Vanessa was incredible and took great care of our nervous dog while we were away for 10 days. He is a recent rescue and very nervous with strangers, but she introduced herself to him with great care, understanding, and professionalism. Took phenomenal care of our three pups. Jessica paid close attention to them and even bathed them when they seemed especially itchy. She sent lots of pictures and was extremely communicative!
