“Jessie is an excellent pet sitter/Dog Walker. I used her for the first time while I had to go out of town and I had a lot of things on the list that she needed to do for my two dogs. Not only did she do it willingly, but there was nothing she missed that was on the instructions. She let me know if there was any issues and would definitely recommend. She is also very punctual as I try to keep my pups on a schedule.”

“Jennie is the gold standard in pet sitting care. She’s attentive, responsible, and genuinely enthusiastic about providing care to our pups. We were in a bind and needed a no-notice reservation and she accommodated us without hesitation. The pups fed off Jennie’s radiant energy and that took a lot of stress off of us. We would recommend her anytime in a heartbeat!”

About: I’ve taken care of lots of different breeds, including 5 huskies in one household. I love dogs so much and have also cared for a beagle and a shitzu I am currently a student with a part time job, i am available for drop in visits throughout the entire week! I am also available for plenty of walks and play time for your furry friends :) I do not offer room and board :( but i am available for as many walks as they’d like and drop in visits:) I would give them plenty of love and stimulating games!
“Carlos went above and beyond in taking care of our kitties. He also brought in Amazon packages for us that we didn’t realize would arrive while we were away. I highly recommend Carlos!”

About: Pets are members of our family. As a retired RN with 15 years of experience, and Pet First Aid & CPR certification, I bring medical-grade attention, first aid readiness, and genuine compassion to every pet. I have hands-on care for cats, dogs, rabbits, turtles, fish, and lizards. Your fur baby stays in a calm, loving home environment — never crated, with full free roam of the house, daily belly rubs for dogs, cozy co-sleeping options for cats, and plenty of playtime. Usually just 2 pets max (happy to chat if you need more). for personalized focus. Daily photos/videos updates keep you connected, and I use hospital-grade UV disinfection after every stay to ensure zero cross-contamination. My family (daughters help with cuddles, son takes dogs for weekly runs) adds extra warmth and energy! As a retired RN and Tai Chi teacher, my days are pretty relaxed these days—no job pulling me in different directions, so the pets really get all my attention. I do go to church or Foodbank for volunteering sometimes, and I take the occasional nursing assistant class, but I make sure none of that messes with pet care. My two girls are obsessed with animals. The second they get home from school, they’re all over the pets—playing gently, giving belly rubs, or just sitting there hugging them. Honestly, it’s my favorite part of the day. My son’s in the military, but he’s home most weekends and loves taking the dogs out running around. They both get so pumped up—it’s a blast to watch. Everything just flows naturally here. Your fur baby doesn’t feel like a “guest”—they jump straight into our family routine. Quiet mornings, yard playtime, snuggling on the couch at night… they’re part of it all, getting tons of love and attention 24/7 in a calm, safe spot where everything feels easy and happy. Safety and cleanliness are super important for every family member—including each fur baby who comes here. Old nursing habits die hard, you know? After every pet leaves, I do a full deep clean of the whole house with the Tool Klean UV-C light. It kills over 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, without leaving any chemical residue or ozone smell. The Levoit Core P350 pet air purifier runs 24/7 to keep the air fresh and clean, and I have two oxygenated water fountains ready so they’re always drinking really fresh, filtered water that’s great for their health. Every weekend I make sure to clean the backyard thoroughly: pick up any missed poop, hose down the grass and remove all traces, because my kids love playing back there with the pets and I want it to stay safe and spotless for everyone. For cats, I don’t use a regular automatic litter box (the self-cleaning kind most people have)—I prefer manual scooping morning and evening with a urine-filter system. This way I can check their pee and poop right away every time, spot any changes in habits or health immediately, and keep everything completely odor-free and comfortable. You’re welcome to bring your own litter box if your cat has a favorite—it helps them feel more at home and relaxed. As a retired RN, I stay calm and attentive, always watching for any little signs of stress or health changes. I usually limit to no more than 2 pets at a time (we can discuss special needs), so each one gets truly personalized attention and never feels rushed or overlooked.

“What I really love about Vic is her passion for the job. She could show up, take the pup out, fill up the food/water, and then leave. But she doesn’t do that. She takes the time to give the pup some loving, to play with the pup to get some energy out, to really enjoy and make the most out of every interaction. She follows instructions to the letter, and it’s clear to see that she is the best choice for taking care of your pup. She goes the extra mile every time, which is why she’s the only sitter me and my pup trust.”

