About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 and have been around animals my whole life. I’ve had both dogs and cats growing up, and I currently have four dogs of my own, so I’m very used to different personalities and routines. I work at a local dog daycare in Lawrence where I handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I have a lot of hands on experience with feeding, supervising play, and giving medications. I’m comfortable with pretty much any type of dog high energy, shy, older dogs, or ones that need a little extra care. I’m also a huge cat person and have plenty of experience caring for cats too! I know every cat is different, and I’m patient with both social cats and the more shy or independent ones. I graduated high school and I’m going to JCCC this fall, planning to go into pre-vet. I really enjoy working with animals and want to keep doing it long term!! My boyfriend (Cameron as pictured does come along with me sometimes if you’re not comfortable with that please lmk and I can come alone! your welcome to meet us both! I’ll make sure your pets are well taken care of and treated like my own while you’re away! I currently work Tuesday–Friday, so I’m fully available on weekends and Mondays. On workdays, I’m available for care after 6pm plus I can check your pet before work + on my breaks! . Pet care fits easily into my routine, and I’m happy to be flexible when needed! when I’m in a client’s home I just try to keep everything as normal as possible for the pet. I follow their usual routine, feeding schedule, walks, and whatever else they need. I give them lots of attention and make sure they’re comfortable while you’re gone. I’m also used to giving meds if needed. I treat their home with respect and their pets like my own.

About: I’ve had cats in my life since I was born - never going a day without a pet in my life. I got my first dog when I was 12 - a chocolate lab, and I fell in love with dogs immediately. It’s hard to explain the love and connections that I feel with animals, but dogs and cats hold an especially large part of my heart. Looking to make pet-care my full time gig. I can’t think of a better way to spend my days than taking care of, and meeting new furry friends. I am available mornings, afternoons and evenings almost every day! I am happy to come by your home to hang out with your fur baby, feed them, water them, play with them, probably give them snuggles and kisses too if they let me!

About: I've been lucky enough to take care of homes and pets in lots of different places, like California, Oregon, and even other countries. All that experience has helped me become really good at providing reliable and loving care for both pets and their people. About: I have always been known to my parents friends and neighbors and the person to call if you need help watching your animal. I’ve been pet sitting dogs specifically for just over 4 years but before that I watched everything from cats, to fish, and hamsters. I’ve dealt with numerous dogs suffering from seizures along with many recovering from surgery’s so I know how to handle almost everything. I’m currently a college student. I have some Morning commitments however I can be home with your pet for most of the day, or stop by at any point during the day to walk or let them out. I have an english golden retriever myself so there is another dog within my house, however he’s very friendly with other dogs. We don’t use a crate in our house and the dogs are allowed on the furniture but I’m happy to follow whatever you prefer for your own animal.

About: I have worked with and had animals my entire life. From reptiles to cats and dogs I have worked with many different kinds of animals old and young. I adore training puppies and have had a lot of experience with senior dogs, dogs with incontinence, and other health issues. Your pets safety and well being is of upmost importance to me. My current work schedule is 6am-2pm Mon-Fri with a short break around 9am where I have time to run home and let my dog out. Your pets safety and well being is my main priority. I try to stick to a strict schedule of feeding times and walkies. I have a spacious home with a fenced in back yard. I have a kennel that can be put up for any pups that require a kennel as well as a spare room that can be a safe space for any animal that doesn’t care to socialize with the rest of my animals.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life (I’m 60) except for the last 7 years. I love loving on sweet animals. I’ve had dogs and cats, puppies and kittens, big dogs and little dogs. Love them all! I work full time but can work remotely, if necessary. Otherwise, I’m home most of the time. I have a fenced backyard that is small. My home is a single story. I could also pet sit in the pets own home so they are familiar with their surroundings. My yard is fenced and I don’t currently have any pets living in the home. Your pet would get all of my attention. I’m easy going and patient and adaptable to your pet’s needs.

Having the medical background I do, watching elderly/ health conscious pets is something I love doing! I’m familiar with nearly every specific medical treatment from mega esophagus, to cushings, to diabetes and more! Not to mention, if anything in the event goes wrong or something health wise happens to your pet. I have 24hr 365 days a year access to an animal hospital & many er veterinarians.

About: I am a nanny 3 days a week. Other than that, I am home all day everyday, I have tons of open availability to give your pets the love they deserve! I have been watching dogs from a very young age ! My sisters dad owns a dog training company so I was raised around dogs! I work Mondays from 7-4, Thursdays 11-7 but won’t be working Thursdays started in August. Fridays I work 7-4. I am home around those hours and have fully open availability! I have a giant fenced in backyard! Friendly neighbors with friendly pets and a safe and friendly neighborhood to walk the dogs in! I have 4 roomates as well so there is always someone home!

About: I have been around dogs for my entire life and am familiar with both the ups and downs of pet care. My family and I have fostered dogs frequently so I have experience with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I love being around dogs, playing with them, and making sure that they are well-loved. I am currently a student at the University 5 days a week but I enjoy caring for animals in between classes and love to spend time with them as I do homework and assignments. I am able to stay overnight if needed. I am familiar with using crates as well as shock collars to correct behavior. I am also familiar with harnesses and safely walking them on the leash.

About: I've had dogs my entirely life and I can confidently say they are my favorite animal. Throughout my life I have been heavily involved with different types of animal care, such as volunteering at the humane society and pet sitting for friends and family. I have experience taking care of dogs with various illnesses, and I have also cared for and had puppies. My favorite part about pet care is being able to spend time with and bond with a variety of animals and make them feel as safe and secure as possible while their owners are away. I currently work remotely with other occasional gig jobs, so being stuck at a 9-5 will not get in the way of any pet care services. Meeting your pets where they are is very important to me. Whether they have had a bunch of sitters, or I am their first one, I will make sure to make them as happy and comfortable as I can. Enrichment for animals Is something I view as a high priority, so making time for plenty of walks and play will be a large focus of mine. On top of that, I would love to have housesitting be an opportunity to bond with your animals. As I do not currently have any pets, I really cherish any time I can spend with them and will ensure they are as loved as can be !

About: I have taken care of dogs within my family, friends of the family. I take daily walks with all 3 of mine each day, make sure to keep track of their health. I enjoy taking dogs places like the park, I have realized a dogs best therapy is being outdoors where they truly can be themselves. I am currently a student at the University of Kansas and summer is here. It will definitely fit into my schedule now since I have a lot more availability and flexibility. I make sure that they are on a schedule, fed certain times a day, with certain measurements, make sure that they have what they need at all times. Whether that be taking them for a walk, having a good belly rub, or even getting them their favorite treat!
