“Wonderful Kristin is the best! We've used her many times and she's helpful and responsive. She'll keep you updated and is a very nice lady! Highly recommended”

“Sydney was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Waffle. She did two drop-in visits and went above and beyond to make sure he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. It was clear right away that she genuinely loves animals—Waffle warmed up to her immediately. She was punctual, communicative, and sent thoughtful updates that gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I came home to a very happy and relaxed pup, which says everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Sydney again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring dog sitter.”

“Samuel was proactive in learning all there is to know in taking care of Miko. He did an excellent job taking care of her evidenced by how she happy she looks in her picture updates. I’m grateful for his help and expertise. :)”

“Hollie took excellent care of my 6 cats! She was very reliable, and easy to contact. On each visit, after taking care of their needs, she petted and talked to the 3 braver and friendlier ones. I had cameras set up, so I told her not to worry about the other 3 though she did briefly see one as he raced by to hide. Hollie was great. I'll definitely ask for her again.”

About: I’ve always had a special connection with animals and love caring for them. I was raised by a veterinary technician and accompanied my mom to the vet clinic when I was a toddler. She was always fostering dogs and I loved the looks on peoples faces when I told them I lived with 20 dogs at one point. I followed in her foot steps and worked at vet clinics throughout my high school and college years with the goal to become a veterinarian. I stopped at a bachelors in biology for my goals have changed, but my love for animals has never changed. I currently work for a vaccine clinic and pet sit for friends/family often carrying the knowledge my mom and other veterinary coworkers have taught me. I have experience in recognizing animal emotions and abnormal behavior. I can respond efficiently to emergencies. I can administer medications and adhere to special guidelines when it comes to disabled or senior pets. Having lived in a multi pet home, I can keep pets separated if needed for safety. My dog was not friendly with other animals, so know what it’s like to pay attention to environment on walks, etc. I don’t mind cleaning up often, accidents happen. I recently lost my baby to kidney disease. I miss having her around but am not ready for another dog. I would love to care for other pets! I work part time: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays 9am-1pm and Saturdays 8am-3pm. I would love to spend my free time loving and caring for animals. I loved spoiling my dog and others with lots of love. My dog shared a bed with me, using a blanket and pillow like a human. She always got a bite of my food, if safe, and was never low on treats. She often got a new toy, for she destroyed them quick. I enjoyed sitting outside with her so she could sunbathe. For more activity, I took her on walks around the neighborhood or nearby trails. A car ride for a pup cup is something I don’t mind doing. When caring for family/friends pets I always ensure to give extra loving and patience, for they are probably wondering where their owners are.
“Sarah did a great job. I could see the smile on my dogs face with the great pictures shared on each visit and that put me at ease while I was away. Sarah was communicative, responsible, and followed all care instructions for my quirky, stubborn, loving Bulldog!”

“Allison was great! I booked her very last minute, and she still made time to come over to do a greet and meet. She’s clearly a dog lover, and our pups instantly fell in love with her. And very affordable rates! 10/10 would rebook in the future!”

“Absolutely wonderful. I was worried because my dog is elderly and takes multiple medication but Jessica welcomed all of my request. They declined my offers to short-cuts and exceeded my walking expectations. The cherry on top is my dog looked healthier than every when I came back.”

“Rachael was attentive and ensured my little dudes water and food were ok as well as feeding his dinner. She also cleaned his litter box lately. She was very patient with my cat who can be a bit on the shy side. Overall she did a great job.”

“Olivia was amazing! She came by to feed our senior cat who only eats wet food. We also have other cats that can make things tricky since they always want that food too, but she followed our instructions perfectly and handled it with no problem. It’s such a relief to have someone trustworthy come into our home and care for our pets. We’ll definitely be booking with Olivia again!”

“Eric is definitely my No.1 sitter choice! He was caring and followed all the instructions we left for him. He communicated throughout his visits. I would highly recommend Eric to watch your fur buddies!!!!”

“Ericka once again tended to my kitties for drop in visits while I was gone. I have had no issues with Ericka over multiple visits and my kitties like her too”

“Courtney did an amazing job taking care of our dog, Smores, while we were away in Austin. She was incredibly accommodating and took the appointment on short notice, which we truly appreciated. Courtney even came over the night before to meet Smores, which gave us peace of mind. Her communication throughout was excellent, and she came over twice to let Smores out as planned. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely call on her again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Claudia is absolutely amazing!!!! I don’t know how she does it, but even my very shy cat came out to see her and interact with her. The best cat nanny we ever had 💗”

“Courtney is amazing! My boys are indoor/ outdoor and can be difficult to get back in at night. She goes to extra mile to stay or coordinate with my backup sitter to make sure they get back in safe! It’s so nice to be out of town and know they are in good hands!”

“Tim is an absolute rockstar with our pups! Even my little timid whippet is comfortable around him and that is no small achievement! I’m so happy that we found Tim!”

Castle Hills cat parents share their Rover experiences
This was our first time using Rover and we really lucked out with Holly! She was so great with our furry kids. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. She loved on them and sent tons of photos where we could tell they were all so happy. She was communicative and flexible. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Holly- we will keep you for future travels!

Alexandria is a great cat sitter! She has done check in visits for my boy twice and both times went well. She takes lots of pictures for his drop-in card and does the extra care tasks I requested 😁. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a cat sitter!

Renee is amazing! This is the second time she has cared for my cats and she is great. Renee does such a great job communicating and sharing updates about the pets, I love all the pictures she sends! I know my cats and home are cared for and safe when Renee is on the job :)

Hannah was great with my cat. He warmed up to her immediately and was great with him while I was gone. I was nervous since it was my first time leaving him overnight, and I was gone for over a week. But he did well under her care. And she went above and beyond by cleaning around his litter box, taking out the litter box's trash when needed, and more. If I need to go on vacation again, I'm glad to know I have someone I can rely on to look after him again.

Kayla goes above and beyond! One of my babies hurt his paw and she took him to the vet and took excellent care of him. I was able to continue enjoying every minute of my trip in Italy and received constant updates. She is amazing! If you are looking for a cat sitter, she is the way to go.

Being an anxious pet mom, Stormy handles the tasks at hand with my babies while I travel perfectly fine. The check-ins and photos put me at ease. I’m not used to leaving my pup alone but I’ve utilized Stormy twice now while I travel for work and she’s been great.
