There are truly no words to describe my gratitude to Anny for her care of my two cats. One of them had been injured prior to her coming to my home for stay overs, and severely traumatized. (I was in the hospital and unable to get home to them.) Her loving presence and reassurance that she had it all under control turned out to be true. My cats adored her, and the traumatized one ended up sleeping with her every night instead of hiding under a bed. I could not have been more satisfied with her service, and beyond that incredibly grateful she managed an extremely difficult situation with such loving care and determination. She is the best.
