Maddison was awesome. Super kind, easy to communicate with, and great with Roxy. She sent updates and pics after every visit which I really appreciated—it made it easy to relax knowing Roxy was in good hands. Such a great help! I love the amount of photos she takes of my furbaby. She's saved me on last minute request, I'm talking up to an hour before. She let's me know everytime when she's inside, when they start a walk, and gives an update halfway through the walk. She set such a high standard that I get bummed when I use another walker because they don't take all those pictures and give that many updates. I'm definitely a repeat customer every week!
