She had plenty of playmates, a beautiful dog friendly setting, and plenty of attention. Tamara was super responsive and well informed on dog behaviors, personalities, and training methods. Gracie was in the process of potty training and Tamara put in the extra work with her and she made forward progress while she was there and is almost completely trained at this point. My dog had the best time with Lorena! She sent so many pictures, loved on him so much, even her family got in on the pictures. Benny was well taken care of. He got to go on mini walks and had plenty of cuddle time. Which are two of his favorite things. Highly recommend Lorena.
Denise was great at giving updates and sending pictures during the booked days. My dog instantly made himself right at home and that made me happy because I wanted him in an environment that felt like home and that he was safe. Denise also allowed me to use a camera in the kennel and that helped me feel at ease so much. My dog was happy, which made me happy, which will lead to future reservations if need be. She took the time to ask detailed questions about Trigger’s personality, routines, and quirks, which immediately put me at ease. While I was away, Angel sent regular updates with adorable photos and videos. Trigger wasn’t just “watched”—he was truly cared for. Angel kept up with walks, playtime, feeding, and even the little extra cuddles my anxious boy needs. She also made him homemade treats (which he absolutely loved) and gave me a thoughtful report card detailing how his days went. He came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had a fantastic time. Angel is reliable, communicative, and treats every dog like her own. She’s patient, attentive, and has that special calm energy that dogs just melt for.
