and pet care fits easily into my routine, allowing me to provide consistent attention, exercise, feeding, and companionship throughout the day! About: I have had dogs in my life for more than 25 years. I have adopted and fostered a variety of pets, including a couple with trauma in their past. All of our experiences have been positive and we have forged great bonds. I have been through dog training and have experience with administering medications. We have a roomy home and a nice backyard for play etc. Our household is low key and we are very flexible. I am happy yo come to your home as well, I understand that can be more comfortable for your pets. I have experience working with pets that are not my own, you can be confident that I have seen it all, nothing upsets me! I work a part time job, and also have a home-based business, with lots of flexibility in my schedule. My husband is retired, he is my backup so coverage is not an issue. In your home, I follow the guidelines you establish. If something unexpected comes up, I get in touch with you or use my discretion (depending on urgency and situation). Since I have raised my own children, owned multiple dogs, have worked in Elder Care, and now work as a Nanny, handling crazy things and responding to true emergencies is part of my skill set. In my own home, we have a relaxed routine, and we have time to spend with our doggie guests. We have created a calming environment to help manage any separate anxiety or stress. (We do not currently have our own pets, sadly)

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old and started caring for them at a young age. Now I even have my own dog who isn’t always super calm so I understand how to help anxious pups as well as how to give them their medications! I’ve also been pet sitting for quite some time whenever a coworker or friend needs someone for the weekend! I just work part time so I’m really flexible and available to spend time with your pups! I just ask that expectations are made clear for time at the beginning! I am used to having a fenced in area but I’m also more than happy to walk your dog on a leash if that’s what they need for exercise!

All that experience has helped me become really good at providing reliable and loving care for both pets and their people. I’m really good at going with the flow and can easily change my schedule to fit what a pet needs. I always do exactly what my clients ask me to do, whether it’s about feeding their pet on time, giving them medicine, or teaching them good behavior. About: I have a lot of experience taking care of neighborhood pets, during neighbors vacations, etc. I enjoyed it! I've taken care of dogs, cats, a bearded dragon, and rabbits. I'm currently avalable any day of the week, day or evening. (except Sunday morning). Currently looking for full time employment and will verify when i'm avalible. I calmly approach them and give them some affection (giving them belly rubs, petting them, etc) . I am always careful about their safety, by using a leash, or making sure their inside enviroment is secured. I will feed and water pets according to client instructions. I enjoy spending quality time with the pets I care for, by sitting with them, playing ball or throwing a toy for fetch.

About: I have had a dog around ever since I was born. I have always taken care of large dogs, but also have taken care of my neighbor and friends small dogs many times. I am a college student who is looking for all of the work I can get! I currently work part time and have always had a dog throughout my entire life. I love getting to take care and play with dogs. I will follow your pets usual routine as closely as possible along with any special medications or special care that they may need. About: I have been working for a dog boarding and daycare facility for about 2 years now. I have learned lots about dog behavior and how to interact with lots of different personalities- and I am still learning every day! I have experience in administering medications and would love to meet your pup! I currently work full-time caring for pets at a daycare facility, typically working either 6-1 or 1-7 Tuesday through Saturday. Fully available on Sunday and Monday! I have my own pup who is fixed and very friendly! I can bring him along if you want your dog to have any socialization or burn extra energy, but I am also more than happy to focus on your pet!