“Grace was awesome I have a chow chow and a border collie. I was new to rover and my chow can be shy with strangers at first! I will admit I am very overprotective over my chow since I know he can be a bit special. However, Grace took the time to gain my pups trust and was able to walk them and take them out when needed. She also made sure to take pictures and videos and send them to me.Highly recommend!!”

“Kora was fabulous! We needed a weekend sitter very last-minute and were so nervous to leave our kitty for the first time, but Kora was punctual, responsible, and our kitty LOVED her! We will definitely be reaching out to Kora when we need a sitter in the future.”

“I hired John to take care of my two Shih Tzus while I was away for training, and I was genuinely impressed. He went above and beyond sending lots of pictures and thorough updates after each visit, which I really looked forward to. It made being away from my pups so much easier, knowing they were in such good hands. What stood out the most was how at ease my dogs were with him. They looked happy, calm, and completely themselves in every photo. That kind of comfort doesn’t come easily with just anyone. John clearly connects with animals in a thoughtful and respectful way, and it showed in every interaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to book him again, and I truly appreciate the care he gave my girls. John, you rock!”

About: The story begins in 2006, my family gave me a dog named Doudou. On Thanksgiving Day in 2023, Doudou passed away, We miss him, and Doudou's baby is also 12 years old now. It lives with us. In 2021, I met super and Brison on the roadside, So now I have two cats and a dog ,i love being around them, and of course i have three hermit crabs, a blue lobster and five fish Hi I'm Hui,I'm new here,I live near stone oak, I have two cats and a Bichon Frise, I usually work from 10am to 2pm a week, with more time spent working from home. I like to stay with them. I have a great backyard, as well as five bedrooms, which is very helpful for pet care. I am home most of the day, so they don't feel alone.

“Molly and Fenway loved having Jamie care for them. We received frequent updates with pictures and could see that both dogs (but especially Fenway easily bonded with Jamie. This was our first time using Rover.com. Just minutes after entering a request for Jamie, she contacted me to set up a time to meet so I could introduce her to the dogs and she could meet me. We set a time and Jamie arrived even a bit early (despite the horrible traffic)! Jamie is definitely a dog lover. She asked all the right questions about the dogs' care, routines, etc. Molly is an older dog who requires special care and meds, and I was completely confident and at ease leaving her in Jamie's care. We had wanted Jamie to stay over but initially she was only available for drop-ins. When her plans changed, we were able to convert the booking from drop-ins to house-sitting. It worked out great and appreciated Jamie's flexibility. When we got home the dogs were happy and I was even happier to know I had found someone for the future! We already have Jamie booked for two more stays.”

“Luke was very trustworthy, kind and compassionate! Before officially booking, he took the time to talk to me via video chat about my dogs, and ask plenty of questions. Which definitely put me at ease because I can tell he took caring about animals seriously. Luke took such good care of my dogs, we would love for him to babysit for us again!”

“Wonderful caregivers! My GSD and kitty were pampered while I was out of town and I couldn’t have been more happy with who was in my home. Amazing service and will absolutely use again (:”

“Kami was the perfect person to keep an eye on our pups! She was very responsive, personable and came over to meet them before booking so that they would be used to her before coming over on her own. We hope that she’ll be available our next time we need her! Thank you Kami!!”

“Neo has been so helpful checking in on my cats! I routinely have to go stay overnight in Austin for work for 2-3 days at a time and will continue to hire Neo in the future as well so I know my cats are in good hands.”

“Brian did a wonderful job taking care of my four fur babies!! I received photos of each baby on every day he was there. They were happy and comfortable with him from the very first visit! I was very confident that they were being well take care of. It made relaxation possible! Brian will be my go-to (and only) dog sitter on any future trips! Thanks Brian!! :-)”

“Adriana was so great! She took great care of our pup and gave him lots of attention. She checked in with me often and I didn’t have to worry about him while we were gone. I would highly recommend her!”

Timberwood Park cat parents share their Rover experiences
Diana is an awesome sitter! She kept me updated on how my pets were doing through text and photos, took amazing care of my pets, and I came back home to happy kitties. If you have shy pets, Diana is the right sitter for that too! My shyest cat came out upon hearing her voice and loved how gentle Diana was towards her!

Melissa was absolutely fantastic while caring for our two cats during our vacation. Not only did she make sure they were well-fed, happy, and loved, but she also went above and beyond by keeping our home spotless—no stray cat hair or mess in sight! We really appreciated the daily photo updates, which gave us peace of mind and let us enjoy our trip knowing our fur babies were in great hands. It’s clear she truly cares, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for someone reliable, attentive, and thoughtful.
