“Karen was amazing with my kitties. She always sent pictures of the food, water, and clean box along with pictures of the kitties playing and cuddling. One of my cats needed to be in an e-collar, and every picture of him that she sent showed him wearing the e-collar. Her detailed visit summaries were correct and accurate descriptions of the kitties’ personalities, showing she actually spent time with them and kept them company during her visits.
