“I had an emergency trip to overseas to visit my dad that was in hospital. It was a very stressful situation that needed quick arrangements. I checked many many profiles in Rover to finally choose Mo G. Who I believed matched my needs for my 2 babies. And O.My.God!!! What a luck and honor to find her ! First of all, I told her I cook for my babies and mix with their dog food but I’m not at all expecting her to do that. She can just feed them their dog food for the 3 wks their with her! Guess what??! She cooked for them and per daily videos and pics i got several times a day, they LOVED the food! Also. I told her my dogs are not using crates or kennels and they sleep with me on my bed. I’m not expecting her to keep them in bed, but just let them sleep on the floor, and not in the crate. Again, they had the most loving time sleeping with her or her family members (kids, spouse,..) . Each Video of them would bring me joy tears of how much fun and love they have in her house! I even told her I probably need to bribe them to come back home since they have such a blessed and luxurious life there LOL. The attention, love, happiness, Fun and care my dogs experienced there was beyond my expectations. When you have to leave to an emergency situation that worries you to the roof, knowing that your loving babies are in a caring responsible warm hands that would cut one less to worry about is absolutely PRICELESS! And she did all that. Plus she was extremely flexible and cooperative regarding my dogs drop off and pick up schedules. At the time of pick up She even gave me a full loaf of fresh chicken that she found out my dogs loved for free! If I could give her a 100 stars for her review, that would not still be enough! My babies now for sure have second mama that they would love to go to when needed! Thank you Mo ! You have no idea what you did for me and my dogs, and how much I appreciate you and your family. About: I grew up taking care of dogs and cats. My family always had either a dog or cats or both. I’ve always loved taking care of them and loving on them. I work from home on weekdays so I’m always around, and my husband is home at night and on weekends. Our home is dog friendly and revolves around our dog, Millie. There are dog toys in every room, treats in the cupboards, and all furniture is dog approved and appreciated. I’m self employed and I work from home, so I’m able to give your pets lots of attention and care. They will get plenty of potty breaks, time outside, and walks around the neighborhood and to the park. About: My family has had dogs, cats and fish my whole life. I often watch them when my parents are out of town and I have dog and cat sat for family & friends for years. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. I’m currently available 7 days/wk I work as a server in my pleasant so whoever I’m staying with ideally should be able to go 6-8hrs between potty breaks! About: I became a foster parent for GPSCA at the end of 2020 after adopting my bubbi with them during the summer. I took care of a mom and 3 puppies as my first assignment, all were adopted! <3 A few months after that, I fostered an older dog who had recently had surgery, who also got adopted after a couple of months with me. I love playing with dogs and getting to know all of their different personalities. My bubbi is an old man who loves to just snuggle and play catch with you. He's all about those TREATS too. Recently promoted to a hybrid job, 3 days in person, Mon-Weds. Unlike before where I was WFH. This would take me away for about 8-9 hours on those days. I know it can be scary for a pet to meet someone new. I like to make any dog I'm pet-sitting feel comfortable in its own environment. Whether that means I just sit there until they are comfy with me or abiding my their normal routine, I don't want them to feel out of place.

About: Ya know that child that has a heart for anything living? That child that wants to nurture even the wooly caterpillar or the slimy toad? Well, that was me and I’m still that child at heart today. If there was a stray within a 5 mile radius of my home, we’d find each other and become family. To this day, if I see an animal in need I cannot turn away. At the age of 11 I began sitting and walking my Aunt Linda’s Pekingese, Toyboy. Toy and Auntie taught me from a very young age the importance of keeping animals safe and respecting their personal boundaries as well. Animals ARE family members and should be treated as such. I’ve spent ample time as a volunteer in local rescue shelters, fostered adoptable dogs in my home and have always had at least two pets of my own consistently (the most at one time was six, and, honestly, it was a little slice of heaven to me). My personal experience as a pet mom has taught me many things. The good, the bad and the ugly. I’ve managed flight risks, diapered seniors, enforced the cone of shame, nursed wounds and stitches, cleaned up many a pet mess (from both ends) and administered medications. If a pet requires it, I’ve likely done it! One of the best and worst parts of being a pet mom is watching our babies grow older. As they age they change and need even more patience and love. There’s a special place in my heart for the older pets and I’m happy to patiently provide anything they need in your absence. A person is only as good as their word, and if you chose me to care for your babies, you’ll have my word that I will treat them as my own and give them the best of care and attention until your return. After retiring early from my career at 48 I’m finding I have more time on my hands than I can fill and I’d love to spend my extra time providing service to animals in need. Animals bring me a level of joy unsurpassed by any other activity I endeavor. Simply put, they make life worth living. They make me laugh, and laughing is truly the best medicine. I understand the importance of pet safety. I’ve had several personal pets that were lifetime “flight risks” (runners) so I know the importance of keeping a watchful eye on them every moment. Walking is a favorite past time and I’d enjoy the company of your fur babies. I’ll be happy to walk pets, check in on them throughout the day as needed, sit with them if they need more attention or administer necessary medications (I will not administer pills to cats). Having had several senior pets and a dog with cancer that I treated holistically for a year, has made me keenly familiar with senior and special needs pet care. About: I have had dogs my entire life and seriously don't know a life without them. I have two stubborn, little dachshunds who think they're in charge most of the time. They also have two human sisters who they are very overprotective of (they’re 8 years old and 1 year old). My oldest dachshund had surgery for IVDD a few years ago so I am familiar with administering oral medication and providing needed crate rest. I have experience in taking care of puppies all the way up to the more cranky and older dogs. My husband and I work opposite schedules so there will always be someone home with your pup. I'm responsible, reliable, and I promise to treat your fur babies as if they were my own! For boarding, the amount of time your dog is left alone will be very minimal since my husband and I work opposite schedules. I have my dogs to take care of too so I’m used to caring for pets. For drop in visits, I can only do so before 7:30am and after 5pm, unless it’s a weekend. My availability can vary on weekends so just reach out and I’ll see if I can help! I have a fenced in yard for your pets to play in and go potty. I’m also able to crate them if necessary. I will feed your pets separately from mine so there are no altercations.

About: I've been taking care of all kinds of babies since I was a little girl. From bottle feeding bunnies and kittens to reptiles and horses. I usually always have some kind of a rescue at my house whether it be a foster dog or a some off the wall duck someone brought to me. I take care of them all as they were my own. My true passion is training though! My father has always trained his bird dogs as well as others and I've just always enjoyed seeing what different breeds can do/pick up on. I work remote and part-time at that, so I have plenty of time to tend to your fur baby. I have a fairly open schedule so I can be pretty flexible to fit your needs! About: My family has had dogs, cats and fish my whole life. I often watch them when my parents are out of town and I have dog and cat sat for family & friends for years. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. About: I grew up on a farm and fell in love with animals by being constantly surrounded by them! I started doing Rover in July, 2024 and I am loving it! I am currently living in Gardner, KS and am a physical therapy student at KU medical center. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide your pets with the care that they deserve. About: I grew up taking care of dogs and cats. My family always had either a dog or cats or both. I’ve always loved taking care of them and loving on them. I work from home on weekdays so I’m always around, and my husband is home at night and on weekends. Our home is dog friendly and revolves around our dog, Millie.
