Caring Family with Dogs
Our home is a safe and caring place for your fur babies! Our kids help us make sure each doggy feels special and that they get lots of play time! Our family loves dogs! We have two dogs, a smaller dachshund mix and a larger lab/collie mix. They both love to have other doggies over that play with them. Our family has had dogs for over ten years and they are an important part of our family. We like to play outside a lot so that our dogs can get their energy out. We also live in Timberwood, which gives us lots of room for dogs to run around. We are at home most of the time and our dogs are inside most of the time, except for potty breaks or to run around the yard. We are a home schooling family and my husband mostly works from home. So we have lots of time to spend with our dogs and visiting doggies! Our kids love helping out with animals and we think it's been a great way for them to learn to care for others. We will run around and play with your dog if they are more active. And when they are looking for cuddles, we won't turn those away! Our dogs are crate trained. We prefer to watch other dogs that are crate trained as well. We are able to feed dogs separately if needed. We are also able to walk your doggy around the neighborhood.

Nice home with adequate backyard. We had to drive out of town and ended up coming back a bit later than expected. They were gracious and flexible about the late pickup. They sent us photos and updates of our dogs. Overall, it was a good experience.

Amber, Jacob, and their family took great care of our pups! One of our girls is a senior, and the whole family made sure to give her extra cuddles and make her feel at home. We received lots of pictures and updates throughout the week. Highly recommend!
Amber was super accommodating. We got the sweetest pics of Chewie while he stayed with them!
Amber and her family took such great care of Muffin! They sent lots of pictures and updates, which we really appreciated. Muffin looked so happy playing with the kids, and came back home ready for a big nap! Thanks so much to Amber and her lovely family!

Since we are home all day on most days, we are easily able to make sure that pets get fed at the correct time and lots of attention throughout the day.

We make sure that every dog we take care of is happy and gets lots of love. If they need medicine, we are able to get them their medicine on time. We take our dogs on walks around Timberwood Park, where we live. They also get to run around outside a lot, while we are out with them. Inside, you can often find our kids playing with, petting, or throwing a ball for a dog.

Throughout the day, your dog will get lots of attention from our family. Your dog can expect lots of social time with our dogs, whether they are relaxing on a dog bed or running around our backyard. Weather permitting, we will also go for an evening walk after dinner. At night, we will tuck them safely into their crate in the same room as our doggies so they can get a good night's rest!

- We would like to know ahead of time if there are any medications or medical conditions. Also, its important for us that your dog does well around children and other dogs. Our dogs are up to date on their shots and flea medicine, so we would ask the same from any guest doggies.
