About: Hey there! I’m a current student at UTSA with 5 years of experience in dog walking & pet sitting for friends and family. I have two dogs named Chaos and Riot (standard/pocket bully mix from the same litter!) and a blind cat named Francis (American Wirehair), so I’m pretty well versed in caring for both types of pets! I have also had many pets before them (some of which required medical care) so I have experience administering medication. Though I’m a full time student, I have plenty of breaks available in my day to check on your pet and make sure they get all the play time and love that they need! For check-ins or dog walking, I enter your home and greet your precious pets to ease any entry anxiety and check that their environment is safe and calm. I refill (and clean, if necessary) water bowls, and if requested, feed your pets the requested portions along with any oral medications. For cat drop-ins, I do a thorough daily scoop of the litter box and clean up any tracked litter. For pups, I immediately handle any accidents made during time unsupervised. Being well-versed in caring for both dogs and cats, in the many life stages, your pet will receive the best playtime (or chill time if that's their cup of tea!). As mentioned in my bio, I am an active runner, so if your pup loves to run, then we'd have a blast!
About: I grew up with a wide variety of pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and fish), have been pet-sitting an even wider variety (parakeets, turtles) since I was a teenager, and also trained service dogs for two different organizations in college. I am currently the go-to pet sitter for most of my friends and family because they know I will treat their pets like my own (i.e. happy and spoiled). --- I have experience with pets in all stages of life, as well as those with special needs. If your pet takes medications or has a complicated feeding schedule, I can easily handle it (bonus points if you provide detailed notes, though!). I am an office worker with a hybrid schedule, so I’m only in the office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. I am available for boarding and drop-in visits most weekdays, weekends and holidays. I own a small, single-story home with a large, fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of walking trails and parks nearby. I strive to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all. Pets are also welcome on the furniture (I mean, where else will those snuggle sessions occur?). --- I have one cat and two dachshunds, so my house is both cat- and dog-friendly. I provide several cat trees, scratching posts, and litter boxes throughout the house. I also have multiple dog crates, as well as ramps up to the bed and couches.
