While attending the University of Kansas, I volunteered for nearly two years at my local Humane Society, gaining valuable hands-on experience caring for dogs. About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 years old and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with both dogs and cats, and I currently have four dogs of my own, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals. I work at a dog daycare in Lawrence, where I care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. I supervise playgroups, feed dogs, give medications when needed, and make sure they’re safe and having a good time. Working there has given me experience with all kinds of dogs and taught me how important it is to pay attention to each pet’s individual needs. I’m also experienced with cats and am happy to care for both friendly, outgoing cats and the more shy, independent ones. I recently graduated from high school and will be starting my pre-veterinary studies at JCCC this fall. My dream is to become a veterinarian! My boyfriend, Cameron, is 20 and helps me with pet sitting. He loves animals just as much as I do and has plenty of experience with them. He helped train our German Shepherd from puppyhood and grew up with several cats, so he’s comfortable caring for both dogs and cats. I just like to let everyone know that Cameron may accompany me on visits or overnight stays. We both genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, and we’ll make sure your pets are loved and well cared for while you’re away. I work Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but I’m available before work, during my breaks, and after work. So I am able to check your pets every 4-5 hours. I also have full availability on weekends and Mondays. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule, and I do my best to be flexible to meet your pet’s needs. When I’m caring for your pet in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress free as possible. About: I have a lot of experience taking care of neighborhood pets, during neighbors vacations, etc. I enjoyed it! I've taken care of dogs, cats, a bearded dragon, and rabbits. I'm currently avalable any day of the week, day or evening. (except Sunday morning). Currently looking for full time employment and will verify when i'm avalible. I calmly approach them and give them some affection (giving them belly rubs, petting them, etc) . I am always careful about their safety, by using a leash, or making sure their inside enviroment is secured. I will feed and water pets according to client instructions. About: I have been working for a dog boarding and daycare facility for about a year and a half now! I have learned lots about dog behavior and how to interact with lots of different personalities- and I am still learning every day! I have experience in administering medications and would love to meet your pup! I currently work full-time caring for pets at a daycare facility, typically working either 6-1 or 1-7 Tuesday through Saturday. Fully available on Sunday and Monday! I have my own pup who is fixed and very friendly! I can bring him along if you want your dog to have any socialization or burn extra energy, but I am also more than happy to focus on your pet!

About: In my day job I am a home health/ Hospice assistant so I not only have experience taking care of people I also take care of people's fur babies when they are unable to. I also grew up with dogs so there is not a day that goes by in 25 years I have not taken care of a furry friend I currently work monday through friday 730am to 330 pm so afternoons and weekends are when I am most avaliable, and over nights as needed. I have vast knowledge of walking safety, leash control/safety, environmental triggers, and the importance of hydration and rest. About: I’ve been taking care of animals for years! I have lots of experience with different breeds and many different types of caregiving. Some of my experience includes watching two very active pit bull mix siblings. I would check in on the dogs 4+ times per day, take each one on a 2+ mile walk every day, and spend at least 1-2 hours of sit down time so they weren’t lonely. I watched those lovely dogs for 2-3 weeks at a time for numerous years! My most recent experience was taking care of Two english pointers, a rottweiler, and smaller mutt dog for 3 nights! Each dog had a separate feeding space and interactive form of eating. I made sure to follow their owners specific instructions and give the dogs lots of walks, outside time, and sit down time for 5+ hours a day! As well as the dogs I took care of two goats at that home as well! I am very capable of walking and pet sitting many different dogs. I have experience with smaller dogs like Mini poodles, to high energy large dogs like weimaraners. I will do my best to give your animals the love and care they deserve. I will make sure that they are healthy, safe, and most importantly happy! I pet sit in STL over the summer and Lawrence KS from August-May Between May-August I work part time at the Sunset Country club. Even with my work I should and will be able to schedule and give your pets the best of care that includes at least 3 or more check ins per day and walks twice or more a day, depending on their needs and your request. I do not work Mondays, which makes me more free! From August-May I am a full time student with a lot of free time to walk pets, stop in, watch them, and more! I care for pets to the best of my ability and give them the most love and care I am capable of! Between my two households, I have 2 dogs and recently one that passed. I take care of my pets and others pets to the best of my ability and want to ensure that your pets are cared for and you trust and are confident that they are healthy, safe, and most importantly, happy! About: I have had dogs in my life for more than 25 years. I have adopted and fostered a variety of pets, including a couple with trauma in their past. All of our experiences have been positive and we have forged great bonds. I have been through dog training and have experience with administering medications. We have a roomy home and a nice backyard for play etc. Our household is low key and we are very flexible. I am happy yo come to your home as well, I understand that can be more comfortable for your pets. I have experience working with pets that are not my own, you can be confident that I have seen it all, nothing upsets me! I work a part time job, and also have a home-based business, with lots of flexibility in my schedule. My husband is retired, he is my backup so coverage is not an issue. In your home, I follow the guidelines you establish. If something unexpected comes up, I get in touch with you or use my discretion (depending on urgency and situation). Since I have raised my own children, owned multiple dogs, have worked in Elder Care, and now work as a Nanny, handling crazy things and responding to true emergencies is part of my skill set. In my own home, we have a relaxed routine, and we have time to spend with our doggie guests. We have created a calming environment to help manage any separate anxiety or stress. (We do not currently have our own pets, sadly)

About: I have always been known to my parents friends and neighbors and the person to call if you need help watching your animal. I’ve been pet sitting dogs specifically for just over 4 years but before that I watched everything from cats, to fish, and hamsters. I’ve dealt with numerous dogs suffering from seizures along with many recovering from surgery’s so I know how to handle almost everything. I’m currently a college student. I have some Morning commitments however I can be home with your pet for most of the day, or stop by at any point during the day to walk or let them out. I have an english golden retriever myself so there is another dog within my house, however he’s very friendly with other dogs. We don’t use a crate in our house and the dogs are allowed on the furniture but I’m happy to follow whatever you prefer for your own animal.
