About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 and I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and cats, and I currently have four dogs and one cat of my own, so I’ve always been around animals. I work at a dog daycare in Lawrence, where I get to work with all kinds of dogs. I help with playgroups, feeding, medications, and making sure everyone is safe and doing well. I’m also comfortable with cats, including cats that are a little shy or like to keep to themselves. I recently graduated high school and just started at JCCC. I’m taking my prerequisites there and hopefully will eventually transfer to K-State and continue working toward my goal of becoming a veterinarian! My boyfriend, Cameron, is 20 and helps me with pet sitting. He loves animals too and has a lot of experience with them. He helped train our German Shepherd from a puppy and grew up with several cats, so he’s comfortable around both dogs and cats. I just like to let everyone know that Cameron may come with me for visits or overnight stays. We both really enjoy being around animals and will take great care of your pets while you’re away! I work Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but I’m available before work, during my breaks, and after work. So I am able to check your pets every 4-5 hours. I also have full availability on weekends and Mondays. I do my best to be flexible to meet your pet’s needs !! When I’m caring for your pet in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress free as possible. Whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, medications, or plenty of cuddles, I’ll make sure they get the attention and care they deserve. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I treat every animal as if they were my own! I’d love the chance to meet you and your pets! About: We have both cared for pets our entire life times and have experience pet sitting for friends and neighbors dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages. We like to go to the park in nice weather and go on walks at least once per day. Puppies in our house can have their own space, or can bond with our two huskies. We can follow your dogs regular routine, and provide them with the love and comfort they need. We can crate, or they can roam our “dog proof” house freely. Dogs are allowed on furniture, and we are known to let snuggles jump up into our bed. We have a tiled living room and wood floor kitchen where we spend most of our time, but we have several little rugs for comfort. We will happily accommodate your puppy’s favorite comfort items. We are both working full time regularly so potty breaks will be outside of a 9-5 work schedule outside of holidays. We do keep cameras in the house to keep an eye on everyone while at work. We have a snuggles only way of handling behavioral issues. We find that most issues are due to a human not understanding a pet’s communication style. We try to keep your pets schedule and make them feel at home.

About: I have extensive experience caring for animals, as I’ve had pets in my home since I was a baby. Growing up around pets taught me responsibility at a young age, including feeding, grooming, cleaning, and making sure animals feel safe and comfortable. Over the years, I’ve cared for a variety of pets and have become very attentive to their needs, behaviors, and routines. About: I’ve had pets my whole life (I’m 60) except for the last 7 years. I love loving on sweet animals. I’ve had dogs and cats, puppies and kittens, big dogs and little dogs. Love them all! I work full time but can work remotely, if necessary. Otherwise, I’m home most of the time. I have a fenced backyard that is small. My home is a single story. I could also pet sit in the pets own home so they are familiar with their surroundings. My yard is fenced and I don’t currently have any pets living in the home. Your pet would get all of my attention. I’m easy going and patient and adaptable to your pet’s needs.

About: My sister runs kennels of all types of animals, i’ve gained so many experiences from her to bring proper care to your (fur) children ! i currently work part time as a barista, and i love animals so much so why not fit them into all of my free time! i have a big fenced yard that we keep clean, i have big pet beds and 3 different watering stations at my house. I am very good at reading animal language and have a certain knack for taking care of animals!

About: I currently live and work remotely in Lawrence, Kansas, near Clinton Lake, which allows me to provide attentive and dependable care throughout the day. I have extensive experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, and I’m committed to treating every animal as if it were my own. While attending the University of Kansas, I volunteered for nearly two years at my local Humane Society, gaining valuable hands-on experience caring for dogs. Since I work from home I'll have plenty of time to be attentive towards your pet(s). With flexible hours and being an active person, I will make sure your dog(s) have a safe & happy stay. If you have an active dog(s) to stay with me here in Lawrence, we can do activities at the dog park (on-site) or even places like Clinton Lake and Mutt Run which is nearby too.

About: Hi I’m Lillian! I have always loved caring for animals since I was a young child. My family and I have owned and lovingly care for 3 dogs, 4 cats, and a horse. I have 6 years of experience working as a certified veterinarian assistant and kennel technician. I am currently working full time at Pleasant Valley Vet Clinic as a veterinary assistant. As an employee, I have been responsible for walking dogs, cleaning kennels, feeding animals, setting up, assisting, and cleaning up after appointments and surgeries, bathing animals, trimming their nails, ear care, and de-worming! I pride myself in being punctual, professional, compassionate, and highly responsible. I would love the opportunity to walk your dogs or house-sit for your pets as well. I currently work 4 days a week as a veterinary assistant, but have 1 hour lunch breaks to come let out your furry family member! I am very available outside of work. We currently have many pets in our own home, however I am more than willing to come to your home in order to care for your pets. I am available to take them for walks, feed them and care for them, doing whatever I need so that your pet is comfortable while you are away. I am available to stay the night at your home, or just come over throughout the day as needed. I will even give you’re pooch a spa day if requested!

About: I’ve been taking care of animals my entire life. They are my passion. I have watched family and friends pets from all ages and species. Im currently a full time college student at the University of Kansas. I love spending my free time taking care of animals. I have 2 animals back at home. Compassionate care and enrichment is my specialty - exploring sniff spots, play time, having a calm demeanor, and understanding animal behavior is essential to ensure they are happy and healthy! I have logged over 500+ hours as a wildlife rehabber, which includes caring for a variety of animals with different needs and diets, administering medication, and even tube feeding the young so they can eventually be placed back into their natural habitat. Originally from Topeka, I've volunteered extensively at Helping Hands Humane Society and now at the Lawrence Humane Society, spending time in the cat and dog socialization areas. Pets are our family. Whether your dog loves long adventures, leisurely walks, or simply relaxing at home, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your pet is being treated with the same care and attention I'd give my own. I work a remote job which means I have flexibility to take care of your pet(s) throughout the day, and of course flexibility in the evenings and weekends. I am highly active and take advantage of getting steps in, and what better way to do that than with a furry friend (or two)! I currently do not offer in-home care at this time due to limited space. However, I am available to visit your home for check-ins and walks.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old and started caring for them at a young age. Now I even have my own dog who isn’t always super calm so I understand how to help anxious pups as well as how to give them their medications! I’ve also been pet sitting for quite some time whenever a coworker or friend needs someone for the weekend! I just work part time so I’m really flexible and available to spend time with your pups! I just ask that expectations are made clear for time at the beginning! I am used to having a fenced in area but I’m also more than happy to walk your dog on a leash if that’s what they need for exercise!

About: I have a lot of experience taking care of neighborhood pets, during neighbors vacations, etc. I enjoyed it! I've taken care of dogs, cats, a bearded dragon, and rabbits. I'm currently avalable any day of the week, day or evening. (except Sunday morning). Currently looking for full time employment and will verify when i'm avalible. I calmly approach them and give them some affection (giving them belly rubs, petting them, etc) . I am always careful about their safety, by using a leash, or making sure their inside enviroment is secured. I will feed and water pets according to client instructions. I enjoy spending quality time with the pets I care for, by sitting with them, playing ball or throwing a toy for fetch.
