Nice and caring my dog was overheating when I brought him cause it was so hot outside and Rijia was very gracious and welcoming and assured me he had things under control and sent me updates on my pup. He also sent me a video watching cartoons with my pup which was so funny. They had a fun time.
Amazing experience highly recommend He took such great care of Kaya and Bonny and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. He always sent me pictures and updates of them eating going potty and even playing. He kept me updated about everything and was very caring patient and attentive. Five stars! We were nervous leaving our senior pup over the Fourth of July weekend, but Sudarnah made it so easy. She kept us updated with photos and texts the whole time, was patient with her, and clearly went out of her way to keep her calm and comfortable on walks. Mia came home relaxed and happy. Jennifer was absolutely amazing with my 10 year old dog, Barclay! This was his first stay with her while I was away on vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She sent regular updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was obvious from every picture and message that Barclay was happy, relaxed, and being treated like part of the family. She even took him on little adventures, and I could tell he was having a great time. When I picked him up, he was healthy, happy, and completely himself, and I think he was wondering why the vacation had to end as he whined a bit when we left her! Jennifer is kind, attentive, communicative, and clearly has a genuine love for dogs. Leaving my dog behind is never easy, but Jennifer made it so much easier knowing he was in such caring hands. We are new to the area and were a bit worried about finding a new sitter for our dog, but Xinyue and Weihai put my mind at ease right away! They provided us with updates throughout the stay and our dog, Gibbs, returned home happy and tired after playing with Igo. They were also very flexible with our drop off/pick up times due to some flight delays. Highly recommend!
Kerri did a great job watching my Penny for a little over one week. I was worried to leave her as I have never done so before, but she seemed to fit right in! She made fast friends with the other dogs at Kerri's house and came home utterly exhausted from all the playful time. Would definitely book again 🥰
Mike and his wife were so wonderful to our dog Nela! It was our first time leaving her for more than a day and I was extremely nervous about it but it was honestly the best experience for us and for Nela!
