We dropped the Boys off freshly bathed, with their kennels clean, and when we picked them up, they were freshly bathed again, and their kennels were spotless. It was wonderful to see that they had been cared for with such attention, love, and consideration. Guadalupe went above and beyond to make sure our Boys were clean, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their stay. We couldn’t have been happier with the care and service she provided. Steven did a phenomenal job caring for my puppy. He provided updates and sent pictures of their excursions. Upon picking Mika up, I can tell she had fun because she did not want to leave, and wanted to play. I’ve been on Rover for a long time. Jennifer & George’s place has by far been the best I’ve ever boarded my Babies! The home itself is wonderful, the yard is secure and interesting for my pups (lot’s of pretty plants), and Jennifer & George are genuinely nice people. When we came in to pick them up, our pups were fast asleep! If you need a safe, loving home away from home for you let, this is it ❤️
Deanna was very communicative and great with Bandit. I know he’s happier staying with someone who is able to be home with him most of the day so this was a perfect fit. Her apartment has grass and shaded areas so I wasn’t worried about his outside time. I easily found shaded parking for my drop off and pick up too. I highly recommend and will be booking again.
Denise was great at giving updates and sending pictures during the booked days. My dog instantly made himself right at home and that made me happy because I wanted him in an environment that felt like home and that he was safe.
