Very patient with our high anxiety dog. Responsive and attentive.

William was an outstanding dog sitter! From the very beginning, he was communicative, reliable, and kept us updated throughout our time away. Knowing our dogs and our home were in such great hands allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our wedding without worrying about our fur babies or the house. The photo updates he sent were an added bonus—they gave us so much peace of mind and were such a joy to receive while we were celebrating. It was clear our pups were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend William to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!

William was great with Bingo in several ways. He communicated well throughout our trip, sent us some amazing photos, and took Bingo on walks as requested—even in the rain—which we really appreciated. He clearly cares about the dogs he watches. He also made sure the house was clean after so many rainy days. That said, our overall experience was disappointing because it didn’t match the expectations we had discussed beforehand. We specifically requested an in-home sitter. William was upfront that he would not be staying overnight, but he reassured us that he would be spending ample time with Bingo each day. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. Based on our Ring doorbell, the longest visit was maybe 45 minutes, with most visits lasting around 30 minutes. He came by three times a day for eight days, which meant Bingo spent the vast majority of each day alone in his kennel. That was never our expectation, and it caused us a great deal of stress throughout our trip. We felt awful knowing how much time he was confined. William seems like a genuinely nice person, and we don’t question that he treated Bingo kindly while he was there. We simply wish the amount of time spent with him had matched what we were led to expect. If you’re looking for someone to provide drop-in visits, William may be a good fit. If you’re expecting someone to spend extended time with your pet as an in-home sitter, I would recommend clarifying exactly what that will look like before booking.

William takes excellent care of my three cats. They are comfortable around him. In the future, if I ever need someone to care for my cats William will be at the top of my list.

Will was very attentive to Penny. Checked in on her, fed her at same time everyday and stayed overnight with her. When I came back on Sunday, she was very content, and not stressed at all. I will use Will again.

Got lots of updates and pictures throughout the entire time! William is great and cared for our our 85lb high energy boy and our 45lb old man with no issues. Highly recommend for your babies care!
