“I was out of town for 10 days I believe she did a great job with my dog except I came home my brand new coach bag was chewed up by the dog my dog cage was messed up the hinges are bent and twisted my furniture was scratched she put my plant outside and fried it 😢 I am not sure why she put my plant there its a house plant. I was very clear that the puppy should be caged and watched if not bc she is a chewer. I came back disappointed and now not only I have to replace a brand new bag and the dog cage and my planr. Im not sure what to say i don't understand happened she didnt let me know i just got home to discover it. I dont know what to do about the damaged stuff. She was especially wonderful because she came about 5 times to not only meet Agape but learn how to give her infusions, injections of fluids she needs for her kidney disease, which she gave Agape in my absence along with other medications. She was so gentle with Agape as well as playful. She was honest, communicated regularly with me about Agape...sent photos. And left my apartment spotless. She was terrific at communicating throughout the day, followed up with me before her visit to confirm details, and sent adorable photos where I could tell he was getting comfortable. She left our house clean and tidy and we will have no questions on who we are booking next time we go away!
Kristina took great care of our four high maintenance animals, including a dog with separation anxiety and back issues who can't be left alone without planning ahead. They all loved her and got plenty of play time and cuddles. She noticed one of our cats wasn't eating much at first while we were gone and went out of her way to make sure she ate and drank. She also provided the perfect number of updates and pictures, left our house as clean as it was when she got here, and stayed until we got back from our late flight home so that the dogs were calm when we got there. I highly recommend Kristina, especially when you need somebody who can do in person handoffs and stay with the animals most of the visit rather than popping in and out. She's kind, reliable, and very attentive to the needs of the pets.
Madeline did an OUTSTANDING job watching our 2 dogs ( A Collie & A Sheltie) in our home 24/7 for an entire week. No accidents on the floors & lots of great photos of the dogs sent to us each day ! The boys clearly loved their time with her & we will definitely book her again for our next summer vacation.She was also able to successfully administer pet medication & special dog food to one of our dogs in our absence. Lakshmi was an amazing Rover find, and I appreciated her every step of the way. She was willing to visit my home first and then welcomed me to her home so I could make sure I felt completely comfortable before booking. Throughout the stay, she sent frequent updates and photos of my dogs happily playing both inside her home and outside in her fenced-in backyard, including with her own big and little dogs—a setup very similar to mine. I never worried about whether they were safe, comfortable or having a good time. She even managed to teach my almost one-year-old standard poodle to stop constantly harassing his much smaller Pekingese brother to play! I came home to a noticeably more peaceful house, and Lakshmi gave me helpful tips for maintaining that progress. Her lovely home sits on a corner lot with a sizable yard where the dogs could get plenty of exercise. She also already had crates available, so I did not need to bring my own, and she provided pickup and drop-off, which made everything incredibly easy. I now refer to Lakshmi as my dogs’ honorary grandmother, and I am so grateful I found her. She clearly understands dogs, and I will absolutely book her again when I travel for work or pleasure. I highly recommend her!
