They are very attentive and patient, often updating me about the dogs and even offering suggestions on changing their food intake after doing some research. Our dogs were very happy and healthy when we went to pick them up, and even kind of sad to leave. It’s clear that they had a great time at Freddi’s by their smiles and tail wags. I would highly recommend this family if you’re going away for vacation—they are patient, kind, and very caring! 10/10 experience.”

Jhoanna has been an angel with our senior dog Bayly! Bayly is a very low energy dog given her advanced age but Jhoanna must be a dog whisperer. She had Bayly running in the dog park just after a couple of days!!! She delighted us with photos and videos to assure us Bayly is well taken care of. I truly can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond. I just booked another trip but I made sure to check Jhoanna’s schedule first before booking the flight!
Tatiana accomplished an exceptional feat of caring for our elderly dog who had a lot going on while he was being cared for so graciously in her home. There were plenty of medical care issues that she navigated beautifully making it possible for us to have a relaxing Christmas trip. Our dog had the best Christmas too. Dawn was an excellent dog sitter! I found myself in a pinch with finding someone and she was available and communicated quickly and effectively so the plan was able to come together quickly! She took notes at our meet and greet and wanted as much info as possible to make my dog’s stay as smooth as possible! Poptart was a little hesitant at drop off but warmed up immediately to Dawn, and her warm, welcoming personality (and her bin of dog toys!). She sent tons of updates and pictures and had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend Dawn to any pet parent and will book with her again!
