I am very pleased with this service and will make sure to book again whenever I need a pet sitter. She even took care of some young kittens I’m currently fostering that needed oral medication and gave me plenty of updates and photos. A fantastic sitter who goes above and beyond!
Karen was great with Reese! She was very attentive and kind upon meeting her and after the visit to return my key. She did a great job with taking care of him, sending me pics and lots of updates. She made sure he was eating when he was picky and gave him extra treats. She even left me a small gift for me! Thank you for all the help and taking care of him!
Hollie always goes above and beyond, even when she doesn't have to. I booked a last minute check in visit for my cats, but unfortunately my smartlock was uncooperative such that Hollie couldn't get in. She did her best to cancel the day's visit and refund me. Luckily, I was able to fix the lock for her to go the following day and as usual my cats were so glad to see her! Always grateful for Hollie. I have a true gem to watch my kitties and don't know what I would do without her.

When presented with several unforeseen difficulties, including leaving the wrong key and my cat not eating, Sonia went out of her way to communicate and brainstorm with me to find the best solutions and care for my fur babies. Sonia even made an extra trip out to my apartment to ensure my pets got fed, went potty, felt loved, and had good playtime. Sonia did an amazing job with my girls and I would highly recommend her to others!
Olivia is the best. She did an amazing job looking after our little kitten Jasper while we were away. We were very nervous to leave him home alone for an entire week, but Olivia took excellent care of him, and made us feel like he was right there with us the entire time. She really bonded with him, played with him, made sure all his necessities were met, and did all the things he needed to feel safe, secure and loved ❤️.
