We have had dogs as part of our family for over 25 years and have enjoyed the quirky and playful companionship that they have provided while raising them along with our two sons. The boys are off to college and we recently lost our beloved German Shorthaired Pointer to cancer. We are not ready for a new dog of our own but welcome the opportunity to share our love with your dog. I work from home with a very flexible schedule and like to stay active with walks around the neighborhood or at the park. Thomas and Shelly did a great job with taking care of our senior dog. They sent photos of what trouble was doing and you can just tell he was having a good time. They have a beautiful spacious home and trouble got a chance to enjoy what living in a big house felt like. He said his credit score rose up by 60 points staying in their home. Trouble doesn’t do well staying in hotels especially if hotels have a small space for dogs to relieve themselves and he doesn’t like the noise during the day. It was in his best interest to find sitters that have experience with senior grumpy dogs like trouble.
Thomas and Shelly did an amazing job taking care of our two Huskies! They made sure they got plenty of walks, kept us updated throughout their stay, and were very responsible with giving them their medications. We felt completely at ease knowing our dogs were in such great hands. 10/10, highly recommend, and we would definitely use them again if we ever need a sitter!
Thomas and Shelley did an amazing job looking after Zoe. Sent updates and pictures the whole time. Would absolutely love to have them take care of her again.
Tom and Shelly took exceptional care of our dog, Winston, this past weekend! From the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in great hands. They sent regular updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that Winston received plenty of love, attention, and affection throughout his stay. He came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We are so grateful for the kindness and dedication Tom and Shelly showed our pup, and we would not hesitate to trust them with Winston again. Highly recommend! I think Winston may have enjoyed his vacation as much as we enjoyed ours!
Thomas and Shelly took such amazing care of Maddie while we were out of town! It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was loved on, played with, and so well cared for the entire time. They went above and beyond making sure she got plenty of attention and fun, and it was obvious how much they genuinely cared about her. We came home to a happy girl, and that means everything. We are so grateful for them and would absolutely trust them again in the future. Highly recommend!
Thomas and Shelly were fantastic dog sitters! Great communication and updates throughout the stay. They gave Coco the same love and attention we do at home.

Our backyard has plenty of room to run and play - it is approximately 1/4 acre with a 6' tall fence and two covered patios.
A typical day
Typical activities include playing in the backyard, going for walks to see the deer in the neighborhood or hiking the many trails at Eisenhower Park.
