“Wonderful Kristin is the best! We've used her many times and she's helpful and responsive. She'll keep you updated and is a very nice lady! Highly recommended”

“This is the second time Alexandria has watched Callie and we would definitely recommend her! She is very flexible with dates, friendly, caring, and our kitty loves her! She has great communication and always leaves photos during her visits which we love. She is very attentive to pets and their needs and even stayed over her time on several occasions to make sure our kitty had what she needed!”

“Ericka did an amazing job looking after our 3 kitties! She is clearly very experienced, loves animals, was very communicative and took great pics. Our kitties are normally really shy and she was able to get them to eat and come out. Very happy with Ericka and will hook again!”

“Claudia, you have been such a wonderful help to me and my fur babies. We all thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts and we really appreciate your time and kindness. I hope to continue working with you in the future given that you’re still doing this passionate work of kindness. Thank you so much.”

“Tim is an absolute rockstar with our pups! Even my little timid whippet is comfortable around him and that is no small achievement! I’m so happy that we found Tim!”

“Allison was great! I booked her very last minute, and she still made time to come over to do a greet and meet. She’s clearly a dog lover, and our pups instantly fell in love with her. And very affordable rates! 10/10 would rebook in the future!”

“Meeting with Bailey and Minnie Pearl went off without a hitch. She was so excited to meet Bailey and to share her favorite toys. As for me, it was instant trust, and I couldn’t be happier with Bailey. They played together and even took a brief walk while still learning the leash. Bailey was sweet and caring and has a positive energy and enthusiasm. I highly recommend her for your pet!”

“We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Jessica took such wonderful care of our cat during drop-in visits and truly went above and beyond what we expected. Her communication was exceptional she sent updates and photos that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. You could tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. We will absolutely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring pet sitter.”

“Courtney is amazing! My boys are indoor/ outdoor and can be difficult to get back in at night. She goes to extra mile to stay or coordinate with my backup sitter to make sure they get back in safe! It’s so nice to be out of town and know they are in good hands!”

“Hollie has been our go-to sitter for YEARS! My cat and I love her and she does an exceptional job every single visit. Thank you for all you do for our family, Hollie!”

“William took wonderful care of my cat, Julius. Everyday, I received picture updates and in each picture, Julius looked thrilled to have William hanging out with him. He made sure food, water, and litter was kept full and clean, and provided lots of TLC to Julius. I highly recommend William!”
“Belem was great with my boy kitty. He is still young and usually takes a while to warm up to people but she got him to come out of his shell. She followed directions and sent me lots of updates. I would trust her with my baby again.”

“Rachael was attentive and ensured my little dudes water and food were ok as well as feeding his dinner. She also cleaned his litter box lately. She was very patient with my cat who can be a bit on the shy side. Overall she did a great job.”

“I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our dog walker and caretaker. She has been an incredible blessing to both me and my dog, Jackson. From day one, she has treated him like he was her own, always showing him so much love, patience, and genuine care. She consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. Whether it’s making sure Jackson gets plenty of exercise, giving him extra attention, keeping me updated with photos and messages, or simply taking the time to make sure he’s happy and comfortable, her dedication never goes unnoticed.”

About: I grew up with a variety of pets growing up ranging from cats and dogs to small mammals. I have been petsitting professionally for the past two years. I currently work full time. I am able to provide care to your pets on weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays. I try my best to continue the daily routine of the pets I look after. I am unable to provide boarding at this time. I am very communicative with the families who have entrusted me to look after their furbabies.
About: Growing up my house looked like a zoo at some points having dogs, cats, birds, turtles, rabbits and more. I took on the role of caregiver to my furry and non furry friends from a young age, having been born with a love for animals. I mainly have experience working with the standard dog and cat, feeding, bathing, walking, and administering oral medications for both. Along with my personal experience I also have professional experience as a Kennel Technician for an animal clinic and boarding facility taking care of animals staying overnight. I have experience and am comfortable with working with all dog sizes and breeds, including elderly pups or young puppies. The same goes for cats any size, shape, breed, or age am I comfortable and confident in caring for your four legged friend. I currently am not working full time, so my schedule is very flexible in being able to accommodate a variety of pet care needs. I am working towards finishing my Bachelors degree, so some classes are online leaving my schedule flexible. I understand leaving your baby in the care of someone else can be scary and nerve racking, however as a pet parent myself strive to create an environment that is safe and secure for both your fur baby and you. All animals deserve patience and gentleness as I extend my high standard of care onto any animal I encounter. I have lived my life as a vegan/vegetarian in dedication to not harming animals in my moral representation of my respect toward other living beings. I hope I can be given the opportunity to show respect and kindness to your fur baby.

Alexandria is awesome! She arrives on time and gives great updates with all my dogs. She sends lots of photos so I can see my babies when out of town. She is attentive to any changes with my dogs and communicates all events that occur while she is visiting my home. If you are looking for a dog sitter , you found her! You won’t be disappointed!

Brittney is wonderful! She always takes great care of our three little orange kitties and sends the best photo updates. She’s consistent, reliable, and gives us complete peace of mind while we’re away. We always know they’re in the best hands with her, which is why we’re repeat customers. Highly recommend!

Hollie always goes above and beyond, even when she doesn't have to. I booked a last minute check in visit for my cats, but unfortunately my smartlock was uncooperative such that Hollie couldn't get in. She did her best to cancel the day's visit and refund me. Luckily, I was able to fix the lock for her to go the following day and as usual my cats were so glad to see her! Always grateful for Hollie. I have a true gem to watch my kitties and don't know what I would do without her.

Renee is amazing! This is the second time she has cared for my cats and she is great. Renee does such a great job communicating and sharing updates about the pets, I love all the pictures she sends! I know my cats and home are cared for and safe when Renee is on the job :)

Hannah was great with my cat. He warmed up to her immediately and was great with him while I was gone. I was nervous since it was my first time leaving him overnight, and I was gone for over a week. But he did well under her care. And she went above and beyond by cleaning around his litter box, taking out the litter box's trash when needed, and more. If I need to go on vacation again, I'm glad to know I have someone I can rely on to look after him again.

Kayla goes above and beyond! One of my babies hurt his paw and she took him to the vet and took excellent care of him. I was able to continue enjoying every minute of my trip in Italy and received constant updates. She is amazing! If you are looking for a cat sitter, she is the way to go.

Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Castle Hills. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
