Terra was so flexible when we had to make some last minute changes to her care schedule due to our kitty, Nickel, coming down with a UTI the morning we were leaving for vacation. Terra proceeded to take such great care of Nickel. She kept us regularly updated about how Nickel was doing, and sent pictures, which were so comforting to see. Nickel was not so sure about taking his meds from a new person, but Terra did a great job working with him and trying different strategies to help him. About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 years old and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with both dogs and cats and currently have four dogs of my own, so caring for pets has always been a huge part of my life. I currently work at a dog daycare in Lawrence, where I care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. My job includes supervising playgroups, feeding, giving medications, monitoring behavior, and making sure every dog is safe and happy. Working with so many different dogs has taught me how important it is to treat every pet as an individual. I’m also very comfortable caring for cats. Whether your cat is outgoing and social or prefers their own space. I recently graduated high school and will be attending JCCC this fall to start my pre veterinary studies. My goal is to become a veterinarian! My boyfriend, Cameron, is 20 years old and helps me with pet sitting. He absolutely loves animals and has a lot of experience with them. He helped train our German Shepherd from the time he was a puppy and did an amazing job with him. He also grew up with several cats, so he’s very comfortable around both dogs and cats. I just like to be upfront that he may accompany me on visits or overnight stays. We’re both huge animal lovers and enjoy spending time with pets! I work Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but I’m available before work, during my breaks, and after work. I also have full availability on weekends and Mondays. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule, and I do my best to be flexible to meet your pet’s needs. When I’m caring for your pet in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. About: I have taken care of pets since I was 13 and house sat since I was 15!! I was also a kennel tech for a year! This included giving medication, bathing, feeding, and just plain old watching the pets! I know CPR for our fury friends too! I have two dogs of my own as well as four cats so I am completely comfortable with a variety. I am a college student working on my masters online while working another job as well. My schedule is pretty straight forward for me so pet care will fit well as long as I keep my calendar balanced. I am comfortable house sitting for both dogs and cats. I am more than capable of crating or letting pets out to potty. I usually keep treats on me anytime I care for a furry friend. When I walk animals, I usually go for 30 minutes to an hour so that they get the excercise needed. I also have bags for when they do their business on a walk.

About: I grew up with four dogs, and love how playful dogs can be. I love taking my dogs for walks and playing keep away with their toys. I am currently off of law school for the summer, so I am pretty available and flexible. I teach dance in the evenings, but have time to still check in on animals! I can take your dogs out, scoop cat's litter boxes, feed animals, take them for walks, play with them, give meds, whatever you need! I have lots of pet sitting experience and understand being a pet parent.

“I don’t have the most user friendly dog. She is scared of strangers and slow to warm. She is a boxer pit and can be intimidating. I am always nervous about her with strangers. She was rescued from a bad bad situation and has come so far from when we got her. Amelia was amazingly patient and genuine with her. She sent me a picture and Annie looked so relaxed with her! I am definitely rebooking with them because they are so great with my big little scaredy-cat dog!”

They came out of their hiding spots during the meet & greet, and my shy older cat was rolling over and showing her belly on the first drop-in visit (which almost NEVER happens). She played with them, loved on them, and treated them like her own pets. She was so proactive in communication, and I so appreciated how many photos she took. She is a tried and true cat whisperer, and after the first day, all of the nerve I had about leaving the cats melted away. I cannot recommend her enough! About: I have a lot of experience taking care of neighborhood pets, during neighbors vacations, etc. I enjoyed it! I've taken care of dogs, cats, a bearded dragon, and rabbits. I'm currently avalable any day of the week, day or evening. (except Sunday morning). Currently looking for full time employment and will verify when i'm avalible. I calmly approach them and give them some affection (giving them belly rubs, petting them, etc) . I am always careful about their safety, by using a leash, or making sure their inside enviroment is secured. I will feed and water pets according to client instructions. I enjoy spending quality time with the pets I care for, by sitting with them, playing ball or throwing a toy for fetch.

About: I have been caring for a variety of animals for as long as I can remember, from dogs and cats to lizards and snakes. My family neighbors and friends have trusted me with their pets and homes for a very long time. I have done a lot of tasks like walking training cleaning and of course playing I care for my own dog on a daily basis, and I will be happy to do jobs at anytime between my other job and other activities. I will play with your pets and can take them for walks and potty breaks. I will also stay with them overnight if need be.

About: I have over 8 years of experience caring for pets through apps such as Wag and Sittercity, as well as clients through recommendations. I have experience administering oral and surface medications. I do work full time but I live where I work so it is easy to step out of my office and come to my home and relieve pets. I can also work from home if need be to spend extra time with your pet. My weekend availability will always be open as I only work Monday through Friday. My apartment is very spacious. They would have access to only the living room if I am away but all other spaces when I am home. I have space for a crate if you prefer to have that in the space. Within your home, I am completely respectful and adjust to the rules already set forth in the home as I am just a visitor.
