I was especially nervous this time because our longtime dog, Noah, recently passed away, and this was Roberta’s first time being left alone. Sam was thoughtful and attentive—he sent lots of adorable photos that showed she was happy, relaxed, and getting plenty of playtime. One thing that really stood out was that he left a kind little personal message on our doorbell camera before leaving. It was such a simple gesture but meant a lot. Was so patient with my anxious pup. She was able to gain her trust and successfully walk her. So communicative and a pleasure to speak to. I will be booking anytime I’m out of town and she’s available. She sent lots of pics and a sweet message when my dog finally allowed her to slip on the leash! 100/10 🤩🤩🤩

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
