This is the second time I’ve used Lauren and so happy to be able to get her again. She treats your fur babies like they are her own. She stuck to my special instructions I had. She knows how to work with energetic or shy ones. She keeps in communication with pictures too. She was there with them all day and night which eased my mind. We have a very anxious little dog who can be quite a handful. She also takes medication. Charlie stayed at our house with her for 4 days and he said she did just great. She was happy and healthy when we got home and the house was spotless. We would highly recommend Charlie for dogsitting and really hope he'll do it for us again so we can travel a bit more.
