When presented with several unforeseen difficulties, including leaving the wrong key and my cat not eating, Sonia went out of her way to communicate and brainstorm with me to find the best solutions and care for my fur babies. Olivia is the best. She did an amazing job looking after our little kitten Jasper while we were away. We were very nervous to leave him home alone for an entire week, but Olivia took excellent care of him, and made us feel like he was right there with us the entire time.
